First time placing an order here. I was a little nervous because my mom said she had some issues in the past with ordering & I couldnt be more pleased. I originally wanted the order at the door but read the policy and answered it anyway. The guy who delivered my order was super super friendly and nice. I was whispering because what I got was a surprise for my husband. Brought the treats to my husband and he was so happy. Seeing his face while demolishing a pumpkin cheesecake with some fruit was the highlight of my day. Hes happy, Im happy. ☺️

I prefer to support small businesses, but I was wanting chocolate-covered strawberries at last-minute. I ordered around 10am for pick-up at 2pm. The fruit was delicious & packaged well.

Definitely not coming to this location again. Sign is posted on the door clear as day that they are open until 5. Yet here I am at 4:30, doors are locked and no one is here. This is not the first time, so I will not be back.

Great place to get beautiful fruit arrangements for someones birthday, anniversary, or simply a get well soon gift. They have boxes of dipped chocolate strawberries, holiday fruit arrangements, smoothies, cookies, among many other delicious treats. Kim, the owner, is such a delight to talk to and she can help you design the perfect gift.

Extremely disappointed with the order my girlfriend received. They were nothing like what i had seen online. Nothing!! If the strawberries werent available I wish someone wouldve contacted me before the delivery was made. I paid alot of money for what looked like last weeks strawberries not mention how small they were. Im embarrassed that she was given this order. I paid for large red strawberries, not small dingy looking ones. Wasted 70 dollars on such a poor arrangement!!

The last couple of times my daughter sent Edible Arrangements have been extremely disappointing. The melons are flavorless. The other fruits are very good. I just received an arrangement for Mothers Day: very pretty, but half of the fruit was tasteless.

Product was delivered but no call was made and not even a ring of the door bell so no one knew it was there. As hot as it is outside delivery instructions were to call before so that the receiver would know. Not only chocolate but dairy was inside the package. The package was not cold when found so the contents are questionable. Extremely disappointing.

Posting this as I see the owner replies to reviews and I have a suggestion. It is not appropriate to send out such beautiful creations wrapped in flimsy plastic and a cheap, very breakable boxes as its base. I requested a nice bag (much like the door dash people are taking in and out of your store-with your logo) to transport the gift and was refused. The woman said you don’t have anything decent to carry the fruit basket although I saw at least 20 go in and out of the store in the extremely long time it took someone to come to the front counter to address the bell. Really not a wise idea to alienate your customer base over something so inadequate. What we pay for the arrangements should be acknowledged by exceptional customer service which your store does not have at this time.

Completely disappointed. We have used this location many times before with minimal issues. This experience was awful. Not only were they unable to deliver what I paid for, but the the associate was extremely rude, she called me entitled and got mad when I asked to cancel and refund my order. Worst experience ever.

I ordered a small arrangement and was able to pick up that evening. The quality of the arrangement and the fruit were top notch. Everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

First time ordering it. Called earlier today to check on the status and the woman I spoke to on the phone was respectful and assured me it was ready and looking good for delivery. When it was delivered, she was very impressed and couldn’t wait to get it open!!! Thank you so much for making this birthday the best it could be with me so far away. Will definitely be using again.

Ive been in three times so far as a door dasher and not once has the guy working worn a mask whatsoever. Only get an edible arrangement here if youre ok getting potentially contaminated and tainted/dirty food.

Cant see my niece on her 10th birthday because Im sick and quarantining, so I decided to order chocolate covered strawberries and some balloons for her. Her dad went to pick them up and dudes walking out and about and working in the store with no mask — ended up having to return them. Really had the audacity to tell him WeArInG a MaSk Is HaZaRdOuS tO oUr HeAlTh. Im livid

My middle sister and I sent an Edible Arrangement to our youngest sister for her birthday. The website was easy to navigate, had good selections, and offered free shipping. The gift arrived as expected, and my sister said it was delicious and very fresh.

The actual products themselves - The arrangements (got one for Mothers Day last year) and the chocolate dipped bananas along with their cookies are amazing!The prices are kinda high as far as Im concerned - But if you can afford it its worth it! The day we went in to the 8th St location the AC was out of service and it was like an oven 😕 Hopefully thats fixed now.

One of your drivers near downtown Colorado Springs, CO cut me off twice, first time on exit ramp - passed me on right as I was letting someone in, came up next to me while their lane ended and forced me out of my lane. Then they cut me off getting onto I25 north. - UPDATE: happened today 10/9/2020 at 1:18pm from Garden of Gods to I25. You know its your van or not, license clear and pic of employee. If I was in my truck, I would have let them hit me, but was in a car I actually care about.

I got this for my Wife and the Chocolate Cover Scrumptious Strawberries and Pineapples were ravishing and so delicious. Next time I will add more grapes instead of the honey due. The Perfect Gift! Enjoy!

