Great customer service. Caroline and Frank went above and beyond to help me at such short notice. They made sure I was taken care of despite the difficulties they were faced with. This type of care shouldn’t go unnoticed. I will continue to come back to do business with them.

I called on a Wednesday about my air conditioning not working. I verified on their website that they worked on Fiats, and talked thoroughly with the man on the phone about my car and extended warranty. He told me to bring my car in that Friday and he could look at it. When I got there Friday morning, I was told, rather rudely, that they do not work on fiats and that the website was wrong.

Buddy is super knowledgeable and will listen to your concerns and speak to you honestly and openly. They have fair prices! My car has been to the dealership and it still sounded the same after spending 1400+ but after taking it to Champion it sounds like a brand new car and runs fabulously for 1/2 the price!!!! The first time drive time sent me there for my seat was in 2015 the same problems still happening then the mechanic scratched my seat up laying in on concrete then broke the plastic on seatbelt cover,This time they told me I can drop my car off at beginning of the week its Saturday know and they havent touched remind you Carolyn told me Thursday that they would know the price and all Friday but no one called they dont treat afro Americans right they where having lunch Monday knowing Im dropping my car off then had me standing at the counter while buddy looking but gonna say what you got they act like we dont suppose to be at there shop Im pissed to the max so fix my car and seat and let me go people you shouldve told me yall was behind when I called but you playing games with me I dont have money to pay for a rental for two weeks then pay my repair bill people
