Staff was friendly and communicative. Repairs were actually completed well in advance of the initial time estimate with everything working fine and in good order.

So I’m a car dealer and I took an 08 Ford Escape there because the brakes were low. I already knew the problem, there is a leak in the brake line. Should be an easy routine fix. I took it to this shop and asked them to fix the brake line. They said we’ll we have to check it out first and that’s $65. I said fine. He said it’ll probably run into tomorrow and I said that’s fine too. I didn’t hear back from them the next day so I called around 3pm and I was told that “other than the brakes there is something going on with the steering and after talking to the manager they would rather not mess with it.” EXCUSE ME? If there is something going on with the steering then diagnose the problem. That’s literally why you bring the car to a mechanic shop and pay them $65 to check the car out. I’m amazed that a mechanic shop doesn’t want to do too much work to a car? It defies all logic!I’ll continue to take my vehicles to All-Tune and Lube in Glen Burnie. They will diagnose problems for free. Even if there is more than 1 smh!

Great honest people reliable work

Took a family vehicle up to this lousy shop and they didnt do a ful diagnostics on the explained issues so they charged us once and then tried to double up and charge us again and made us wait over a week just to take another look . That not how professionals handle business and this is coming from a business owner .

Tell me to come in at 11, I do. Wait 45 min. Okay. I go up to the counter, they don’t have the part. They’re getting it in 30 min. Okay. 45 min later I go to the counter, still don’t have it. When are you gonna get it? “I don’t know, why do you have somewhere to go?”No, I wanted to sit in your tiny office all day long. It’s the middle of a workday but nah it’s cool I really wanted to just sit here all day when you don’t have the part and don’t even know when you’re going to get it. Don’t go to this place

TNT and Chaz came highly recommended. I was hesitant to use someone new for a major repair on my car but had few other choices. I was not disappointed because Chaz took time and explained everything to me before and after doing the work. My problem is solved and the cost was what I expected. I came into this shop after someone hit and knocked off my front license plate. No damage to the vehicle itself but I needed a screw for the plate to be reinstalled properly. I asked for an estimate and if this was even something they did there.The male I met at the front desk was friendly, and VERY accommodating !! He took a look at the plate, grabbed a long screw and power tools and fixed the plate on the spot!! The entire process literally took 5 minutes and he did not charge me a dime!!I was so satisfied with the customer service and friendliness that I have referred this shop to several friends needing repairs and services, all of them saying their experience was exceptional. I was so satisfied with my experience that I am looking to now have work done here due to someone rear-ending me. TNT will always be my first choice...convenient and excellent customer service! Good service, competitive pricing

I did not have my car serviced at this location, however they did help me out A LOT about two weeks ago.I was having trouble with my car battery. One problem was that I needed one nut, to screw down the hook keeping my car battery in place. I stopped at three other shops, prior to walking into TNT and they would not sell me anything.When I walked into TNT, there was a man in the workshop who stopped everything he was doing, to gather a few different nuts in random drawers throughout the shop. He gave them to me free of charge, even though I offered to pay. He then even offered to help me with the rest of my battery issues. I ended up declining because I could do it myself, but I wanted to write a review because this guy was really wonderful!

In and out. Not many tire shops plug tires anymore. This place does. After calling the main tire repair shops in my area, I found TNT. They plugged my tire on the spot and had me happily on my way for just 25 bucks. Clean shop and Free K- cup coffee. Thanks guys.

Finding a good, trustworthy auto repair shop and mechanic is tough! I have taken several of my cars here over the years. I feel they are personable, honest and each time kept me informed on what was going on with the vehicle. I cant think of another place that I would take my car at this point. Keep up the great work. I needed my headlight bulbs replaced. Saturn didnt even try to make it easy. Its a pain in the butt. Got quotes $150 - $300 per bulb. Seriously? TNT did both for $50. I called them because Id remembered the excellent customer service Id gotten there years ago. Im going to be a regular.

Finally found some honest mechanics :). I noticed my car was having some (what I thought were) brake issues, was shaking and needed new tires. I was expecting a full brake and rotor repair and well as new tires/alignment. An hour in I get a call that my brakes are fine and that the issues all stemmed from faulty tires and alignment. Walked out of there paying half of what I expected and the car is driving so smooth. They never tried to upsell me on anything and were very courteous. Definitely my new car place. Would recommend.

The staff are very polite but the repairs on my 2002 ford taurus were horrible. They fixed my wheel on a Wednesday, not even two weeks later i was broke down again. The work they did was poor and now i have more than the one thing they fixed need repair again but a list of other things wrong now. I will never go to this shop again. Im response to your answer yes my car is old but that didnt stop it from working fine before the work i paid to have done was not done right the first time. I came in and got done what i needed to get back on the, i never declined any work .So like I stated before the crew was very polite but no i will not be coming back.

After being spoken to rudely here I took my vehicle over to the Lube Center and received excellent service. I will never come here again.

TNT Auto Repair & Towing Saved our New Years!!!We were headed back to our home in Florida the day after Christmas(Saturday) from New Jersey. Around 6 pm there was a big bang from the bottom of our truck and a big cloud of smoke as we were driving 65 and a big clanking noise then the truck just coasted with no power to the shoulder. After being towed to a Hotel and Stranded for 2 days Monday we called TNT to have the truck towed and diagnosed. George was there with in the hour to pick up the truck and then called us with in the next hour to let us know that the dirve shaft and transfer case were gone. We were deciding on weather to just have the truck shipped back to Florida and renting a car to get us and our 171 lbs fur baby home or have it fixed while George was trying to track down the parks. George called us back and told us he found the parts, he could have us back on the the road by New Years Eve! and then he gave us even better news the price!!! It was cheaper to stay in the hotel and get the truck fixed and Thats what we went with!Now for the Magic!!!! George and his team Not only gave a great deal but had us back on the road a day earlier than they said. We had a repaired truck back in less than less then 48 hours!!! The truck ran like new all the way back to Florida and is still running strong!!! Thank You George and everyone else at the Shop!!!!! We made it home to Florida in time to celebrate the New Year with our family and friends thanks to your fast work and getting us back on the road in 2 days.

The guys here are very professional and know what they are doing. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. They are also honest when telling you whats exactly wrong with your vehicle.

The repair didnt take too long, but...they looked at me like I was bothersome, it was near impossible to know where to put my car, it was fairly cheap but thats because they didnt properly repair my car. I went in to repair an 02 sensor that was causing my check engine light to come on. When I got my car back the problem and the cause were still there, as I found out when the check engine light came back on minutes after I left. When I came back, thinking that maybe they just forgot to turn the sensor light off, they turned it off and rushed me out as fast as possible, not in a good way. Would not recommend anyone take their car there. Im certainly not going back.

Friendly and honestly. We have done business with TNT over 8 years, and never go wrong.

I took my car for a diagnosis, but they couldnt figure out the root cause and thus couldnt fix it. They were nice for not charging me anything, but I expect a certified tech to at least identify the problem!

If you are looking for a honest mechanic, this is the place you want to take your vehicle. They are honest and upfront and won’t overcharge for unnecessary work

I took a chance and needed a tire puncture plugged while I wait on walk-in basis. I would have done it myself but leak so slow, couldnt find it. They did it right away finding and fixing the leak in 10 minutes. You guys rock.
