Was very impressed by the quality and features the salesman showed us, so we pulled the trigger on 7 new windows for roughly $9k. The windows were ready early, great! So far so good. Then came the install (see photos)... One of the screens arrived with 3 holes in it, and the installers got glue all over it as well. The installers used a Sawzall to cut completely around the windows to remove them, which shook the walls so hard that photo frames were falling down as they went, and they left huge cracks (some over 24 long) and huge holes in the drywall, while other chunks of the drywall simply shook themselves off. They caulked without wiping their dust off the walls, so none of the caulking stuck, and peeled off as it dried. They even caulked around the huge hole they left in the drywall! I immediately called the support number and received a call back a couple hours later from our local rep who said someone would be out the next day to grab the screen and fix the caulking... Great! Except the guy didnt come the next day, he came 6 days later. They sent out a drywall repair guy on day 8, who did an okay job, not great, but doable. Unfortunately, while he had a piece of the drywall out to repair it, we were able to see that the installers DID NOT USE ENOUGH FOAM TO FILL THE AIR GAPS!!! (see photos) I again called the support number and several days later still have not gotten a call back. So I now have drafty windows without insulation foam, leaving a perfect gap for bugs and wasps to build their homes.
We have contracted with Champion for new windows in our condo. While we are several weeks away from having them installed, the front end of the process was very easy and their customer service was amazing. We worked with David Good who was phenomenal. We also had a lengthy wait with our HOA that caused us to wait almost a month for approval but Champion still treated us well and kept our contract in place while we waited. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and service!
Presentation is very crucial to any sales pitch. The presentation for champion is great. I do have an issue with how long it took but that could have been my fault as well. David was a very professional and polite salesman through the whole process. With the kind of warranty they offer I will be recommending Champion whenever I can.
Just signed with David Good of Champion Windows for new windows on our very old house and could not be happier! David was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and an awesome person! He was patient and consistent while stepping us through the details of what Champion has to offer. And as an engineer, I can really appreciate his technical demonstration of Champion windows vs. other windows--truly an eye opener when it comes to saving fuel bills in the Winter! I highly recommend Champion Windows and David Good!
Dave was great! He explained everything very thoroughly. The whole process was smooth and seamless. I would regimens Dave and Champion to anyone looking for new doors and windows.
Anthony spent a few hours very thoroughly going through all of our window and siding options. He also explained all of Champions very reasonable financing options. Although we only decided to get our windows done at this time we plan contact Champion for our siding in the future.
Haven’t had this order of windows installed yet however, the in-home estimate and contract process were easy, smooth and to the point. Our salesman David Good was incredibly knowledgeable as well as polite and professional. Champion’s sales department is top notch and I won’t hesitate to make referrals to anyone looking to replace their windows. We already have Champion windows throughout most of our home and have had zero complaints of quality or installation the 12yrs they’ve been installed. We are very much looking forward to having Champion upgrade the last three windows in our home.
I bought new windows for my entire house, with a total cost of over $20k. I felt this was reasonable pricing for a total replacement. The sales person was very responsive to our needs, but he should have been considering the price of our job. The windows were installed in reasonable time and the installers were professional and did a good job. However, thats where the good times end. We had one of our windows crack, so I sent in a service request online. Champion does not allow you to call and talk to a service representative, so I sent the request in online and expected a response within a week or so. Well 2 months passed and I heard absolutely nothing. Tried to call again and went through about a dozen different numbers before I was able to speak with someone. This person did not work in the service department, but was able to help and ordered me a new window. Or so I thought, because that was now a couple months ago and still no word from champion about my window replacement! And I try to call today and of course cant speak with anyone. So I sent in another service request and am waiting with baited breath to see if theyll actually respond to me this time.Unbelievably frustrating that I spent $20k on new windows and now cant even get a response or talk to someone. Buyer beware for sure. Theyre great when youre spending money, but terrible with service requests.
