The wonderful customer service and workers at City Glass were very helpful in getting a new door installed. The whole process of replacing our sliding glass door went very smooth. After a few months, the door is doing well and we are very satisfied with the quality product and workmanship. They were very helpful in explaining the best options, got a very reasonable price quote and they kept us informed as the process went along.

They were great. New to Springs called them for replacement glass in my Coffee table that shattered on the move here. Place an order on Monday had it for me Friday morning. Perfectly cut can not tell the difference.

Very happy with City Glass. I went into the office with measurements, talked with the staff who was happy to help and settled on the size and type of glass to sit on my great-grandmothers wardrobe truck. I ordered it that day and it arrived on time for a very reasonable price.

I ordered a shower glass door pay $1000 down and three months later no one had contacted me. I then called to find out about the shower door and they said that the hardware was on back order and they have no clue when they’re going to get it. I understand things are hard these days but someone should have call me because now my project is that that long.Ridiculous!!!!Also they could not find my $1000 payment anywhere and told me that this was a reason it was not ordered. Then they change the story.I will never do business with these people again!!!!

There are five or so glass companies in Colorado Springs, but, if you want THE glass company, then there is only one, and that will be City Glass. They have been serving COS for years and years and they have only gotten better and better over all the years until now they are the Best for all your glass needs. Go there really, its a glass!!

We had a great overall experience with City Glass. Our office was broken into, they broke the glass front door. I called City Glass first thing in the morning and spoke to Bonnie, she immediately started helping out. Brian was at my office within a couple hours to evaluate the damage and give me an estimate. The price was reasonable and they had glass in stock so I approved it. They had Chip out a couple hours later to replace the glass and clean up the mess. By 1pm that same day we had our office door window replaced with a more secure type of glass. Bonnie, Brian, and Chip were great to work with! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Ill definitely use them for any glass needs I have.

Very poor customer service!! When my husband had questions they were rude and condescending to him. Went to another glass company and they willingly answered all questions without any attitude. They even gave us a better price than quoted from city glass! I would not recommend city glass to anyone!

These guys were the only place in town I could get to touch the window I had busted out on my truck topper, and they got me taken care of at a reasonable cost with a quick turn around. Be warned though, their insurance prohibits them from working on auto glass so I had to remove the window frame from the topper before they could replace the glass and reinstall it myself.I also had them cut a piece of glass to go on top of a dresser to protect the wood finish, and that came out beautifully as well; cut exactly as requested with a nice edge.

City Glass did an absolutely wonderful job on removing and re-cutting and re-mounting our bathroom mirrors after our remodel. It was amazing to see them remove the large mirrors in 3 bathrooms all within about 10 minutes. Then, they took them out in front of our house and re-sized them and re-mounted them. It was quick and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and fair.I am a retired health-care professional having practiced in Colorado Springs for over 30 years. For many years, my office waiting room was in a glass atrium which needed maintenance on a regular basis. We also occasionally needed glass work on large tinted windows. City Glass was the source for all of that work, so I had exposure to their services on countless occasions. They were always very efficient and professional and able to solve any glass problem that needed tending to.Lastly, I would note that EVERY person whom I have ever dealt with at this company has been friendly and personable. If you need glass work of any kind in Colorado Springs, there simply is NO other company like City Glass. I highly recommend them.

I had two windows with hail damage on the trim. I called City Glass and they sent an estimator out and then scheduled the repair to be done on 29 Sept 20. Josh M came and did these repairs and I must say a nice job was completed. Everyone I had contact with at City Glass for this were very nice to work with. I would certainly recommend this company for any glass things that you might have. Amanda was the receptionist that I talked to and made the arrangements with for this job. The best of the best from the initial contact to place the order, followed by the in home measure and the follow up to the final installation. This is the second time we have had the pleasure to use City glass to improve our home looks and value and we have recommended them to friends, especially after they see the final product in our home. If you are looking for a company that takes no pride in there work and has horrible customer service come here. Otherwise search elsewhere. After botching a job I called to try and speak with a manager 4 times and was repeatedly unable to reach them. They had the secretary call me back to tell me they would not resolve the issue and that I could pay them full price to have them cut another piece of mirror. Very disappointed as my family and I have given them ample business for years. This is the first time I have ever written a review for a company showing just how dissatisfied I am.

