I used them to repair my vehicle after my car was hit by a coyote on the interstate. The staff served me well with their skill and kindness. The bumper came loose due to the cold weather and I stopped by to see if they would be able to repair it. It was a simple fix and they immediately served me, fixed it and did not even charge me. I would highly recommend them!!

I called and asked for help with a leak in the sunroof of our daughters car. They told me to bring it in and quickly got to diagnosing the problem. They found the issue and called me the next day to let me know it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived the staff was very professional and polite. The facility was very clean.They explained what was going on and what they did to fix my problem. When we went to pay they told us their would be no cost to us. We were in shock of their generosity and the service they provided us. First of all you can tell the men and women that work here take pride in their work and are focused on excellent customer service. They were able to help me out with repair work after an accident. I went back after having some problems with the front bumper and they were able to give me an estimate quickly. They even helped fix parts so they werent dragging on the ground and rubbing against my wheel. I was so thankful for their assistance. Id recommend them to anyone.

I have had my vehicle fixed here twice. Great customer service and great quality of work. My first visit was a result of an accident on a brand new car, air bags were deployed and there was a decent amount of body damage. They fixed it up like new, and when I noticed there were a few scratches on an interior panel that hadn’t been there when I dropped it off, they replaced it at no cost. Repairs are completed in a timely manner, sometimes sooner than expected. This repair shop is a pleasure to work with, Ed is always very nice and helpful. I would highly reccomed Central Missouri Auto Body to anyone.

Couldnt be happier with the service I received. I hit a deer with my truck, need the bumper replaced and some paint touch up on the hood. They were nothing short of professional the entire time and the work looks excellent. They were a little higher than the other estimate I received, but I will pay extra for top-notch service and what I received from them was well worth it.

Had the job done quick and the finished product looks great. Gave my car a look over to assess everything, explained what needed to be done right after, and had it all done in the time I was quoted. Took just about a week to restore my crumpled bumper.

After taking my vehicle to Central Missouri Auto Body for extensive hail damage, Ill never go anywhere else. My vehicle, a 2017 Honda, looked more like a golf ball than a car when I dropped it off. Ed and Jake were extremely professional and courteous during the entire process; they handled all of the insurance stuff, and even let me use a loaner vehicle while they worked on mine. It is a long one! Had a lot to share:My experience with Central Missouri Body Shop is beyond words. Before driving to the facility, I checked out their website. I was impressed with the what I read about each individual. My appointment was at 3pm. I work in a call center and it is hard to leave on time. Needless to say, I got stuck on a call at the last minute. I called and let Carol know that I might not make it on time but would try. Her reply: Don’t rush, take your time. We will be here. I don’t want you to get in an accident. Take your time. I thought WOW, she cares more about the customer than getting the business. Most places would say if you can’t make it today let us reschedule. I was relieved that she would fit me in if I was late. I met Jerry outside crawling around a car to check the color of the paint on a car (I’m guessing) and engaged in a short conversation, what a down to earth guy.I talked to Todd who explained the process of getting the car fixed and stated it would be finished no later than April 29th. I also talked to Ed because I kept getting emails telling me they were on track to get it done on April 23rd (when in the beginning they stated April 29th). Ed stated they add extra days as buffers in case the parts come in late or are damaged in shipping or the windshield is delayed in getting fixed. These folks were patient with me when I would follow up with them after the emails to see where they were truly at and express to them how much I really did not like the rental car. I was elated when my car was ready for pickup on April 20th.When I came to pick up my Subaru I thought to myself as I pulled in: WOW that is a nice car! Wonder whose car it is? Then as I got closer I realized it was a Subaru. Nah, that can’t be my car. As I was walking closer to the car Carol said “do you want to look at your car?”. I thought to myself: that’s my car???? Good thing I had my sunglasses on because it was shining so bright that with my sunglasses. All that shininess was hurting my eyes! The last time I saw that car look so good was on the Subaru dealership lot! Tires were shining and when I open the door inside it smelled brand new. I don’t have a good sense of smell but I got a whiff of the smell the car smelled good! It was shining on the inside also! I have had a car in the body shop before to have major repairs done on it and it never looked like a brand new car. Antoine you did an outstanding job! I was elated (not just happy) to see Mr. Forester looking so fine! He was ready to go on a date!Thank you Carol for willing to stay late so I did not have to take time off from work. I just started the job and did not have any PTO to take. You truly are a people person and God bless you for that!Just want to thank everyone at Central Missouri Auto Body for an excellent job on my car! They were able to work around my schedule on getting my truck corrected, provided feedback through the process, assisted in getting a mechanical issue corrected to help reduce overall cost and presented a full restoration of the damage that was incurred. They are terrible at doing auto damage estimates and dont give you an accurate estimate they dont do whats best for the customer they do whats best for the insurance companies.. told me my estimate was ~$2900 and told the insurance company it was ~$2300 what happen to the $600? They are not trustworthy of doing estimates

