I do most of my driving on the highway; but, I recently heard a bit of a brake squeal a couple of times. Since brakes havent been done on this car I took it to Brakes-4-less. They inspected all brakes and honestly told me everything looked good at this time. Quite refreshing to know they have workers that wouldnt dishonestly take advantage of a citizen!

Specialty shops like this are quickly becoming my go to for my preventive maintenance needs. Why go to a shop like Firestone or whatnot, drop your car off for brake work at say 8 or 9 and not get it back for several hours, if youre lucky. I brought my 2010 Honda for some brake work at 9 ( make an appointment online and save yourself some trouble ) and drove off a little after 11. Brakes are all they do and they do them well. Friendly and knowledgeable people there. Didnt break the bank paying for their services either which is always a good thing. Manager gave me his card telling me to call if anything went wrong, bid me good day and sent me on my way. Thats how its done. Got yourself a repeat customer. Definitely coming back.

Just doesnt work for my Nissan I went back twice and my car is still making the same noise it wasnt making before the service.

Saved a lot of money had brake pads replaced and back drum replaced both drums on my chevy Silverado and saved a ton of money. Staff very friendly.

People were great and professional. Dre and devon were awesome they went through all the hassle of getting my drums off just to tell me i was fine with my brakes. Will definately recommend to all friends.

The manager was very nice, professional and considerate. They saved my life and brought me an overwhelming sense of peace of mind ! Without an appointment, they were able to take me IMMEDIATELY to replace my rear brake pads. After performing an initial diagnostic, the manager consulted me on the findings which wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. The price was reasonable and fair. I had been told a few months ago by a dealership that my rear brakes on my Subaru Outback would need to be replaced within the next 7000 to 10000 miles. I was about to take a 2000 mile trip and was already at the 8000 miles point. The manager check my brakes and told me that they were okay for my trip but would need to be replaced soon after. I appreciated the fact that he wasnt trying to sell me brakes and service that wasnt really a necessity at the time. I had the rear brake pads replaced before my trip to be on the safe side and will take it back to Brakes For Less when its time to replace the front pads. Great Courteous Service all around!

I am very impressed with the staff at the decker location. My appointment time was at 9am got here about 30 minutes early. Checked in staff got to me very quickly. Spoke with Joe who was my technician was very friendly and helpful. Checked the equipment on my vehicle and let me know what needed to be done. He made sure that my vehicle got the proper parts and sat down with me and explained what was needed. Probably one of the better experiences Ive had dealing with any auto shop. I definitely recommend if you need brake service of any kind come here to get it done. 5 out of 5 star service, 5 out of 5 stars for the price, and 5 out of 5 stars for the staff. Plus cheaper than anywhere else I called with a much better warranty. Will be recommending these guys and using them for all future brake matters

Very disappointed. Devin talked me into getting a more expensive packet because my car “needed it.”I’m a college student and don’t have money to waste. Devin appears to be friendly but is not trustworthy.I had to go to another mechanic a week later because the problem came right back! That mechanic was able to actually help me.I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this Brakes4Less.

Well I went there to get their $139 special. 2hr wait. So I was told to try making an appt the next time. Which I did on a Wednesday. Which I guess meant $139 plus 15% discount. So he checks it and says I dont need the services that comes with the $139. I needed drums and shoes on the back. Nothing at all is needed in the front. $280 something dollars!! Being 139 turned into almost 300. Took my car and went somewhere else. Needed pads in the front and shoes on the back. Paid out a total of $105.63. With lifetime warranties on my parts 😊😊😊. Thanks for trying to get over. This woman would have never found the better deal 😙😙😙

My brakes were making a funny noise and I called 3 auto places plus the dealership I normally go to, and none of them could work me into their schedule before 1-2 days (and all wanted me to drop it off for the whole day). I was able to get worked in at Brakes 4 Less that afternoon, and while I waited, they test drove it and took the wheels off to check everything out. There ended up being nothing wrong with the brakes so they didnt even charge me anything just for looking at my car. They just told me to follow up with my dealership just to make sure nothing else is causing the sound Im hearing. They were great...amazing service! When I do need my brakes replaced, they for sure will be the first people I call!

