When into the Colorado Springs Pandora store with my daughter about a week ago she needed to exchange an item purchased in another state and was told the local store could send it back to them and have it returned to the store. It turns out that wasn’t the case but the individual assisting my daughter was rude and condescending, the other associate I was talking with was more pleasant. My daughter returned to the store a week later to make a purchase two different associates working that were rude and not helpful. I know Pandora isn’t the high and jewelry store that others are but at least they can do is be customer service friendly so that they can make a sale. Pandora you need to hire better people

I had to exchange a gift so I went in. My sales associate was the exact opposite of warm. It was a completely unenjoyable shopping experience. The 2 stars are because I really love the jewelry, NOT because of this shopping experience.
The staff here was amazing. Helped my wife obtain a Pandora charm that was no longer available online and worked hand in hand with another Pandora store out of state, including making multiple calls, to get this for her. Highly recommend this store!
Buyer be ware! I went in to buy a pretty sizable purchase from them. The advertisement is you get a free jewelry box with a purchase over$100.00. Well they didn’t have the one of the charms I wanted nor did they have the jewelry box. I went ahead and bout 3 other charms which came to over $200.00 in cash. I went home and decided I would order on line.Today I returned 2 of the charms and I was told that I would have to wait a month to get a check. Here they would have my Money for over a month and I . I was told it is on the receipt. Really on the receipt that was emailed to me?????? Oh I could get a gift card. I am very unhappy with this pandora and probably will drive to Denver to buy there. So please beware ! 😂

Seems something terribly wrong with their system. I ordered a bracelet charm for Mothers day online, and received a ring. Called up customer care and they said I will have to walk into a store (after almost 1 hour of interaction). To top it, they said I cannot return the ring in the store and use the same $$ to get the charm, and I will have to pay for the charm in the store. To get my $$ back I will have to return the ring (return shipment was provided, Thank God!). Bought the charm from the store and paid for it. Dropped off the ring at my closest UPS office, and still waiting to get the refund (its been almost 2 weeks since I dropped the shipment). I think will have to call back the customer service. I dread it since the personnel on the phone have to be explained the same thing umpteen number of times. Not sure if they understand it and just show that they have not, and want to get the customer frustrated or they genuinely dont understand. Either way I think their ordering system and the customer care specially needs a major overhaul.
I went in to buy beads for Valentines Day and was greeted with a hello and I noticed that yes theyre busy and Im willing to wait, I never mind waiting. A few minutes pass and an older couple walks in and they are greeted with hello can I get a name I was confused as I was continually ignored the more I waited. I then came to the conclusion that they were putting people on a wait list and didnt put me on it cause I guess I look too young to be there.
Super employees. Took care of pandora charms with free cleaning. Took care of a warranty issue without any hassle. Nice to see that there are still quality businesses around.
Don’t waste your money. The rings are cheaply made, and the store is completely indifferent when caring about your products. Stood in the store for almost 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The staff has a very passive aggressive tone. Put the nail in the coffin of my relationship with this retailer.
Completely disorganized staff...you get a different answers from ever person regardless of your question( forget priority service with a pandora card they look at you totally lost)....ZERO URGENCY TO CHECK OUT ONE YOU HAVE YOUR CHOICES....and dont even ask if they can add a newly purchased charmed to an existing bracelet..eyes rolling and huge delays...I simply will NEVER SHOP THIS LOCATION AGAIN 3 failed attempts its worth the drive to Denver...and though it places very low on the the issues above the store is dated and looks cheaply done for an upper class shopping area ...

After having a horrible experience with the online customer service I was hoping they could help me in store- Cassidy was amazing and offered every solution to help. I will be shopping here instead of online from now on. Thanks so much for the help!
This place has horrible customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me or even approached me to see if I needed help. After looking around for 5 mins, three other customers walked into the store and they were all greeted and helped promptly. I had to go to the register just to get someone to help me. I felt like I was being discriminated against because I was the only black person in the store and nobody felt the need to help me at all. There was an Asian lady in the store that wasnt helped at all either. Coincidence? I think not. As a frequent Pandora customer this is unacceptable. Something needs to change about the way they approach customers. No one should feel like a second class citizen while shopping.
The staff was overwhelmed and not up to thier usual high standards
Ive gone into this store 3 times in the last year and each time its been over a 45 minute wait. The worst part is they do not have a way of tracking who is next. Therefore youre arguing with other customers on who came first. I will no longer shop at this store due to it being so unorganized and clearly not enough focus on customer service. I can buy what I need online.

Worst customer service ever. Called for assistance was told um its mothers day and we are super busy so CALL BACK ANOTHER DAY very rude and then HUNG UP ON ME. What kind of business does that?