Rob was on time, professional and shared extensive knowledge about the product his company offers. Great demonstrations during his visit.
Had several windows replaced a few years back and really like the quality of the product. Came back to replace a few more windows. We had an appointment with Rich today and he did an excellent job. He accommodated all our requests and spent extra time doing additional estimate for more work that we requested.
Rob Marino was punctual, professional and friendly. I can wait to see the quote!
We have only gone through the initial sales process. The sales representative Dave Good was very informative and answered all our questions. He arrived on time and acted very professionally throughout the sales process. Of course, the proof is in the pudding. We’ll leave another review after our windows are installed.
They were very helpful and extremely friendly. Was able to get beautiful windows at a great price for my extremely outdated house. It was all a very pleasant experience and will be using them again
Dave came to our house for a consultation and was extremely professional and informative. He came well prepared with all the information we needed to make a sound decision and wasnt pushy in making us come to a decision while he was here. If youre in the market for new windows its absolutely worth-while to at least give Champion a chance to show you what they can do
I had heard amazing things about Champions customer service and products so I utilized the Champion website to schedule a home consultation for the following week.Needless to say, Champion does NOT appreciate customers or customer service experience. My wife and I both take time off from work to be at home for the scheduled consultation. I get a call, 15 minutes *after* my scheduled appointment saying the sales rep was 90minutes away and would not be able to make the appointment. SorryA couple thoughts come to mind1.) If he was that far away, clearly they should have known he would not make it or at least be late prior to the appointment. Crazy I know. But clearly, I was not valued as a client.2.) Why would he be 90minutes away if they confirmed my appointment well in advance with my address? Seems like poor planning and, again, that I am not valued as a potential client. This alone turned me off of their business. But then they continued to text me asking to reschedule. I responded stating I was frustrated and how my wife and I both lost time and income at work for no reason thanks to poor planning on Champions behalf. The rep told me that he/she wanted to make it right. Sounds promising right?Champions definition of making it right is acting like nothing happened and simply rescheduling. I told the rep that making it right implies making me whole in some fashion. Thats not what Champion thinks. The fact that they would allow me the honor of rescheduling and taking advantage of existing sales is more than enough. I explained to the rep that this was not making it right by acting like nothing happened. The rep in turn wished me a good day.I have appointments with their competitors (Pella, Renewal by Anderson, etc) and I am certain they will make their appointments. I am also willing to bet they understand what it means if they offer to make it right. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever gone through.
Rob was super friendly knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.
Initial sales contact with the sales rep, Devon Frost, was amazing! Professional, well spoken, very knowledgeable. Devon was outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. He was polite to my wife, children, and myself and took all our questions. He was in contact with us every step of the way while we weighed our options and took other bids from other window companies. His constant professional outreach and superior knowledge of windows compared to the competitors sales reps secured Champion a sale. Our follow up experience beyond the sales rep was mixed. It took a whole week for someone to reach out to us and we had to contact the corporate office in Denver to finally get a response from someone in the Colorado Springs office for follow up appointments for window measurement & install.Despite this delay of 6 days between the sales of the windows by Devon to follow-up contact with the Colorado Springs office, the Springs office did do a good job in getting our appointment sooner then originally planned by the corporate office in Denver. Overall, Devon Frost got the four stars, while the lack of timely communication cost the company a single star. Despite losing a star, however, we were impressed by the Colorado Springs offices customer service after the delay was corrected by them.
Tony was amazing. He took his time to answer any questions and made sure we understood. He is SUPER nice, too!
Im reading all these 5-stars reviews and Im wondering who did their work because it was obviously not the guys that came out to my home. Mind you, we didnt ASK to use this company to build our sunroom. The previous homeowners used them and we got stuck with them due to warranty. It has been a constant back and fourth affair for a YEAR, almost TWO YEARS, and we thought it was resolved the last time they were here, but we were clearly mistaken. Just look at the pictures, theres enough to show there.I also see on here that theyre quick to message the 1-star reviews and wanting the customer to contact THEM instead of reaching out to the customer. Why wont you stop wasting your time and fix my roof AND sunroom. You know, theres mold under our tiles now because of your faulty work and we have TWO young children. I hope youre happy with cutting corners and providing mediocre work. Just give us our damn money back instead of promising your life time warranty. Lawyer up.
