Always pleasant staff, the store is always clean, great location and selection!
I love this place. They have a LARGE selection! They are also so friendly whenever we come in.
The people that work there where very helpful and they have a wide verity of liquor wine etc
Great store! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Awesome selection of wine and beer for all tastes and budgets. Very clean and so organized that it was easy to find what I wanted!
Store is clean, aisles are wide, selection is good, prices are average, owner is very nice...and he speaks German as well (and let me practice with him).
Love this store!
Bought a bottle of Bicardi and Black Kraken here. Service was outstanding and the clerk was very knowledgeable about the spirits they carried. He was able to help me narrow down what I wanted and recommended Black Kraken and Bicardi as good rums to mix with. 10/10 Would recommend for good quality, cheap liquors
A little expensive but great options and employees
Friendly staff. Decent selection. Probably a couple $$ more on liquor then other places
Went to buy some champagne for thanksgiving, and when i walked up to the door i saw the cashier checking out a customer with their mask pulled down. then, i saw the manager with no mask, who was walking around the store while there were customers inside. following, a third employee with their mask pulled down. this is disgusting.
One of the men there helped me pick out a wine, and was right about what I would like too. Really great customer service. And good wine selection.
One of the better liquor stores in the area. Better selection than most.
Not wearing masks . Spent 35 bucks on a bottle of wine and a 4 pack of beer. Cashier gestures were rude, didn’t say a word no have a great day, come again, thanks for your business. First impression I will not be back
Met at the door with a happy voice. Escorted to my choice and out the door I went. Great experience
Always very inviting. very knowledgeable and a great help when looking for new stuff.
I love this place. Great selection, good prices, and the staff are really cool. Shout out to CAT ! 🐈
Good service. Military discount. Beer selection is okay.
Went in to this place last night with my girlfriend. As we approached the counter an older man was our cashier. As I was on my phone ordering food for delivery and talking to my girlfriend, the man bags up our beer and then very loudly spouts our “How are you!?” I was a little caught off guard as he was staring at me while I looked up. I replied by saying “I’m well, yourself?” He then very sarcastically says “ Oh that wonderful to hear, is that okay if I ask you how you are or do you have a problem with that!?” . . . I had trouble remembering the man’s name but after reading other posts on here about a certain someone being rude I’ve come to find out that the man’s name is Richard. Extremely rude guy, avoid Steins and Vines and avoid Richard. One day he will smart off to the wrong person at the wrong time.
Stopped in today at 1145 am looking for an item. I went to the counter where the clerk was finishing with a customer. Then they proceeded to talk and talk and talk. Never acknowledged my presence, nothing. Only when I turned around and left did he ask if I needed help. Poor customer service. Nice store but I will not be going back
Great place to buy beer. Very friendly staff great selection of beer and wine and liquor
I need to spend more time there is fantastic.
So nice very knowledgable staff, I used to drive by this place. New staff made a big difference!
Their selection is cheap and the service is the worst I have ever received at a liquor store. The man at the counter who said his name was Richard was rude and dismissive when my father, my brother and I presented our ID cards, but my sister-in-law had left hers in the car. Richard laughed and pushed our wine aside, gestured for us to move away and snidely remarked that we could get back in line when we were ready. He began to help the next customer and announced loudly sorry about the extra wait, these guys arent prepared. I understand there are laws about presenting ID when purchasing liquor. However, just as there is no law in Colorado requiring every member of a party to present ID upon purchase, I am confident that there is no law or policy requiring bad customer service. We will be taking our business somewhere with better selection and a staff who does not treat paying customers like 16-year-olds trying to buy a 30 rack of PBR without an ID. Thanks Dick! Have a great day.
I had a very unfortunate experience here, and then it was compounded by a horrible response from the owner. We bought 6 bottles of wine and they gave it to us in a standard 6-bottle box. When my wife was carrying the box into our house a bottle dropped straight through a hole that had been perfectly perforated under one of the bottle compartments. It was most definitely an accident waiting to happen. After cleaning up a mess you cant imagine, we took the booby-trapped box back to the store. Long story short - the owner took the legal-like position that once the bottle leaves the store they arent responsible, and by the way, how does she know that I didnt break the bottle and then perforate a hole in the box to scam them?Excuse me? Youre blaming me?End result, she reluctantly replaced the broken bottle like that was a huge favor, but I got no apology or any gesture of good will. All I got was insulted. You learn most about a company when you see how they respond to a problem. Great companies rise to the occasion and create loyal customers. Other companies, like this one, take the different approach of calling their customers liars.Update: After posting my review, a different owner reached out for a 2nd chance. He said the hole in my box was caused by some type of conveyor belt, and showed me another box with the same problem. Apparently he hadnt been aware of this massive problem before. Now that it was clear I told the truth, I said and he agreed, that there was no excuse for the way I was treated. He offered a belated apology and 2 bottles of wine as a gesture of good will. Lesson to be learned - customer relations issues should be fixed the first time. Second tries are better than none, but still fall short.
The staff is knowledgeable about different beers and very friendly. The prices are also competitive with other stores.
Good selection, horrible customer service. Richard likes to belittle his customers and acts like he is better than everyone else. Some one should fire this guy. He works Saturday nights
The people here were always so kind and accommodating, even offered to order a bottle of wine that I really wanted. Very friendly guys
Friendly people and decent select of cold beer. Good neighborhood liquor store.
