Awesome customer service. I had the opportunity to visit the location for the first time based on a recommendation and Springs did not disappoint. The product inventory and prices were great, but most importantly was the customer service. MS, the manager was very friendly and helpful finding me the perfect bourbon to give to my son for a gift. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back.

I have come to this establishment number time and the manager and staff is always great. I have asked for allocated bourbon and then manager seems to always offer up something awesome. Not like the other stores where you have to shop for many years and then starting offer you great bottles. This place is great if you are a bourbon hunter!!

I was looking something rare, hard to find for my nieces upcoming wedding. Ive only been in the place a couple of times but found they have a great selection. I inquired about the item I was looking for (being released this year) and stated they actually had a 2019 version! One item still available. I may still be in the hunt for this year product but the courteous staff will have me back has a returning customer. Yes I bought the 2019 version!

Since moving here early 2021 Springs Liquor Outlet has been close by and hasn’t disappointed. Massive inventory, great selections and friendly owners and employees. The Drizly delivery service provided is amazing as well! From Absinthe to Zombies, A to Z if you can’t find it nearby they more than likely got it.Wine, whiskey, scotch, bourbon, rum, vodka, beer, and mixers. I’ve never seen the shelves empty.

This place is simply the best. MS is a great guy and takes care of his customers. Cashiers are respectful and more than willing to help you find that special bottle.

They proposed have the bottle you have been searching for. Just watch out when you get to the register it will probably ring up 40% over MSRP 😐 after this happening twice I’m done shopping here. He even took advantage of my wife by charging her $200 for a $125 bottle when she came in looking for a birthday present for myself

Worst customer service ever. 1st of all i had to walk the entire store to find some help. Then I asked the cashier my question. Which was since they were out of 12 packs of bottles of rolling rock if I can just take 2 six packs for the same price. I mean in this country 13 bottles is 12 bottles no matter how you look at it. The 12 pack cost 13.99 and the six packs are 8.99. I finally found the in his words sort of manager and he told me he wasnt about to lose money by doing so. Well guess what in they long run lost money because they lost a customer. And we all know that person with a bad shopping experience will tell 100 people about it vs a customer with a good experience that will only tell maybe 10. He told me to never come because I was upset at his poor performance. Well guess what that was my plan in the first place. If it were earlier in the day I would have made him put the stuff back on the shelf and not made the purchase that I did. Hey sort of manager. Get some people skills and learn how to mai train a customer.

I dont drink, but I bring my roommates here twice a week. The gentleman working there everytime we go in is kind and if you get him to talking, his stories are worth a few min to hear out. This is a diamond in the rough, you think its the source of a night of happiness and impressing a date, but the atmosphere is homely and wholesome and sticks with you longer than that bottle will and tbh probs longer than the date as well. Just saying.

Was limited to one bottle of moet Chandon imperial nectar. Because the are allocated 1 case. I have 3 birthdays in mid September that now we have to go someplace else to get this. My business will be going someplace else as well. Ever since these people bought out the previous owners its gone down hill. All my fellow vets are going to hear about this as well.

Wow! This store finally has some product. Every time I used to visit this store I thought it was on the brink of closing down. There are now new owners and I can see the difference reflected in the prices. Such a better assortment of wine and spirits and at a better price. Plus now my wife can bring her purse in!

I have been shopping at this store for awhile and today I asked to purchase some Blantons whiskey as I have done before. I was told, no because Im not a regular customer. I purchased it before from there as was denied simply because he didnt recognize me. I have never been discriminated against, like I was today. The disrespect displayed is why customer service is a dying art. There is no customer service, and the staff seem as if you are bothering them with your patronage. On new years eave they did a good job handling volume. Had all registers open. Its under new management..they lowered prices and discontinued shopping club thing they had. I noted an increased selection in a couple sections. This is by far the best liquor store around here.

Oct 2021…Another outstanding visit! Picked up my favorite hard to find wine aged in bourbon barrels called Buck Shack. Also got one of my all time favorite bourbons…small batch smoke wagon! I used to visit this store when it was under the previous management. What a change!! The employees are much happier, the product selection is amazing!! The manager Malhar noticed I was looking for something and asked if he could help. He led me right to it. I was very excited to find that they carry this difficult to find item. I had also left my credit card in their machine and he came out to find me in the parking lot to return it to me. It really IS about the customer here. I can highly recommend this store. Oh, and if you need a recommendation on a good wine or product, just ask. They are really happy to help!

Dont know why this place only has 4 stars. Its very large, they have a pretty good selection of alcohol, and its very organized. Super excited they just started carrying Reykjavik Voda.

I have been a customer here for a long time. It recently changed owners and the prices have stayed the same as they were before at least with everything I buy but the got rid of the family membership discount which gave you a 5 percent discount on anything in the store. Still some of the best prices as far as liquor goes.

Used to be a 5 till they changed management...bought some watered down fire ball that should have never been on the shelf...and thats the cheap stuff wonder what there doing with the top shelf?....also they boast lower prices but $3.99 for a tall boy what a joke...will never buy from them again

The most recent reviews, all positive, are highly suspect. The new owners have not been in place long enough for some of what is said to be said. As for well-stocked shelves, immediately after the ownership change, and for several weeks thereafter, many shelves were empty, as if vendors had repossessed their merchandise. For several weeks, an out-of-use check-out counter has been re-positioned, and it now supports a step ladder leaning against the front wall. A couple of the original checkers have been retained, and the one new girl, while OK, does not deserve rave reviews. Overall, the place does not appear to be managed by people familiar with American standards of retailing.

Used to be a long time loyal customer until they didnt care about false advertising displays in their store. This $5 rebate ad didnt include any rebate form or codes. The checkout guy wrote down website for me to go to to redeem code. Got home and the website required code to process rebate. Went back and asked them if they could call miller rep to provide me a code. They said its reps issue and they couldnt do anything for me - it was for me to take it up with miller rep. I finally told them they shouldnt allow false advertising in their store. Bye, you just lost a longtime loyal customer.

I havent been to the store before they had new management, but I do know that the people running this place are totally different people now. I thought it was a fantastic experience. I walked in and said wow to myself because it was so big. Tons of wine to look at and the beer selection is very wide. Theres a lot of cold shelving for different beers. I am picky and only really like sour beers much, and although the store had a bigger selection of ales, lagers, IPAs, etc than it had sours, the new manager himself, Malhar, walked around the store with me and showed me all his favorite sours. He picked me a great one to try (dry dock cranberry, an easy drinker, yum!!). He also took the time to show me some other options I may enjoy for next time. Im going to be very happy to bring my husband back here, especially since they have some of his favorite imported german beers in stock. Thank you!

Big store in spring and wonderful service

This is the best liquor store in the springs, I really like it. Its not too far, easy to find, I can always find my drink with their wide varieties, the prices are convenient and the customer service is excellent!

Since moving from florida over a year ago i have not been able to find the beer i used to drink and ive looked everywhere in town and in denver. I walked into springs liquor outlet expecting them to say they can not get it like everyone else, but no, the owner sat down with me and called everyone he knew to get me this beer and was able to find it. Ive never had customer service like this, ill be recommending this store to everyone i know!!! Thank you again guys!!!!