Devon was prompt and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I loved that he was not pushy. I will recommend Champion Windows to everyone.
Rob Marino was very professional through out our whole consultation and answered all of our questions we had. He throughly explained each process from selecting windows to demonstration. We highly recommend using Champion Windows for your next project dont forge to ask for Rob.
Received a quote for window replacement and the sales person was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the product differences in detail and quoted different options for us. Very professional process.
They have a great solution for just about everything.
Window measurements. Were very professional, explained to me how the installation process works and gave me a better time frame for installation and what I need to do to prepare. One of my cats even liked them😺
Great experience! Our first experience with Champion Windows was in 2018 where we had half of the windows in our house replaced. Installers were quick and efficient. About 5 months after they installed our picture window, it ended up getting a crack in it. They didn’t even have to come out to see the crack for them to replace the window and got the new window for free because of their warranty. We were so happy with the past service that today (March 2021) we had Rich come out to quote us on the remaining windows to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend to our friends and family!
Excellent experience, Tony was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Champion was able to quote me for my project on the spot and offered great options.
We first got our Champion Windows installed in Sep 2011. At that time we decided to get new windows, storm door, and sliding glass door installed on our main level only and leaving our basement windows alone. After our new windows were installed, we noticed an immediate change with our heating and cooling of the house. With our old windows, we could never sit at our kitchen bay window as it was too hot during the afternoons. Since our new windows were installed, the sun has never been an issue with overheating our rooms anymore.Fast forward to 29 May 2021 and we had a massive hail storm with 2+ inch hail stones. Our basement windows (not Champion Windows) took a beating, cracking one window and a few other window frames. On our main level, all our Champion Windows and Sliding glass door had ZERO DAMAGE other than torn screens. Quite impressive for windows almost 10 years old now. With this past hail event we have decided to complete our basement with Champion Windows and Slider door. We were quite impressed to see the same Champion Window representative, Rich Biskner whom we had back in 2011, show up tonight and take good care of us.We are looking forward to finally having our basement finished with Champion Windows making our entire house complete now.
Tony came to our home to represent Champion Windows.l was pleased that he was on time. He was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable about their product. However,l did not buy the windows as they were over my budget. Great looking products, just more than our fixed income could allow. 3 stars only due to high pressure at the end to make a decision by the end of the day.
Poor workmanship and very bad customer service. I needed warranty service done on my champion doors. Over the course of half a year, Champion committed to replacing doors and frames but then only decided to reset my current ones. Their service person they sent out even admitted to the poor workmanship of the initial install and that they didnt do business with the installer that initially put the doors in anymore. Photos of champions workmanship are attached. Dont waste your time with Champion. I dont know if the Colorado Springs location is a franchise for the Champion company or not, but I implore you not to spend thousands with this company only to be treated very poorly afterward. They left gaps in the exterior molding, screws missing from the poorly attached screen door frame, a large gap between the frame and the latch so that the doorknob nearly doesnt extend into the frame, and many other deficiencies that are far, far from acceptable. They strung me out so long and acted like I was lucky they were doing anything at all, even though its THEIR warranty that they committed to at the time of door installation. I dont typically rate on Google, but this experience has left such a poor taste in my mouth that I wanted to share my opinions and experience in hopes that others dont make the mistake of doing business with this company. They dont stand by their commitments and lack integrity.
Great sales presentation. Tony was clear, thorough and very pleasant. Took his time to address my questions and evaluate options. Understood my needs and position without pressuring me.
Tony was on time, explained everything very well. Quote was good, just need to find the time to get it done.
