Peakview is a great local business in Colorado Springs. I do not regret using Peakview for my windows, door, gutters, and stucco. Jesse is a great window/door installer, and the integrity of his work is top notch. The stucco crew is a well oiled machine, they are very attentive to detail. Dennis did a great job installing the gutters, he made it look like I could do it myself... haha! Jeanne was very patient throughout everything, and she is very good at managing projects. Unfortunately, I had to work with Frank on an issue with paint, but he is as stand up as they come, and he made sure I was 100% satisfied before collecting final payment. My house looks great, and I am very happy with using Peakview.

Peakview did a LOT of work for us. They installed three new exterior doors, a new garage door, new windows, new gutters, new stucco and stone overlay.The house looks fantastic! All work was completed as planned and within their estimated cost. We did have an issue with one door installation but Peakview resolved this to our satisfaction.Id highly recommend them for any of the work we had them perform. Jeanne was an enormous help in color and stone selections; as our principal point of contact for all work, she ensured everything happened as we wanted it to.I readily recommend this company.

We purchased 7 Amerimax windows for an addition to our house. After 6 months of use, we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of these windows. Four of them are quite large and have proven to be very efficient in keeping the cold and road noise out, while allowing ample sunlight in. They function flawlessly. We highly recommend Peakview for their service and Amerimax for their quality.

We hired Peakview because of their excellent reviews and the quality of the windows they sold. We had a big job with lots of windows to replace. Initially, their service was great, but after they received the initial check to order the windows trying to get information on scheduling and the status of our job was challenging. After the install was complete, there was an entire panel of three windows that didn’t fit correctly. They had to reorder it three times. Peakview did a terrible job communicating as to scheduling the install of the replacement window. We had to continually call to see if it was in & when it would be done. Then each time it was scheduled, we adjusted our schedule be home but Peakview didn’t check the window until the morning of install. Each of those mornings they would then call and have to tell us that the window was worse than the one we had and the re-order. It took 3 months for us to get the job completed. We tried explaining how displeased we were with the customer service and felt brushed off by the management to the point where we felt he was almost rude. I wouldn’t recommend using Peakview. Find a company that values your business.

I first used them to replace a window 5+ years ago and then more recently after the hail storms. I wanted the same windows as my previous purchase, so Frank immediately looked it up in their records. He was sitting in my kitchen and efficiently had all the information I needed. His follow-up and communication while ordering, waiting for the windows to be made, installation, and after was impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend them to others!!!

I replaced all the windows and three glass sliding doors in my house. Jeanne was really knowledgeable, professional and took a great deal of time to explain the options and process. They were all very easy to work with, reasonable, and on time. I couldn’t be more pleased with the Peakview!

I needed to replace windows because of the hailstorm. They were able to provide a like kind quote for the insurance company and a quote for what I wanted since I wanted to do some extra features. They ordered and installed windows in a reasonable time frame given the extraordinary demand of the time. I only had to sit through a short sales presentation without the need of my wife and he did not attempt to sell some unreasonably priced product.

Great service from start to finish. Quality windows that are doing more than we expected, drafts are gone that we were just part of the house.. Anthony and his crew were professional, courteous, and did a magnificent job of cleaning when finished.

Dear Peak View,You just completed another beautiful job on my home. Five years ago, you installed siding to the entire house and the next year, new patio and front doors. It was all I had hoped for and more! The house looked wonderful and the work was completed with such professionalism that I find it hard to describe. Then the hail storm of 2018 hit and of course I called Peak View to fix the almost totally destroyed back of the house and chimney. Again a better than ever job. You cant even tell where the fixes and replacements are. The yards were spotless when completed and it was done in less than two days by one terrific workman. My neighbors were so impressed, they called you to do their house. In my seventy years, I have had a lot of experience with home repair companies and yours is simply the BEST! By the way, when I received the very first estimate, Mike told me that my heating bills would go down with the siding......he wasnt kidding, they dropped by half and I have the bills to prove it.Thank you for being all that you are and for your courtesy and honesty.I cant imagine why anyone would go any other place and will tell anyone who asks just that.Sincerely,Pam Lammert

Working with a small, family company has its pros and cons, but in the end my house is beautiful with a quality vinyl siding product and professional installation at a competitive price. We had a few issues along the way but all were resolved to my satisfaction and I would recommend Peakview.

The best of the best. Had all of our windows replaced by them. Prompt, courteous, professional, and top quality windows. Then, they stand behind their products better than any company I know. When we had any issues, even years later, they were right on it, fixing caulking and a large window with a broken seal for no charge and promptly when we called them. Theyre a pleasure to do business with, and a rarity with their customer service in this day and age.

