Everyone needs to know about Darrell and James. These are the most knowledgeable and helpful technicians I have ever met when it comes to tires. They even have records from when I used their business 15 years ago. Today they eased my mind with what they did to a 2016 Camry that I am about to put a 17 year old in. The price was fair and the service is outstanding. I will use them again.

I was on my way-back from Virginia to my home in Florida when the front wheel bearings went bad on my car. I had used a Tires Choice Auto Service Center here in Florida, and had an excellent experience with them, so I sought this one out in Columbia for that reason. I had the same excellent experience at this location. James, the store manager, took great care of me. We were in a hurry, because we had to check-out of our hotel by 11am. I arrived just after 8am and was out in just a couple of hours. The price was fair and they did quality work. I am a Tire Choice customer for life! Thank you James.

On 10/17/21 I brought my 2015 Lincoln MKZ into store #0739 828 Dutch Square Blvd in Columbia SC for front brakes, the service took longer than I thought, when the service was supposed to be finished, as I was about to leave, applied my brakes, it went down to the floor board . They took it back into the service bay, that took 30 more minutes. After driving it a couple of miles on yesterday, when you apply the brakes, my front end shook . Which wasn’t doing this when I brought it in. Now here I am again 10/6/21 back at Tire Choice, now they are telling me that the wrong rotor was put on, they ordered the right one, I was in here since 8:30 am waiting on this part, it’s now 11:16 am I’m still here, have to be at work at 12pm looks like I’m going to be late for work. This has been a bad experience here at Tire Choice. Don’t think I will get service here anymore. Sadly disappointed.

I have been buying my tires here the past year, today I brought my car in. It is a different car than I usually drive and does not have their tires on it. I told them I had a leak and they immediately took the care back and changed the valve stem. Best of all, the did not charge me. Please go here for all your your cars needs.

My car started smoking halfway from Savannah to Spartanburg. Luckily, my parents live around the corner from this shop. Brought it in for a diagnostic and they had it finished and found the issue before I had even gotten settled back in at my parents’ house. Unfortunately, it’s an issue that they don’t normally work on but I was more than pleased with the turn around time and customer service.

Jamie was a tremendous help and knowledgeable. We were in a Dually hauling a 5th wheel camper when we started losing air in the camper tire. I would have bought some more expensive tires but he assures me that he sold a lot of black lion roadrider tires without any problems and those were the only trailer load E rated tires he had. The tech Casey was quick and efficient to getting the tires on the rims for my husband to install on the camper. He even came out and torqued them and the others for us. Less then $200 and hour we were back on the road to north Georgia.

I had the pleasure of having my car taken care of by David, Dean and Austin. When I first came in David was very nice and gave a couple of different options for what was possibly wrong with my nosy car. After checking it out Dean came and gave me very helpful advice and showed me what I should be looking for. I never met Austin but my car no longer shakes when I drive it so he did a great job. I will definitely be coming back. I wish they could fix my steering wheel there..but I dont believe it can be done at this type of shop. Thanks for your knowledge and kindness guys. It was appreciated and you have a loyal customer in me.

Always a great experience when I go to Tire Choice in Columbia. They take care of all my needs from oil change, tire change, spark plugs and more. Due to Pandemic, they did not have my tire in stock, neither did any other local retailer so I had to order from Walmart. I scheduled my appointment to take it in the next day after receiving my tires and they switched them out and completed a complementary inspection.

Technician was very late. Stated he didnt know he supposed to be at work when business opened

Excellent customer service the best I ever experienced, and trust me I have a lot of shop experience from both sides of the track. Went to give my daughter get a first time experienced to deal with her car maintenance. Shes 19 and I want her to learn how to deal with responsibilities and unfortunate situations I couldnt be more pleased than how she was treated with the upmost best overall respect. I can now say when me and my wife move to FL I can feel at ease and 100 percent be comfortable thats shes in great care. Lots of changes...The store is organized and looks good. Great place to go for undercar and basic repairs and they have a $15.99 oil change! Also they have a new location off Garners Ferry on Greenlawn Drive rt off I77 near the VA. Todd went over there and he is running that one. Great to know now 2 locations in Columbia! They need to change the sign though because they are still signed as Waltons Auto but its legit. They are changing names soon to The Tire Choice, but same company

They were really cool my. My family goes there whenever are tires are bad. Just a couple of days ago, one of my family members just got there tires patched from them. So I do recommend them.

This place was awesome! They were friendly from the time I walked into the door until the time I left. They educated me about the different types of oil changes, and the BEST part is that they allowed ME to decide which one I felt I needed.