3 basement windows was all I had left to finish the change over of all the original windows in my 1983 constructed house. Several years ago I went with Renewal by Anderson to get started, but their double hung windows were horrible and I ended up in small claims court to get them removed and my money refunded. Heart House stepped in and did a good job but they are now out of business. I called Champion as I knew they had a solid reputation over many years in business and they delivered. They were a solid professional company through the entire process with a quality product and warranty. Glad I chose them, would do it again.
Rob Marino is very professional and informative. Can’t wait to get our windows.
It was a pleasure meeting Spencer today at our window appointment. He was knowledgeable, honest and patient with our crazy dogs! We look forward to working with Champion Windows.
Oct. 5th, Ive received an installation date of this month . The communication has been better this week. Thank you for the update. On Oct. 20th, a crew of three installers/finishers were early, explained everything, removed 22 year old Viking windows, caulked, and finished the job in less than half a day.The windows reduce the wind and road noise and the multiple safety stoppers built into the frame. Fixed windows and rain glass are better than expected. Professional install team delivered a quality product and explained everyrhing that I was signing at the completion of the job. Good trades people are hard to find, and Id hire this specific installer team again.A Champion windows representative contacted me and provided me assistance for a small tear in corner of screen. Great price and installed on a sunny Oct. day instead of a wintery, and snowy day in Nov. 2021. Thank you.
It took over a month to get our initial window order. It was installed by a guy driving a van that didnt even say Champion Windows. They couldnt even give us an estimated install date. It was literally just sit around and wait for them to call to schedule at some point. The measurements were wrong on one of our windows and they said it would take about a month to get the right one, again not even an estimated date. That was in March. We have called the local office countless times with always no answer or a promise that somebody will get back, yet nobody ever does. Weve called corporate now too. Same thing. We are at a loss. Me and my husband work in construction, so we understand that theres been hold ups in building material, deliveries, manufacturing, etc. But it is August now and no longer in acceptable excuse. If you cant fulfill your orders, you shouldnt be taking new ones until the old are complete. Otherwise your running a shisty business.Almost to a point of calling a lawyer because we have no idea how else to get this fixed.
We worked with Rich to get new windows on the ground floor of our house. We did the first stage back in September 2020 (six windows) and we were very happy with them! Were now getting the remaining three windows replaced. Rich worked to get us a good deal on windows that would best suit our needs. The windows are great quality, and every team member we interacted with was very professional.
Rich was very knowledgeable and professional from the start. He answered all my questions and worked with my budget. I am excited to get my new windows! Their quality of these windows should last my lifetime. The warrantees they come with was enough of a reason to choose Champion. Unlike the other three companies I looked into didn’t come near what Champion offers.I will update again once they are installed.
We were able to have someone come to Leadville to give us an estimate and was even able to bring the price down for us!
Tony Baca was so awesome!!! Thank you so much!!! My parents are looking forward to their new awesome windows!!
Champion Windows are a quality built window and are worth it. They are installed correctly and are far less drafty than other windows.
Tony was great, super detail oriented and made sure we understood everything... He was also super patient with our endless question..super glad we have picked Champion to upgrade our homes windows and a door
Installers Charles and Paul provided great service replacing our sliding glass door today under warranty. Thank you!
We had a great experience with Devon Frost. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the investment in our windows. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family if they are in the market for new windows.
I have seen better service in the past first of all when you call them you have to maneuver thru a bunch of options then you get a call center and then you have to ask for the colorado location, also make sure you call before you go there in person because you may find locked doors during business hours!
New sliding back door that doesnt work as well as the 20 plus year old one I replacedLocking mechanism doesnt work right.New front door doesnt close right. Locks dont function properly.Called Champion over a week ago & was told theyd call back.