We completely remodeled our master bath and called in 3 different glass companies for estimates on the shower glass. The tile wasnt yet completed so we knew this was a quote only.The City Glass tech was great. He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. The shower enclosure was very large and he was quick to walk us through a couple of different avenues and advise on pros and cons. We received an email early the next day with a drawing and quote. As soon as the tile was completed we called to have him out for final measurements and were happy to find that the estimate did not change. The glass was installed quickly and perfectly. We found that everyone we worked with at City Glass was accommodating and helpful. Were very happy with City Glass and would definitely use them again.

They do an awesome job with custom glass work. Theyve done several jobs for us over the years and theyre always done perfectly. Weve had several pieces cut for the tops of our tables, dressers and other furniture so the wood doesnt get scratched. The glass protects the wood and it looks really good too!

I love when a business makes you feel warm and fuzzy about the world and humans. This happened yesterday with Chad and City Glass Company. I called them to come and look at a glass shower door that we were unable to close because our lower level slab has shifted a bit and had made the door stick when opening and closing. Great phone service from the get go, they called back with a time and date to come take a look.Chad arrived on time, took his boots off at the door - yay - and proceeded to check out the door while my husband supervised :-). After giving it the once over he decided he could adjust it and make it usable for the near future, saving us around $1200 bucks for a new door. After spending almost an hour adjusting and fixing he informed us that thered be no charge for the service. WOW! This is the sort of kindness and service that makes you just feel good about humanity in general. Nice guy, great service, great company. Their card even says, Doing the RIGHT thing since 1950! And its absolutely true. Thanks City Glass, we will spread the word and when that old shower door finally kicks the bucket we will definitely be getting our new door from City Glass.

The front counter girls are very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. City Glass does excellent work and apologized profusely because my paperwork had been misplaced somewhere in the process so they didnt have the order completed as quickly as they expected. It was OK though as it wasnt an emergency. Their prices also seem more reasonable than other places I received estimates from.

City Glass did a fantastic job installing my new shower door! It was a specialized install for handicap accessibility that I wanted to not *look* like all the usual handicap accessible showers you can picture. The installers were professional and very fast! One minor adjustment was needed after installation and Mike was sent out that coming Monday! Absolutely streamlined and efficient install and I highly suggest using them for any glass services you may need!

While completing the sales inspection process, the buyer of our home requested that we repair a defective window. Our realtor recommended City Glass. An estimator came out and gave us a price and said that it would take about ten days. We paid for the repair to satisfy the home buyers request. Their was little communication between ordering and installation until the day before the installation was to occur. City Glass called to tell us that only one of the two units came in and that they would need to reschedule when the second unit arrived.The morning that the installation was to occur the second time, we received a call informing us that one of the two units was damaged and they would need to reschedule. I am assuming that the work has now been completed almost two months after the original order was placed as they sent me an email asking for a review. We no longer live in the house (or same state), so I expect that they were able to finally get the work done for the new homeowner. I am not sure from where the failure to perform originates- whether City Glass, or their supplier, but either way my involvement was strictly with City Glass. I would not choose to do business with them again either way.

As always, City Glass was very prompt in getting here. Your menare always very professional and immediately explained whatthey were doing and went to work directly. It was a tedious taskremoving the broken glass from the frame, but it was done in goodtime. Their care in getting the large pane in place on the second levelwas amazing. The helper was great because he removed the snowfrom our neglected entry way to ensure good footing for the ladders.We are impressed with their care in every way and the results.

I had a good experience getting a quote from City Glass. They came out to my home to measure a hutch for sliding glass doors. I had questions that were answered knowledgeably and recommendations were given to me to keep the cost down.The quote came by email, but I couldnt read most of it and the price wasnt broken down. Ive never ordered glass before and I may be way off here, but $200 for 2 rectangular pieces of glass seems a bit ridiculous and I told Jamie this. He was understanding. I told him I would have to check prices elsewhere and still he was understanding, when many companies these days wouldnt have been. I really appreciated working with a company that has good customer service. I just wish they werent so expensive.

Single pane, double strength spec order for storm window glass replacement during a busy mid-October was ready in 36 hours. The women in the front room of their Downtown store on Colorado Avenue were courteous, knowledgable, helpful, efficient and appeared to be well-organized,- despite being short-handed. No mistakes. Good quality material and production. Outstanding business reputation locally for generations. Upon shopping around, I found that City Glass has less local competition from businesses offering residential/homeowner services than 5-10 years ago.

