I’ve never had polish food before but this food was AMAZING!The pierogis were my favorite, then the crepes, and the goulash. The pierogis are polish dumplings. They have great texture and very flavorful fillings. My favorite filling was the sauerkraut. I was very surprised because I’m not a huge fan of sauerkraut but these were amazing. This is a must try when coming to Columbia MO.

My husband I visited this establishment for the first time the other week. We ordered some peroge, a few crepes, and the black currant drink. The drink was great. The food was greasy and made with what tasted like cheap ingredients. It was such low quality we couldnt finish our food. Will not be returning.

This little gem has the best crepes I have ever tasted. We had raspberry and hazelnut crepes. The charming Polish lady who makes them told me that they use fresh raspberries rather than traditional jam at suggestion of her son. All I can say is that they were truly out of this world delicious. Do not miss if you are in Columbia

So far my favorite stop for breakfast in COMO. Try the crepes both savory and sweet options, including the classic (Nutella), PB & J, ham and eggs, the list goes on. Also a full flight of traditional dishes from borscht to stuffed cabbage, European beers and great coffees. If I say I am in love that is because I am in love😂😜Eat here. Drink here. Support local!

Friendly service with yummy Polish crepes, pierogis (my fave filling is beef), and goulash (although I cant speak to the authenticity of the food). Theres very little seating options for parties larger than 2, and its all outdoor seating, which is not COVID-related.

Meh. Nothing to write home about. The egg and meat mixture in the breakfast crepes did not seem done. The sweet crepes have an odd sour creme cheese type topping that isnt listed on the list of ingredients. Maybe some like it but I found it rather overpowering and not pleasant.

I was impressed with the customer service provided. We arrived before the normal hours of operation (unknowingly), and saw the door was open so we stepped in. No other customers were there but we smelled food being cooked. Figured maybe it was just a slow morning. We rang the bell and were greeted by who I assume was the owner. She told us they werent open yet but insisted we could stay and eat if we wanted perogie. So we took the kind gesture and agreed to have a seat. She brought us some water and a couple glasses and then disappeared into the kitchen after she knew what kind of perogie we would like. She returned with our orders a few minutes later and left us to go back to work preparing for the morning breakfast rush. The women was very nice and checked on us a couple times between working in the kitchen. The food was prepared well and tasted pretty good. I had never had perogie so I have nothing to compare it to but I would bet its probably an authentic recipe.

SERIOUS COMFORT FOOD!!! It is sooooo tasty!!! Stop what you are doing, and go now! If you were looking for authentic eastern European block food, then go no further. This immigrant couple has perfected, nare dare I say elevated, the Polish cuisine. Don’t come here looking for some polished corporate, tiny cheap package. Come here to find authentic food, that is quality, and you will pay for quality. Go to McDonald’s if you’re looking for cheap quick stomach filler. Come here if you want to taste a part of the world, that most of us have no access to. Throw off your shackles of the corporate “Crapplebee’s “ experience and let the waters of your soul rest in a people, and a food that is completely unique! Will this cure cancer? Nope! But it’s an amazing food experience both for the pallet and for the soul.

This is the definition of a hidden gem. It is a tiny restaurant run by a Polish immigrant family. The lady of the restaurant comes out to talk, and to discuss Poland. The menu is classic Polish fare... I had to make the terrible decision between pierogis and the cabbage rolls. I chose the pierogis, and they were amazing... would have tried the cabbage rolls as well, if I had had enough space in my stomach. The long and the short of it is that the pierogis were fresh, homemade, and served hot... they were fantastic... with potatoes, with ground meat... I will be back each time I drive through Columbia!

Pierogies were good but way too expensive being that I just drove from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and the original home of pierogi Plus. And being that I could have a dozen of Frozen pierogies shipped to me from pierogi Plus for cheaper than I paid for a dozen of Perogies hair why wouldnt I do that I did not know that until after I ordered them not realizing they were $9 per half-dozen when pierogi Plus in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania charges $9 a dozen.Looking at the website the price is deceiving cuz I looked at the website and then went to the window and ordered three dozen of pierogies and was told $54,000 then I actually looked at that are handwritten menu to the right of the building and seen that they were $9 per half-dozen not $9 a dozen as assumed on the website