Devon Frost was very well educated and knowledgeable. He was great! Excited for my new windows
Update: the company finally came back and mostly took care of the issues, so giving a few stars. But beware, their first attempt at the job was terrible: Very shoddy installation, damaged the roof, left dangerous trash scattered about, crew was disrespectful, have not fixed the problem. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY. See my pictures. My senior citizen parents had this company replace 4 windows and in the end they left their house in worse shape than it started. They required full up front payment and now my parents are out their money and the company has not addressed the problems.
This is a superb product and was very educated and impressed by Devon Frost. Keep up the good work and will be recommending your company to others.
Our experience with Champion has been a series of delays, excuses, more delays and more excuses. It is now more than four months since we started, more than twice the time we were told it would take to replace 16 windows. Windows were broken during shipment, then half the windows turned out to be too small and are being rebuilt, supposedly on a rush order, but its been 2 1/2 weeks and we have no idea when they will be ready. The windows are a good product and the installers did a great job, but the company reps are terrible at keeping us informed of the status of our windows.
My salesperson (Tony) answered all my questions and has excellent knowledge of the product. My order arrived within the time frame I was quoted and was installed in one day. I am very happy and impressed with Tony and the quality of the windows and door I had installed. I will be using this company again for any additional windows and doors I need replaced. I recommend Tony for all your window and door needs.
Update - After posting the below message Champion responed quicky. After about 9 weeks the door has been replaced, service was great and the new locking system is much better. Thanks for backing your product. Social media to the rescue.I have been in contact multiple times for warrenty on slider door seal failure Dec 2020. Never a call back. Called main and local with no response, always we will reach out to you with no calls,, after 10yrs forget ever having them honor their product.
Devon was a great representative for Champion. Great knowledge and very professional. Thank you for the estimate and the education very much appreciated.
Fast, professional service. Installation team was able to completely remove and install 9 windows in one day, and finish the tenth window (over 100 inches wide by 70 inches tall) three weeks later. Company management was very easy to work with and were very apologetic for issues along the way and made it right. 10/10 would recommend
I had quite a bit of anxiety trying to find the best windows for the best price. I had my windows installed yesterday and couldnt be happier. They are absolutely beautiful, I wasnt a fan of the casement windows for a long time, but I changed my mind, I love them. The installers were on time, covered all my furniture and floors, cleaned up spotless after. They were polite and did a great job. They were whistling and singing the whole time which shows they enjoyed their work. The exterior and interior were finished beautifully with great attention to little details. I cant believe the difference these windows make in my house, it is so much brighter. Also bought a screen door which is equally amazing.
Over 7 yrs ago windows installed. Currently needed them to repair a screen. Installers and Service individuals are kind, helpful and professional
Just got 13 - Comfort 365 windows installed, and they are amazing! I had a quote done on October 4 and they began building the windows right away. The windows were completed in about 30 days. We had the crew scheduled for two weeks out. They arrived early and finished all of them in about 7 hours. The windows are level, straight, easy to open and close, and have a nice even show all the way around. They even cleaned them before they left. Our sales guy Josh was available whenever we called. In addition to the ease of ordering and installation is that they function flawlessly and look beautiful. I look forward to many years of ease of use and better living with these windows. I would choose again. I highly recommend and hope your remodeling is as effortless as my experience has been.
My friend purchased her windows 12 years ago and while cleaning them we notice some strange marks inside between the pains. Called them up and they identified the problem ordered 2 new replacements at no charge to her. They are completely amazing. They stand by there lifetime garrentee and there products. I wouldnt buy windows anywhere else. Thanks Champaign.
I had Devon Frost come to do the initial appointment and give an estimate. Hes very professional and friendly, answering any and all questions. I cant wait to get started on this project! Thank you so very much!
David is very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on replacement windows.