Ive been dealing with City Glass off and on for the last 20 years. I recently had them do work on my recently purchased home. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the first time I had them do on site work. Ill be contacting them again for some more work in the near future. The major item they did was to install a new glass door. Im very pleased with the quality of work and the new door it awesome. Much better than I originally thought. Both the estimator and crew didnt mined my questions and often suggested ways to save money (usually, by not having City Glass do the simple work).

I have referred City Glass for shower glass installation to multiple clients, but we just did our hall bath and had them install the shower glass. The whole experience was excellent. The installer made a suggestion to offset the glass which we hadnt thought of, and it was a wonderful idea. The offset glass made our shower even better, and we absolutely love it!

City Glass replaced the glass in one of our windows a few weeks ago. The seal had broken and the glass was foggy. From start to finish the job was exceptionally well done. They had to use a very tall ladder and had a team of three for the installation. Highly recommended.

City Glass installed a beautiful clear glass shower enclosure when we remolded our MBR 5 years ago. Last week we noticed the door started to sag and rub against the adjoining glass. I called City Glass on Monday to adjust the door and they had a technician on Friday morning. The Technician, Bob, was very professional, knowledge and courteous. Fast Service - Excellent Technician

I have used City Glass for decades. Their workmanship and professionalism is unsurpassed. Only once did I have a problem (not major) with the installing of screens (never had a glass problem). Dave came out, inspected it and had them redo it to my satisfaction. He was great to work with. Everyone I have dealt with there has been very nice. I highly recommend them.

They had what I needed. Got checked out and loaded and out the door fast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Tried contacting multiple times to reschedule my window to get fixed. Called during normal hours but went to voicemail at least 4 times during the week. Rep left voicemail stating they would come Thursday which doesnt work. I finally reach rep and she states the appointment was today(Wednesday) but was cancelled since I never called. Rude tone and did not seem very eager to help. Overall poor experience with communicating. Hopefully the actual work is better.

This is our second time doing business with City Glass. The first time, we needed a sliding glass door. After we called for the first time we got a timely quote appointment, and a very quick delivery and installation time. They came out and custom made my sliding glass door to fit and its perfect almost 2 years later. The best part was the cost was the same as if I got some generic door installed by a hardware store. Recently, we needed to install window locks on windows from 1979. City Glass made an appointment for the next day! We couldnt be happier, and we wont go anywhere else.

I needed to find a replacement glass coffee table top. Naturally the sizes are not standardized. They were able to order glass and cut it to the the correct size the next day.

Called for an estimate on shower glass and glass door last Thursday and still havent received a call back. Thank goodness for Aspen Glass! As a contractor I recommend Aspen Glass instead.

I had to replace a window in the basement, theyre very efficient there. Prices are reasonable. And they actually had the glass cut day earlier than they first quoted. And theyre very friendly people.

Several years ago City Glass replaced all my shower doors and the frames from that old outdated brass to updated clean lines nickle finish. They were on time and did their work in a professional manner, cleaning up as they go. Today I went in for plastic catches for my shower door that were worn out, and they gave them to me free of charge. What a way to please a customer. Way to go City Glass.

City Glass did a great job tracking down the glazing needed to install replacement window inserts in some 35 to 40 year old windows no longer sold in this area. The whole project from quoting through installation was very professional and reasonably priced.

City glass installers did an outstanding job replacing eight large sunroom windows and two smaller ones. Steven & Jon were on-time, respectful of our home, skilled and polite. Estimating & scheduling worked well.

We split our time between a home in the Bay Area and our home near Monument - so we really appreciated how great they were about communicating and scheduling! The crew showed up on time and were very respectful and friendly while they worked - quickly - to replace three windows in our breakfast nook area. The weather was crappy & cold, but no complaints from them. When finished, the difference was dramatic - not only the lovely CLEAR glass giving us back our view of Pikes Peak, but the temperature in that area is now the same as the adjacent kitchen and the suns rays are no longer hot. Exactly like Jamie (their estimator) had said when he came for the initial consultation, and what we were hoping for. Warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer - with this new southeast facing glass. From beginning to end, these guys delivered. Very happy!

We were trying to find storm window replacement parts. One of the staff offered to have us email pictures so she could check to see if they had anything that would work.
