Great experience!Usually my boyfriend and I are ignored when we go into jewelry stores. I attribute this to how young we look. Not today! We walked in and was approached immediately. The staff was very helpful but still gave us space. My boyfriend ended up purchasing a bracelet. I definitely recommend going if you want to spoil that special someone or yourself.

This is my third jewelry purchase from Helzburg Diamonds Chapel Hills, and I’ll most likely be back for more! They have quality pieces at competitive prices. They also have excellent care plans and warranties for items you purchase. For example, as long as I bring my jewelry in every 6 months for its inspection sign off, they will make any repairs needed of/when they arise at no charge. For my larger diamond, I purchased the protection plan that is very comprehensive from repair to replacement and it is 100% worth it. They also run great sales that are actually sales (instead of a mark up just to “discount” it like some other stores) and offer payment plans if needed. If you’re looking for a new piece of jewelry, your first and last stop should be Helzburg!

To start off, my mom and I went to Kay Jewelers to get some ideas for my wedding ring. Not one person greeted us or offered to help. We then went to Helzberg where we were not only greeted by the staff but Stephanie was also patient and answered all of our questions. I came back with my fiancee today and again Stephanie helped us as well as Chris. Both answered all of our questions and also did not make us feel pressured to purchase immediately. We found a beautiful ring that was within our budget and is something that we could customize later on. I would highly recommend this Helzberg to anyone. Thank you Stephanie and Chris.

Very polite and well mannered staff. Anxious to show wide variety to gain insight into customer preferences. Slick move, but very effective as the customer often does not recognize their own preference. They make sure the customer is pleased and kept within their price range.

Went there looking for rings and didnt really like the selection for women, but liked the variety for mens rings. Helzberg used to be really good price wise, but now their prices have gone up a lot. Financing is now ridiculous also. They did have a different selection that the other store in the Citadel Mall, but financing was outrageous.Why spend about 8k for rings when I can get rings for half price elsewhere?? The warranty sounded good also, but found a better one elsewhere as well... Sorry Helzberg.

I didnt find anything I particularly liked. I wanted something unique. Something that no one else would really have. Most of the items were pretty boring or had really tall settings, which is what I was trying to avoid.

Holly took great care of me here. I ordered a custom engagement ring and unfortunately it got delayed by two weeks. So I was very disappointing since I wanted it before Christmas. :( BUT as I mentioned, Holly the store manager went the extra mile and saw to it that i got a decent discount on the wedding band and she gave a $50 gift card to a restaurant of my choice. I will definitely go here again for any future jewelry needs.

I was in the Chapel Hills Helzberg Diamond location this evening and I am very disappointed by what I witnessed. Two Females, looked to be a couple, were very rude to the staff. A gentlemen that was attempting to help assist them with the misunderstanding the best he could. The ladies were very rude to him and other staff this evening. From the outside looking in, the young man seemed to be giving the kind of customer service that one would appreciate, especially dealing with this kind of hostile customer. Love this location cant wait to go shopping there for my Mothers day gifts!

Taylor was the worst representative of any place I have ever been to. Blows my mind that he has a customer service job. He was rude, to my fiance and I, snatched something out of her hand, when told to have a better attitude he replies I make money okay....Currently waiting to hear back from his manager. Not to mention he was very innaproriate and went to find me on Facebook and from there found my place of employment and wrote a review there. Something needs to happen with him and by that I mean he needs to lose his job.

Getting engaged should be one of the happiest moments of your life. I can 100% guarantee it won’t be if you come to this location and have the displeasure of dealing with a man named Taylor. After being told my ring would be done around six, 6:20 rolls around and my fiancé and I come back and before she even gets to ask her whole question she is rudely interrupted by the girl working with a “it is not done yet” okay fine. After another 20 minutes and no call we go back and it is sitting there, yes finished. A call would’ve been nice. The next experience is filled with the most disrespectful customer service I have ever dealt with. When my fiancé suggested that he fix his attitude he replies “get money is what I do” alright. Apparently belittling people and talking down to them is what you do. Steer clear.

I will never make another purchase at Helzberg diamonds nor will I recommend this brand to anyone due to the experience I had at this store.We purchased our wedding bands here when they had a deal to receive a free Xbox. We paid almost $2,000 but they didn’t allow us to take the Xbox until we picked up the rings. This didn’t make sense to me because they had our money, why would it matter when we took the Xbox?I picked up the rings and Xbox when they were ready. My fiancé tried his ring on and it was too big, even though they sized his finger in the store. We went in to get it sized (again) but apparently they have a 60 day return/exchange policy that no one told us about. We now have to pay $70 for them to size the ring again even though they were the ones that sized it wrong in the first place. We either pay the $70 or order him an entirely new ring.The worst part is that the store manager and the regional manager were the two people that helped us during these experiences. There is no one we can go to with our concerns since the concerns we have are with the two highest employees in our region.

Very terrible customer service at this location. I hope this doesnt speak for all Helzberg shops.A few years ago I received a watch as a graduation present. And until last year I never wore it. I was younger and didnt care about watches.Once I started wearing the Movado watch the pins started coming out. I took it in to get fixed eight times. Where an employee would push in the pin and invariably two days later it would push out again. No one ever told me about the warranty on Movados or the exchange policy until after it had lapsed. I didnt know it had these features. I had never worn a nice watch.So I paid 80 dollars to have my watch sent into Movado repair. Told that it would have a half year warranty on it. It broke again within days. A month later I was finally able to get back in. I asked to have it sent back in because it was still under warranty. The shop gal flat out said no and that I should take it to a quick fix watch shop and pay again for what ever they would charge. I eventually coaxed her into sending it in again. Where she then said we will call with an estimate. To that I said, no it is still under warranty.So a few days ago I received a call that the watch was in from repair. I dont believe it was ever sent in. It was in pieces when I came to pick it up.So, coming from a Practice Manager of an optical office here are two great points where things could have been fixed.Initially when I started coming in last year. It would have still been within the manufactor warranty.And two, when I came in this last time after spending the 80 dollars. It should have been sent back in, no qualms or complaints. Or my money given back to me if unable to be fixed.I am blown away by the poor handling of your business.Malls are dying. Everyone knows this. I will be sure to get my jewelry online.