We are deeply disappointed with this company. We liked the salesperson and the quality of the doors, even though it took 2 months for them to be made. We are paying a premium price for these doors. We ordered front and back doors plus storm doors for each. We paid half up front and half upon delivery. When they installed the doors, the storm doors were installed BACKWARDS and the front storm knob does not work because it’s upside down!! My husband had to ask that they wear masks in our home (we’re in a pandemic!). My husband complained about the faulty door installations and they are working to replace the storm doors. When he asked that they refund part of the final payment until the order is properly fulfilled, they REFUSED!
We had our entry door with to side glass windows installed about 2 years ago. Although the install was a couple months past the reported install date, it was eventually installed and looks great.Fast forward to today, well, actually September of 2020 and we found a break in one of the dual pane side glass windows. I called right away (before they had the service request form on line) and was told someone from the Colorado Springs office would be out. After a month of waiting, I called again. This time someone came out, taped up the window so the glass wouldnt fall out (shattered at this point) and said the warranty would cover it (great) but advised that it may be a few months for the replacement due to the Covid shutdown. Understandable. Better than 6 months later and we have yet to receive a call as to the status let alone set up an install time. I spoken with several Customer Service representatives (Cheryl, Mikie, etc.) whod said theyd get with the Colorado Springs office to give me an update. Cheryl even offered another line altogether if I didnt hear back, but that line just goes to VM too. Nice try. I started making those calls a month ago and obviously havent heard anything yet. Now calls to customer service go to a continuous hold music and, Your call is very important to us... No one even answers the phone anymore. Over an hour on 29Apr21. Ive completed TWO service requests on line since that appears to be the way they want to do business now, still nothing. I still get Champion Mailers so I dont think theyre out of business. Since they dont answer maybe they have enough business? I dont understand the silent treatment after spending over $10000 with the company youd think I could buy some love, but it doesnt appear so. Maybe this will help someone else avoid the pain.UPDATE: I have since received a call from the local office and was told they think it may be that design is no longer available and that may be the hold up but he would double check and get back with me by Friday. This Friday makes 2 weeks...SECOND UPDATE: It is now September 2021 and still no word from Champion other than they responded to my review and said call this number. So I did, and was then sent to another number than predictably went to voicemail...AGAIN and still havent received a call! Why is Customer Service so alien to companies anymore??? Im about to move my generous rating to ONE star for the company, not that it matters to them.
We chose Champion for our home siding project. They standby their products and when something wears out or gets broken their repair staff is right on it. Window screens wear out quickly in Colorado and Champion will replace them for free. Cant beat that. Keeps the house looking new year round.
They were very friendly, informative, and very professional.
After holding out as long as I could I finally decided to upgrade my home windows. I had several window companies come to my house, show their product, and give a qoute. I was really impressed with Jarrah and his low pressure salesmanship. He clearly explained not only what sets Champion Windows apart from the competition but also demonstrated their quality products. After signing with Champion I was happy the windows were built and ready for installation in 6wks. The installers were extremely professional and obviously skilled at their profession. Shout out to Jason and Aaron for the great looking window install and for going above and beyond with the matching touch up paint and clean up once the project was complete.I am extremely satisfied with the Champion Windows experience and will definitely recommend and use their service the next time I need a home upgrade.
After getting my windows installed, I was a bit disappointed with a few of the cuts that were made on the interior of my windows. It did take a bit longer than I would like to get them out to warranty it. But they did come out and take care of it. Tony, their salesman is wonderful! 3-stars because you can’t call and get someone on the phone and the quality thing. The windows are great and everything the salesman said, was accurate. The windows are amazing!
Im not scheduled for installation until late November to early December 2020. My wife and I received a very professional and thorough demonstration of the Champion windows. Devon Frost was our sales technician and he took the time to answer all of our questions and explained the entire process thoroughly. I feel really good about my recent purchase and look forward to the installation.
Rich,,, sold me on the service and was very knowledgeable about the windows and the install process,,,, he got me set up for measurements so they can start building my Windows,,, Thank you
Devon Frost did a great job demoing the window products. Seemed like a good product and decent pricing.
