The doors are of a very high quality - I immediately noticed how much quieter an wormer my home is. The installers were able install the doors without digging into my stucco, and the trim they used looks great. Finally, everyone, from the folks in the office to the installers were responsive, clearly competent, very professional and friendly.. Highly recommended!

Great windows and a great price. Had numerous other bids, and they were less than any of them, and the features of the windows were higher-end than the other options. Also, I live almost an hour from Colorado Springs, but they were very attentive and had no problem coming up to us to give us the bid and do the work. We called several companies when we first looked into upgrading our windows. Most quoted more than we wanted to spend and tried pushing expensive upgrades on us. This company did nothing of the sort. The owner explained the different tiered windows, went “in depth” into what would be better options for us and our home and budget. The installation crew was the best! They worked methodically, showing us as they worked what they encountered, explained every detail of their install. The crew cleaned up nicely as they went, and had to do it around our two dogs, who aren’t friendly. In my opinion this was one of the best installs we’ve ever experienced. So professional, yet super friendly. We plan on ordering more windows in the future as we can afford, and will “definitely” be using this company again. Great customer service along with Energy Star, beautiful windows! I ordered my windows last fall, but due to unusual circumstances, I could not have them installed for six months. Every month I had to call Donna, the owner, and push out the installation date another month. She was always very sweet and understanding about the delay. It was great to be able to work with an owner who remembered me, rather than having to explain the issue to a new person each time, as would have happened with the big box stores. When we finally scheduled delivery, the installers did a great job and really knew what they were doing. The windows are lovely!Also, the people at the headquarters office were very helpful, and committed to supporting the warranty. Our vinyl framed window was damaged due to the 5 August 2020 hail storm. The Window Source personnel replaced the window with one that looks almost exactly like the damaged one and did a splendid installation. Window Source was extremely helpful when we had to replace our windows after a hail storm. The owner worked with our insurance company to make sure they had all the information they needed which was a huge stress relief. The windows themselves are gorgeous and make a huge difference in heating and cooling. You can feel the difference between the amount of heat lost between our old windows and the new ones. We are extremely happy with the windows and service!

They got our order wrong and didnt order an extra window even though he had the measurements on his notes. They were very rude on the phone and didnt really try to make things right the first time. We will never use them again. Then they leave a screw hanging in the corner in the picture attached. I didnt want to call them back anymore. They wont give you an estimate until you say you will use them. They were very frustrating and werent truthful about their prices.

I regret waiting a year before sharing my terrific experience with The Window Source. My wife & I usually pick a Big Box store for big projects, but we also like to use local merchants as much as possible. So after The Home Depot guy came out and showed us his brochures and gave us a quote, we called The Window Source to see how much of their websites claims were true. John brought over a kit that reminded me of a really good high school science project, set it up and showed us how a good window is made and just what energy efficiency means. We bought three large windows (two bedroom and kitchen) plus a sliding patio door for the living room, and got a better product with a superior warranty for around 1/3 less than the THD package. These windows WORK. If our condo had a ceiling fan, I wouldnt even need a furnace / air conditioner. I love our windows so much, I plan to rip them out of the wall and take them with us when we move. It took 3 weeks or so for the window to come in after ordering. They were quick to schedule installation thereafter. Installation took about 3 1/2 hours. Secondly, they answered every question that we had with backup data and, the company was recommended by a co-worker.John, the owner of the company, completed the installation of 11 replacement windows today. Our windows were the original one-pane frames from when the house was built in the 70s, so not as easy as popping one out and putting another in. When the owner does the installation, you can feel confident that he is putting his reputation behind the work. He and team member were efficient and thorough. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the look of the new windows.

Nationwide franchise owned by a family here in Southern Colorado- they did a great job from the initial consult to maintaining communication throughout the process. In October of 2016, every other company was out 10-12 weeks for install, but the Window Source owner has been installing windows for decades and were only 3 weeks out. Doing business with Window Source was easy. John came to our house and showed us their windows. No pressure, just heres why his windows would keep the cold out in the winter and the heat out in the summer. We saw the value and purchased 12 windows and a patio door. Im doing the installation myself and broke the bottom sash on the first window I installed. No problem. I sent John a picture of the window identification sticker and a new sash is on its way. Weve replaced all the windows in our living room so far and have noticed a big difference in the radiating cold not coming off the windows as before. I needed to get some basement windows and a back sliding glass door replaced. I had a few different companies come out and do estimates and was quoted two to three times the price Window Source provided. I was worried that the Window Source price was cheaper because the materials used would be of lower quality but the windows and door look and feel solid and I couldnt be happier with the end result. John was upfront about the pricing, dates, showed up on time the day of installation, and the crew cleaned up after themselves with no trace of having been there beside the product I paid for.The other companies I looked into representatives were extremely pushy trying to lock down the sales for absolutely absurd prices. Great work from a technical perspective. The removal of the old wooden windows was not easy.My only complaint is that they didnt clean the windows of glue and handprints. Three of them are second-story windows in a vaulted-ceiling room. That means I have to rent a ladder to clean them. Good customer service and pride in your work would seem to dictate that I should be looking out clean windows today.

The window installers and owner of the window source of the Rockies were very professional and easy to work. They had very competitive prices and they were.very prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have tried to contact this company (during business hours) multiple times to do service with them. I selected them based on the reviews here, however, I have yet to talk to anyone at this company and have left two messages now with no return call. I will be finding a different company.

This company was referred to me by a co-worker. John came to the house with samples and information. Super low pressure, no attempt to upsell on things we didnt need. Im a single mom who bought a fixer upper and he got it. I couldnt afford to replace all the windows in the house at one time, but we did the 4 most important and they are exactly what the house needed. Im already feeling a difference, no more drafty 30 year old windows!If you need one, 4 or 20 Windows, this is the company to go through!

The window source of the rockies did an awesome job with our windows, they noticed a manufacturing defect when they first installed the windows, they came back with a replacement window without question and everything is great! They will be coming back next year to do the rest of my windows for sure.

We had a really bad hail storm here in Colorado Springs . Windows got trashed . Looked into many places and they all were acting like vultures and storm chasers with crazy prices . Called the the window source of the rockies and talked to John . He was real honest and fair and gave me many options and choices at fair verifiable prices . He personally came out the day i called and measured and gave date could complete at fair price . John personally came out and installed windows and sliding glass door in no time at all . EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY, LOVE, LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS.

We had a couple bedrooms with old metal framed windows, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature of the room especially in lower temperatures. We had to really turn up the thermostat to compensate for the cold air coming through. I spoke to multiple window companies and Donna and John from the Window Source were by far the most friendly and helpful, they patiently answered all of my questions and provided a very thorough explanation of all my options, with no pressure to buy from them. Choosing the Window Source was a no brainer. The installation process went really well and the windows look great. Looking at the specs alone my new windows are top notch, and in practice they have been very effective at regulating temperature, which I’m sure will help us save on energy costs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Window Source to friends or family and will definitely be using them for future window replacements!