Can I’m at 8:30 no one was here when they open at 8 am . That should have been my sign to never return but I came back at 9 and didn’t leave until 1pm very unprofessional no customer service and they tired to charge me 400 dollars apparently my hardware was bad. What does that even mean I would not recommend any one to come this was my and will be my last time here. The employees just sit around talking while u wait for hours talking. This a racket for those who don’t know anything about brakes

I came for a screeching grinding sound. They replaced some items, but after the work was done I was notified that the sound I was hearing had nothing to do with my brakes. I mean, my brakes look great. But that wouldve been nice to know before shelling out $800.

On April 14, 2015 I visited Brakes-4-Less to have work done on my car. I stopped by a well known repair shop earlier that morning but was not satisfied with the customer service I received. I then remembered seeing commercials on TV about the $139 four-wheel brake special @ Brakes-4-Less. I needed my front brakes and two rotors replaced. The previous shop I went to was going to charge me $545 for only half the work not including taxes. My total came to $422 exactly which included parts, labor, taxes (everything). I was extremely pleased with Brakes-4-Less and will recommend them to all my friends and family!

After driving 9 hrs from P.A. and 9 more hrs to get to F.L. I started feeling my car shake when braking. I figure there was something wrong with my brakes...they checked my car and found out my front driver side tire was held by a lug nut.....they were amazed that the tire didnt come off doing 75 + mph....I had my family in the car!!!! We brought it to Brakes for Less based on a recommendation from locals, and we are so thankful. Very bad my apt was at 4 they took my car at 530 nobody was working just sitting around laughing.I see nobody pay the pruce they say. 159 went to 310 I will never come back nor recommend this dump.

My experience here was a good one. I know a fair amount about cars, but lack the equipment to make all repairs myself, so I have to end up taking it to a shop against what Id actually like to do based on my ability. I knew that I needed new brake pads and the rotors were worn and would need replacing. When I take my car somewhere new and I know what the problem is, I like to kind of test their honesty to see what they say, to see if they try to make unneccessary repairs to charge me more money than they need to. I am happy to say that they gave my car a free inspection, then came to me with exactly what I knew was wrong: brakes and rotors. On top of that, I already knew what most places would charge to repair this, and this brake shop charged me way less than what I had already planned in my head. Its nice to find an honest shop that doesnt try to screw you over.

SOOOOO, Im only rating this because one star is the least. I must began by saying that it wasnt the customer service from any of the mechanics, its the overall company LIES! The young man informed me that they will do a walk through and a consultation, and Im wondering why when it says, 4 brakes starting at $139? But yes sir and he sits down and says, Ok, so I have good news and bad news, which do you want first? Me: bad news. Guy: Lets do the good news, so the good news is that your back breaks are good and doesnt need any work. The bad news is that your front two needs brakes, pads, and rotors. ME: Yes, I know, reason of my presence, hahaha. So, whats the price? Guy: $372 plus taxes. ME: I have good and bad news also. Good news, I wont be paying $400 just to STOP. Bad news, you aint gonna get paid $400 for me to stop & you just wasted so much of your time taking those tires OFF just to put them back ON. Dont make a commercial of lies when stopping a car is basically based on the mileage of the car! But you all were respectful.

Made a appointment the previous day for 9am I was told my vehicle would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I decided to wait.....1pm car is still sitting I ask the mechanic how much longer the mechanic says I am putting the part on now I just got back with it. I look out the window at 2 pm my car is still just sitting while they work on other cars. I have now waited from 845 am to 2pm and still counting for a brake job. Went back to the mechanic to complain then the car was ready in 20 minutes. I ask for the 15% internet discount he claims it was included in the price (how when I never mentioned it and its a coupon) I asked him to show me the parts but he claims he left it at the other shop. I had a very poor experience here BUT My lesson has been learned.......go somewhere else for good prompt fair honest service. I feel that I was taken advantage of case closed.