We had Champion come in October to give us a bid for replacing two exterior doors with storm doors. They found lead paint so added a fee for lead paint mitigation to the estimate. Delivery was projected for December. December came and went with no doors. The office was unable to give me a forecast for their arrival. Finally in January, the doors arrived. The team showed up and started in on the front door. Plastic was hung just inside the door. I learned later that for lead mitigation the plastic was supposed to be taped to the wall, ceiling and floor. That wasnt done. For the kitchen door, no plastic was hung at all. The house filled with dust from the cutting of the steel frame and concrete. I pointed out the failure of the lead mitigation and that fee was waved. In the process of installing the front door, the door bell wire disappeared. Their plan was to take the door out again and find the wire. Not wanting another round of dust, we settled for a new, wireless system. Weather stripping on the kitchen door wasnt working well, letting light in at the bottom corner. A tech came yesterday to fix it. No mask nor concern for distancing and Rush Limbaugh blaring on the radio he had with him. When I said Rush wasnt welcome in this house, he turned it down. Not to satisfied with the how the job was completed. Billed for something that didnt happen. Concrete and steel dust through out the house. A lack of concern for safety in the face of a global pandemic. We wont be calling Champion again except for warranty work on the doors.
This is our second experience working with Devon Frost from Champion, he was great! Very knowledgeable and personable, would highly recommend!
Tony is amazing! He was upfront about everything. Broke it all down and I’m so excited to get new windows!
At first they were great, the sales and installation personnel were professional and that process went well from start to finish and took only two months. Within four months, I had a widow break and it is taking for ever to get it repaired under the warranty process. When I filed my claim, I was initially told that the work should be completed within in two months. It is over three months now and still nothing. No updates from the company. When you called the local number you get transferred to the Headquarters. No local support, even when they have a office, address, and number listed. I have to continue to contact the Headquarters to get an update. They keep giving me the run around and can not give me a estimated date for the work. Very disappointed.
Mr Devon Frost gave us such a good presentation about the picture windows we were interested in, that we couldnt refuse to order them.
Covered patio- I just met with Rich Biskner the other day for an estimate. He was the ultimate professional and explained every step of the process. None of my questions or concerns went unanswered or unaddressed. Truly excited to see the finished project.-Mark S.
Im not one to really like people coming to my home and selling me anything. I prefer to go into the market, find what I want via my own research and then make my decision to purchase.I like the use of Time.Well, my experience with Josh Thompson of Champion might have me recheck that thinking. He was on time, professional, good sense of humor and went about his work. When it came time for my Sweetie and I to sit down with him it turned out to be a really good experience.Much of this was based on his industry experience, we wanted options and he was good at providing them. No attempt at a hard sell and as a result we purchased new windows and look forward to having them installed. Ill update this review if anything changes but frankly, I dont expect them to.You should at least have them come out and talk, we personally recommend Josh.
I had a great experience with champion, they are responsive and helpful at helping us achieve the dream sunroom we have always wanted I cannot wait for it to be completed 🤩
Courteous customer service, quality materials, and we love that everything is American made
Filed for warranty service on my 2 month old transom window that fogged over at the end of July. Still have not gotten word on the replacement status and here it is Mid-November. Warranty and customer service after the install is basically non-existent with this company. When I spend $27k on a product I expect good customer service not lip service which is what Im getting now.
Tony was very professional, genuine, kind the service was great! He spent the time to show us the windows and did not rush an answer. He walked outside for a few, so my husband and I could talk about the huge purchase. We are so pleased with the customer service and product.
We have been trying to reach the COS office for over two months - no one responds. The corporate office does not care as I have called there several times. They just refer us to the local office which no one answers email or phone calls or returns calls. We purchased three doors through Champion and wanted to get fresh parts. NO RESPONSE. What happened to the customer service? We were considering a sun room but...
