Had a 1pm appointment for an oil change but didnt get out of there until 2:30. Service is good but I suggest dropping off your vehicle for an oil change and not waiting.

Apple Ford surprised me by sending me here. Service was good and I have no complaints.

Apple Ford Customer for Life free oil change. All good. Took about an hour as told.

Brought my vehicle for an oil change associated apple ford. Told them that I recently started hearing a slight grinding noise coming from the rear every now and then. All inspection checks came back good, brakes and alignment were green. Less than a week later I bring it to firestone for an inspection and I am told I need new rotors, brakes, and calipers in the rear as well as an inner tie rod for the front and an alignment. Dont trust anything they say because theres no way they inspected the vehicle and missed those things.

Part of Apple Ford, but not at the main location. Very efficient. Clean waiting room. Free coffee. Can walk in, but I recommend an appointment if your schedule is tight. Took me right on time. Finished when stated. Overall, really good experience.

When I left the parking lot I noticed my truck shaking, so I went back and had the manager drive it. He noticed the shaking and turned around and I checked the lug nuts and the passenger front tire lug nuts were so loose that 4 of them I could take off with my hand. If I was on the highway doing 65 mph who knows what would have happened!

Well..... It seemed to go well until I drove away. It had a strange feel to the steering wheel. I turned around and parked to bring it back in. All of the lug nuts on my front driver side wheel were loose. Looser than finger tight. Seems like the safety checks are not in place today.

Prompt and courteous service

This auto service center is an extension of Apple Fords Quick Lane at their dealership. Its intended to help relieve the busyness at the dealership service center. It is open to anyone, but I went for service on my car I bought from Apple Ford. The service was excellent. Its best to setup an appointment.

They seem to do good work. However they lost my appointment and what should have been an hour wait turned into nearly 3 hours.They were pleasant, but have tried to get me to pay for unneeded services in the past.I use them because I bought my car from their dealership and I paid for maintenance in advance. I doubt I will use them when my last 2 appointments are complete.

Apple quick lane was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. The time it took to get done what I needed was also great.

Made an appt, came in, asked how long, was told how long, left in that exact amount of time. I assume they changed my oil like a champ. Definitely recommend if only need a quick oil change. You will be in and out and able to go about your day. Then you can forget about this place until the next 10k miles. Only complaint is the coffee pot was empty while I was there. Get a commercial coffee maker already.

No hot water in the bathrooms for last year and a half that I have been coming here with my vehicle. Always hear the same thing that they’re working on getting a new hot water here. Service is always good and reliable just wish they had hot water kind a hard to teach my son about hygiene without hot water.Yes I’m using a different Gmail account then my normal one because I don’t want them to know what customer is complaining about their lack of hot water

I was here because I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation at Apple Ford and this where they do their quick service. And it was quick. Had an 8 am apt, arrived at 7:45, was handled immediately and was gone by 8:30. They did a complete check on my car besides the work. Very nice place to do business.

Dont know why but had an appointment at 1:30 pm, arrived 20 minutes early. Took 2 hrs to change the oil, tire rotation and wash. Something needs to be done to ensure quick service!

Professional and fast

Not sure if the staff doesnt know or doesnt care but I dont trust them to actually fix what is necessary to be fixed, recommend repairs and tune ups based on manufacturer standards and not just gouge for more money and truly check out the issues you tell them. Was told by phone that they only take appointments, I was given an appointment at 10 on a Tuesday, my car was dropped off the night before. I didnt receive a call from the dealership service until almost 3 pm on Tuesday stating that Quick Lane couldnt help me with the repairs I needed (though I was told that Quick Lane is where my car needed to be instead of dealership service to begin with). Had the person who set my appointment just listened to the issues my car had coming in, I wouldnt have wasted a day inconveniencing my family to drive me around. Skip this place, theres plenty of other places that would be happy to have your business and will give you the time of day.

Everyone was friendly, but I took 2 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. The lot was full so I parked just on the other side of McGaw. I let the tech know this when I checked in and handed my keys, but this information was not passed along and no one cared to ask where my car was. Instead they seemed to have just put my keys aside and moved onto the next car. Had I not asked, Im unsure if they would have ever gotten around to me. I have the Apple for life deal, so the oil changes are free... guess you really get what you pay for.

They are correct in calling it quick lane. Great service with no time wasted.

I arrived after making an early morning appointment. The service was smooth. A suggestion for the business is to add a sign saying park, and continue in office. In their nearby branch, the car can be directly driven into a bay. I was expecting a similar system, and was initially confused, driving around the property to find the service bay.

Great place for service work. They are always efficient, cities curtious, and fast. We have used them to maintain our 2011 flex from the beginning.

The quickly and efficiently fixed their previous error. Not thrilled with having to go back a 2nd time, but they were professional in their addressing of my concerns.

Horrible. Every time I am here it is over 2 hours for an oil change. I would not come here, but my boss makes me for warranty purposes. Staff is nice but mechanics must be extremely slow or just understaffed. Either way plan for an oil change to take a mechanics full 8 hour shift to do.

I take my car here, because I have a mustang and I want all my maintenance needs taken care of at once. During my oil change and Tire rotation, they found a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, they do not do tire repair, even though they are happy to sell you new tires. So, I had to go to a separate tire place to get it fixed.

Fast and efficient service

Took over a hour for a oil change. Vehicle was out front for 20 minutes before they called us to counter to leave. Vehicle was not washed as requested.

Called for a price to mount and balance tires, told me they wont install tires that are not purchased through them...