My mom and mother-in-law both love receiving Edible Arrangements. I have called the store directly, called the 800 number, used the website and also the app on my phone. Ive even shown up at the store and made a special request. The result is always spectacular and delicious!

As a walk in customer, great customer service. Answered all my questions. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and kind. Even up sold a few items. My arrangement was ready in 15 minutes, so I didn’t have to wait long. Very please with what I ordered.

The delivery woman went above and beyond. The delivery destination was being difficult and she had to go in several times, being patient with me and texting me updates as I made calls trying to find someone who could accept the delivery. It looked beautiful and tasted great! The price is undeniably too high but Im pleased with the service and product.

Easy in and out so long as you order ahead. Always on time and great gifts for mothers and girlfriends. Definitely worth it.

This place is very organized and cares about their customers. I actually worked in the store as temporary help during Valentines week (their busiest time of year) and I was very impressed with how clean the prep space was, how fresh all of the fruits were (literally delivered to the store, prepped, and arranged the morning of the orders), and how hard the owners work to make sure all customers get great products and service!

Wanted to give a nice arrangement to the rehab folks at Spectrum. To say thanks for all the instruction and support they have given me. I wanted it to be something other then only chocolate. Usually I order from Sharis Berries but theyve been disappointing lately. So I decided to give these guys a try. And boy, I wasnt disappointed. My order was done ahead of the pick up time and they looked amazing and my mother was very happy with them (They were for her birthday) Definitely ordering from here more often.

I cant tell you how upset I am with the Edible arrangements on 8th Street. My husband is battling cancer, and there is a good chance that he wont be here next Valentines Day, so he wanted to do something extra special for our kids, something that would be just from their daddy; edible arrangements delivered to their school. How cool, right? We placed our orders (4 of them) a week in advance and were promised that since delivery was being made to a school, they would arrive by 3:00 p.m. Well they didnt arrive by 3, so I called the store to see where they were; school gets out at 4. I was told that our orders were pending delivery, and that they were still in the store. When I explained the situation and how important this was to my husband and how much it would mean to my children, all I got was, Im sorry, but there isnt anything I can do about it. Is there another address we can deliver them to later today. REALLY?!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you could give negative stars, this would be the most deserving place!! HORRIBLE customer service (actually it is nonexistent)!! I tried sending my family in Colorado Springs a bunch of chocolate covered fruits for Thanksgiving, my Uncle was hosting and I was not able to make it. Below is a description of my experience:1. The order was left with a worker at their neighbors house (not even the actual neighbor as stated might happen if no one answers). Issue: 1. It was not left with the actual neighbor, and the worker was unaware of who the gift was addressed to and therefore did not deliver to my Uncle, 2. No notice was left at my Uncles house, when I told management he, Greg, said well it was supposed to be left and that was it! 3. I left my phone number for the delivery person to call, called but never left a voicemail, when I told Greg his response was, well now that you told me I will have to fire the delivery person. Seriously dont put me on a guilt trip because you dont know how to effectively train your employees!! That is a YOU problem, YOU should be fired!2. The package was to be delivered on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and I call Saturday after Thanksgiving when I talked to my family and found out it was never delivered. Issue: Greg, the manager, told me my only option was to either get store credit, which I said I would have to be a moron to ever want something from this company again. So, Greg said he would send another package to my Uncle. To which I said I sent the gift for my family when he was hosting Thanksgiving and he would never be able to eat all that chocolate, I just want my money back. Which he has refused!!3. I was tired of arguing with incompetence and asked for corporates phone number to try and get my money back since Edible Arrangements FAIL to complete the order under THEIR agreement. Greg told me, there really isnt any point to call the corporate office because they will just pass it back to me and I will be the one calling you back. After that I ask for the owner, Ilene, to give me a call immediately to get my money back. Greg said he passed on my message, but it is 12/10 and I have not received a call or my money back.

The driver for the 8th street store parked on my private property and I have two no parking signs up!! I ask the driver to move nicely and he yelled at me and he said where the F*** do you want me to park?! There is parking at the house he was delivering to ( both in front and in back parking available)!!! When I went to the store to talk to the manager she did nothing but argue with me and kept insisting that he can park on private property that has 2 no parking signs up!!! If I could give a negative 0 star I would!!!!

I was surprised to read the bad reviews- bc i had a really positive experience- I placed an order from north carolina for my fiance who does not leave work until 6pm- the gentleman at the store was incredibly helpful in arranging the delivery at the best time so that the items did not sit outside the house for too long- both the gentleman at the store (didnt get his name) and the driver kept me in the loop. Items were delievered timely and they were very delicious! Def would recomend

We wont ever do business here again.... My Husband placed an order for Valentines 2014, he picked it up on the 13th and we he gave it to me the next morning 3 had mold on them. I wanted to take them back but we dont live in Colorado Springs and we had other plans for the weekend.