Tony was amazing. So professional. He was on time, courtesy and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, which there were A LOT and he was very assuring about the warranty and quality of the windows. Hes a great asset to this company
Josh Thompson gave a great presentation on product differentiation. It swayed us to go with Champion even though we had a good bid from another company. We liked the factory direct benefit with regard to the warranty. But above all, Josh went to bat for us and gave us a heck of a deal. We appreciate all of his time and work. We will be super happy when we get to installation day!
Devon was very knowledgeable, articulate and efficient. Great salesman and representative for Champion.
Great tech. 👍
It has taken over 7 months to partially complete a 10 x 12 sunroom. The salesman said it would take a couple of days to finish once they started. We still do not have gutters, siding, electrical, interior is not complete, room is now LEAKING! We talked to Doug on Tuesday it’s now Friday still haven’t heard from company. We had better communication with the concrete company they used. Absolutely would not recommend.. Gloriann Thurston
I just have to say that I had an amazing experience with the company. Tony Baca was our sales person, he was very kind, genuine, and professional. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I absolutely love my new windows. I would absolutely recommend!
We really enjoyed working with Champion, especially Tony. He was upfront and honest with us. We highly recommend this company.
Amazing experience!! Tony Baca was a great guy to work with!! Honest and upfront. I had 2 doors replaced and 6 windows - quality is worth the price! Recommend and would work with again!! Thanks!
Representative informed me of the Champion products, service and installation for the new windows I was considering. Tony was on time, polite, informed, considerate and very easy to work with which made my decision to move ahead with upgrading my windows.
Agreed to install a sunroom. Texted a question to the salesman after signing the contract. He never responded. At time of contract he stated a time frame of six weeks. Called today for a status check and time frame jumped to 16 weeks. Not what we agreed to but probably would have went ahead anyway, and a phone call would have been nice. Havent done any work so hoping its better when they get going.
Tony came out and sold us windows. He was on time, very respectful, he did an amazing demo and I fell in love with the window. We will definitely refer everyone we know! Thank you Tony!
We had a few companies come out. Tony with champion come out and quoted us, he was wonderful. We know we made the right decision going with champion. Tony has answered all calls and text when it comes to questions my wife and I have had.
I had a full sunroom installed...a job done well....HOWEVER....there are a few fixes needed and after multiple calls for warranty work, they are unresponsive. What good is a “lifetime” warranty, when no one responds.Update: John came out on Wednesday and completed the repairs....He did a great job. Thank you.
Tony was personable and knowledgeable, very professional and competent. I know Champion was the right choice!
The Champion Windows sales person who met with my wife and I was polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the company and different types of windows on the market. He showed us how Champion windows would be more energy efficient for our home. He also explained how builders usually use builder grade windows in a home unless the home owner wants to upgrade at the time the home is built. My wife and I had spoke and got several other quotes from other window companies. Champion was able to beat there price while having high quality energy efficient windows. The work crew who came into our home were very professional. They kept our home clean while they installed the windows and cleaned up inside and out after the windows were installed. I would recommend my salesperson, the work crew and Champion Windows to all those interested in new windows. GREAT JOB CHAMPION WINDOWS.
Nice windows but the co hasnt even followed up with us as to how everything went.guy left glass chips on our living room floor.we have 3 little dogs who could have been hurt.Guy wasnt very informative .left without much info.if this co wants advertising they didnt leave us a sign.Had 6 huge windows installed.Have all the upstairs still to do may go with different company next time
Never replied to our numerous requests for repairs for over a year now.....have had their windows for years and like their windows and given many referrals over many years...but now seems dont respond for warranties, calls or emails or website...very sad...maybe just the new times we are facing? Just get used to dislike....why 2 stars now. Maybe too busy now with all new homes, dont care about past customers? But after this post they called immediately. Waiting for repairs to be done. And still waiting.
Great company, did what they said they would do. Installer could of been more friendly, but all in all we love the windows, and new technology.
Tony did a wonderful job at our location I would recommend this company for your next windows instalation