It has been my unfortunate circumstance to have used Central Mo Auto Body on 3 separate occasions in the last 8 months. Unfortunate because it was necessary, but these guys turned an unenjoyable circumstance into a totally enjoyable repair experience. In one instance, the other guys insurance estimate was laughably low. they worked with that company to get them up to reality and then did work that is indistinguishable from the original factory finish. Theyre professional, theyre military friendly and theyre truly compassionate people. I hope I never need to see them again, but if I ever need bodywork theres nowhere else Ill go. It was very nice to meet them by accident.

My son slid into a curb the week before Thanksgiving break at Mizzou. He was planning to drive home to Chicago area with 3 riders. I called Central Missouri Auto body based on google reviews. They could not have been better to work with.After assisting with the tow (car had bad suspension damage and slight body damage), they assessed the car quickly and initially told me that they would not be able to have the car back in the 9 days before my son left CoMo due to previously scheduled work, ordering parts, etc. While I found this completely reasonable, I spoke with Carol, explained the situation and asked if we had any options to get the car back in time. She said that if we focus on the suspension now, they might be able to do it.Long story (slightly shorter), after putting up with near daily status checks from myself, my wife and my son, they finished the morning that he needed to leave. Thanks Carol, Ed and the whole team.

Everyone there is nice but they arent working for the customers they are working for the insurance companies. They gave me and my insurance company a quote of $800 to slap some bondo and paint on my rear passenger door from where I got hit. I went to get a second opinion at the shop down the street, they informed me that the entire door has structural damage and needs replaced. The reason Cental Missouri Auto Body didnt tell me this information, is because they are contracted with the insurance companies to quote as low as possible. If you want your car fixed PROPERLY, I highly suggest taking your car to any cedible trusted body shop that is NOT contracted with the insurance companies.

My car has unfortunately been in one or two many accidents. However, each time I take it to Missouri Central Autobody, they always smile and welcome me in. Their communication during car’s process is always excellent, and they go above and beyond to restore my car. I never hesitate to turn to them whenever my car has damage. Thank you for what you do!

Sadly there are only 5 stars available. I would love to give more. My front end bumper was damaged and hanging off one side. I got it to Central Mo auto body and they took great care of me. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in person was wonderful. The best customer service I could have asked for. They listened to what I wanted and did not try to talk me into stuff I did not need. I brought my wifes vehicle here after it was vandalized and needed the front fender replaced and painted. The quote I was given was about 20% higher than that of Perrys Collision, so I asked what the cost would be to just paint and match the fender if I replaced it myself. I was told they were not interested in doing this.Alright, its your business - but you lost mine. I will not even waste my time getting a quote from this business when it comes time to paint my restoration project truck either. I assume they are not interested in that either.This was the only body shop that turned me down when given this offer. Terrible customer service.

I went into Central Missouri Auto Body today for an all over dent and bumper fix. I talked to Chirs Vaughn which is the store manager. He told me with in seconds of showing him what I wanted them to get in the estimate, im not interested well thats fine..... Central Missouri Auto body just lost a $8000.00 dollar CASH deal! and I will not be returning for any more services!

When I wrecked my car it took a whole of 10 seconds for them to see that it was totaled and to tell me. Which i liked if there is one thing i cant stand its beating around the bush.