We have had two contract’s with Peak View, both times it was a very good experience. We recommend them to all our friends & neighbors.

The commission from the PM to owner (me) was none. The crews that did the work (amazing). The schedule was guess what’s next. They never committed and when ot what they did. It wasn’t accurate. One Saturday morning we had to backup around a pile of sand. No one said hey we have a delivery coming @ 8:00. Also needed some wall fixed. Guess what it was our problem. I had to get it fixed. $30,000.00 stucco and 14 windows. I needed to get a window cleaner. Not included????Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. They don’t care

We had our windows installed last year! We couldnt be happier! Cheaper heating cost in the winter and cooler breezes in the summer. These guys are super easy to work with and very helpful. They spent as much time explaining things to us as we needed.

Just had our patio door replaced by Peakview. This is the second time we have had them do work for us and all I can say is what wonderful experience. Made me feel at home and I never felt pressured to buy. Their installation is second to none. Very impressed with the detail put in to their work. Very pleased!

We had Peakview install a couple entry doors and storm doors. They did great and we are extremely happy with the work!

Terrible customer service. Have had two different appointments scheduled with these guys to take measurements on windows I need replaced. I have been at the house both times and they have been a no call no show BOTH times. Huge waste of my time. Should have known after the first time that you were shady and not worth dealing with. Lesson learned and time wasted. Thanks for nothing.

Weve had work done to our house several times with Peakview over the last couple of years. Each time the work was done in a professional and timely manner and the installers always cleaned up after they were done with the job.

We called Peakview Siding for a quote on a steel siding job. Mike came out and gave us an estimate, and made suggestions for colors, trim, etc. Then came the first of the 2018 hail storms. We got on the schedule, and waited our turn. When it was time, Gene came out and did a great job! Our now beautiful home looks great with siding, trim, soffit and fasica from Peakview. I could not be happier with the work performed. Thank you Mike for all your help. Strongly recommend this company.

I called to ask for an estimate on a house we were looking to buy. They told me they only work with homeowners, I understand where theyre coming from there is uncertainty that I might not buy the house and then actually get the work done and theyre out the effort of an estimate. However at least offer to provide a ball park estimate or some per sqft estimates so a home owner knows what they might be getting into. That way I can buy the house and then use you in the future. The nice thing about all this though is now Im certain I wont be using them for anything! in the future. Win Win for both of us I guess. :)

I am forced to give this company 1 * for denying me the opportunity to generate quality business for them they hate canvassers and I would not recommend a company that is against canvassing because its been around since before any other marketing method! Lame!

So the professionals at this joke of a business will sell you any window just to get a sale and take advantage of people. Needed a 6x4 and they sold my mother a 6x5 and when I tried to return the wrong window they told me to damn bad! Worst customer service ive ever had

Peakview Windows and Siding is a company that embodies their motto of “Tops In Quality, Tops In Service”. I had the owner, Shaun come out and give me an estimate for siding, soffit, fascia, seamless gutters, and replacing the smaller windows in my Security/Widefield rancher with larger windows to meet current fire egress standards. He showed up when exactly when the appointment was scheduled and was very professional. He explained different options that were available to me and went over each in depth. Then he outlined the whole process of how the installation would take place. My windows were installed first. Thomas the installer was Top notch. I was concerned with how much of a mess it was going to be with having to cut the stucco and the walls in order to fit the larger windows. However, when he and his assistant were done there was no mess to clean up at all, just beautiful new clean windows. Next, the siding, soffit, and fascia were installed by Gene. I was amazed how all he was able to custom bend the facial to replicate all of the odd angles that are on the house. There were some areas that I wanted a little different than how he installed it and he made the changes for me. It simply looks amazing! Finally, they worked with me for scheduling my gutters because I was also having my roof replaced during this process and they explained that it would be best to wait until after the shingles were complete before they installed the gutters on the house. As soon as the roof was complete they scheduled my gutters to be installed the following day. Now the only thing I need to do is replace my driveway. Too bad Peakview doesn’t do concrete work. This people never got back to me after letting me know that one of their people was going to contact me to help me with my siding problem Ive called them several times while waiting for them they even came over to my house to look at the siding problem there was a lady that came that day, said she was going to send one of their people eventually nothing, I was left hanging, they could off at least notified me that they where not going to persue to fix my siding problem and not waste my time waiting for nothing bad business, Iam never calling this people again.

I called to get information and ask for a local supplier as I am recently new to the area and the receptionist was rude and hung up I will not use or recommend this company because its lack of professionalism and to have a rude receptionist is unacceptable and should be considered the first line of communication for the company and she clearly doesnt care about the company thats employing her

WOW!!!! $5,500 more for my siding estimate than a few other reputable siding companies. What a sham.
