My car was brought to them for repairs on my bumper. Not only were they slack on communicating with us about the car, we couldn’t take the car home the day they called us to pick it up because there was a bar sticking out on the side of the bumper.Then when we finally got the car back we noticed the visor was no longer staying up, they took the steering wheel cover off my steering wheel for what reason I don’t know, there are black marks all on the back of my seats that weren’t there before and the panel to open the door is popping out because it is broken now. We’ll update its 8:41 am right now and my car completely stopped working. There is fluid leaking out of my car and the car is unable to move. When we called the place a lady named Kimberley was very rude and sighed on the phone because we told her the car stopped working out of no where. Will definitely not bring my car back if I need a repair.
Dont use this location!We waited for a month to schedule, and they rescheduled us.Today, they just called me to reschedule again. They said this(rescheduling) is not going to happen again last time they rescheduled me, and they did the same thing again. One day before! I already arranged my ride and rental car.Its been more than two month now. This is ridiculous! I cant trust their words any more. I wasted my time just for waiting.
Horrible service- on my Lexus GX 460. I had used them in the past when it was John Harris and everything went well. However, my experience this time was HORRIBLE!! From the beginning there was NO COMMUNICATION- I had to keep calling to check on my vehicle.Then there were conflicting reports on my vehicle, as to what needed & didn’t need to be done to it, depending on the person you spoke to that day.When I finally got my vehicle back - it was rattling, making horrible noses when I drove it - & when I looked at the repairs it has been “patched up” as well as there was yellow glue left all over my white car- looked like someone had it on their hands and fingers and left it several places on my doors etc.also the inside of my car had scuff marks on the seats etc that was not there.I took my car straight to another body shop for a second opinion and gave them the list of what gerber had supposedly done and 1/2 of the things were not done. And there were TONS of other things that should have been done that were not done -Then when gerber found out I had taken my car else where they called and asked if they could make an appt to get my car back for things that they “didn’t get to do the first time”My answer was H NO!!!!I will NOT use GERBER ever again
Never go to this place to get your car fix.Very poor management.They have cancel my appointment twice one day before my appointment.
Although they were not able to service my car today - Jeremiah and Gloria went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive until they can get me in! Thank you both!

This rating is based on my first person interaction with the girl that answered my call. Its obvious she wasnt interested in me doing business at this company. Before spending my money or filing an insurance claim I want to know about the quality of the workmanship & now the new Covid 19 protocols. I wanted to be sure that Gerbers glass subcontractor was AGSC Certified, she stated she wasnt sure. I was attempting to work out the logistics of bringing my car & money to this company. She was audacious enough to ask me in a condescending tone, yet a grammatically incorrect question you DONT have insurance? I explained to her that I have car insurance, but I want to patronize an AGSC Certified company. She obviously doesnt understand the process of filing an insurance claim for auto glass replacement in the in which state she lives & works. The insurance company will either pay the auto glass company directly or reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses. At this point in the conversation her ignorance & lack of professional tact, courtesy, or respect quickly informed me that I wouldnt do business with this company! She needs more training & education if she is going to be the first person of contact for this business!

My wifes vehicle ended up taking a lot longer than any of us hoped for (including the good folks at Gerber) but that was solely due to another car that was holding up the process on one of their main machines. Outside of the unforeseen delay, the repair went smoothly. Charlie was always extremely kind as he updated me on each call, even though he knew the timing issue was becoming increasingly inconvenient for missing our family vehicle. After the fact, Harry - who runs the shop - was adamant about making things right for us and he, along with his team did a great job ensuring a lasting impression.
Super fast turn-around. Kept me up to date with my car status. The check-in, check-out, and car rental process literally took only a few minutes each time. Seemless process and outstanding work. My car looks like new! Like nothing ever happened. I would recommend Baker’s to anyone!

I was involved in a hit and run. Between bakers collision and enterprise, the process was easy as could be! My car was done before the quote time and it seriously looks brand new! I couldn’t be more impressed. Definitely recommend!
I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment. The employees were very nice and professional. My car was ready ahead of time.The only problem I had was the next morning I got ready for work and my car wouldn’t start. They said maybe it sat with out being crank all week. I had to pay $100 for towing, 129 for dynostic and new battery. I don’t understand how that came about. Now I payed $250 deductive and then $378 in less than 12 hours.
My sister needed some body work done and she called around and found Baker Colission to be fast and affordable. John helped her out when she brought in the car and they had her car fixed in no time. Thanks guys !

These guys are great! Went in for a claim because someone hit my bumper in a parking lot and drove off. Dropped my car off Friday afternoon and was told itd be ready by Tuesday. Only complaint is I got a call the next morning saying my car was ready to go! These guys really run a great business.
