I have a love-hate relationship with respect to Starbucks. I so wish they would tone down their in-your-face political and social preachiness (they are a coffee seller after all, not a political action committee). But, I love their Mocha coffees! As a treat, I order a 4-shot Mocha with 3 pumps of chocolate and whipped cream on top. The flavors of the strong Starbucks espresso with the deep dark chocolate syrup and the milk and cream are so great!

4 people working. Ridiculously long wait placing order and waiting for order. We should have left and just done the drive up window. Or just left. Frankly I dont want to go back. Coffee not that hot as I had to wait for my complete order. Very disappointed. There are numerous Starbucks in the area...they even have one in Safeway. Dont waste your time.

Im reviewing this Starbucks simply because the staff here have always been exceptional. You go guys! This broke college student really appreciated the smile you brought to his face when he came in for his morning coffee.

This Starbucks is awful! 20 minutes in a drive thru line is at 730 in the morning is ridiculous. The staff looks like they don’t know what their doing. They’ve consistently messed up my order each morning I go there. I’m sure people will say “well go to another one” unfortunately this is the one that’s closest to my morning route. The girls are rude as hell in the morning. Someone needs to get this staff together because the quality of service and efficiency is horrible!

Been coming to this location for years. Recently however it has really been struggling to keep the quality of service it used to have. It has been down for mobile orders frequently, it is much slower than it used to be, a number of my orders have been filled wrong, they have lost a number of good staff and managers, and today they closed the inside with no notice and the drive through very backed up and I had a mobile order 👎. I may have to find a new location to get my Starbucks fix unfortunately.

20mins in the drive thru... still not to the window. Cant pull out of here or I would... do not recommend unless you have 30+mins to wait... which I dont. Update... 35mins total

**we are from Louisiana (tourists)Went last night close to closing, Literally minutes before. I must say that Gabe was so friendly and kind. Where we are from they would have instantly refused service due to them preparing to close.Gabe went above and beyond to give us great coffee and small talk and was incredibly happy. I will come back to this Starbucks just because of the service this one person provided. Just wish I would have gotten by is last name to give proper credit where its greatly due

Very reliable drive through, excellent coffee, always has a sandwich with an egg any time of day. Often provides dog snacks.

I have had the same issues as Mark. Specifically the Monday morning staff.I place a mobile order 15min before arriving. When I show up it’s not ready, when I ask I get attitude. Order ready 8min after ARRIVAL - that’s 23min for a latte.Next issue - they are out of 8oz cups so the barista asks to use a larger cup. Sure not a problem, the barista give me a 12oz filled to the top. I ask them to remake it cause I do not like that much milk - barista gives attitude rest of interaction.Let me make this clear - if I pay $4 for a cup of coffee, I expect it made correct and timely. If your employees do not meet the standard, find new ones.Because of this encounter on the last two Monday mornings I have purchased a Breville Espresso machine for $1200 and I’ll now avoid Starbucks at all costs.

Rude employees who ignore customers. Ordered two drinks, first one done in 4 minutes, second one had to ask repeatedly after 10 minutes. Took more than 15 minutes to get second drink and the employee kept saying it was our fault and when the order came, it had creme on top which we specifically said do not put it on. Plus, the place need a cleaning and NO hand towels in the bathrooms.

Placed an order at 9:40 which the app said would be ready by 9:52 at 10am I finally had to cancel my food order because I was going to be late for an appointment. They were busy yes, but they were only focusing on the drive thru. I could have gotten my stuff sooner if I had went through the drive thru instead of ordering ahead for pick up. On top of that, there was a strawberry blonde-ish younger guy making the food and he was not wearing gloves, he wiped sweat off forehead and the itched his head! Never washed his hands once! Grossed me out. I will not be coming back to this location.

Knowing Starbucks as I do and having a few good ones in my go-to list, I am a caf-fiend. This is one of the better ones. Coffees are smooth and flavorful, with caramel and breve lattes coming forth timely and ready for consumption. Happy service by good baristas! Cant ask for much more!

Honestly the worst Starbucks location. Every time we go there they always mess up something in our order. This is the closest location to me but I think I will drive further to another one. We tried to give them several chances but they literally messed up on my strawberry funnel cake frappe and didn’t put the syrup in it… I understand mistakes happen but it’s almost every time I go here.

Guy who took our order had a voice of butter. Guy: if you are reading this, go into a voice career. Announcer, radio host, voice actor.... the possibilities are endless.Also the Starbucks was good and standard.

I had a relaxing cup of coffee at this coffee shop this morning before work. The location is convenient, the parking lot is kinda tight, the outside was clean, the employees were basically friendly and efficient, my coffee was served quickly and hot and delicious, there was plenty of seating including comfortable seats, the mens restroom was fairly clean, the Wifi worked well, but the floors everywhere really needed to be mopped.

Great location! Friendly workers! They get your order right! They are also quick!

Very nice Starbucks.ordered ahead online and everything was ready when I arrive. Pumpkin bread very fresh. Coffee tasted great. Great overall compliance with covid-19 procedures inside the Starbucks. Convenient parking. Great access from here to garden of the gods.

Great and for coffee but try a snack as well!

They were very busy this morning so there was a bit of a wait. But the coffee was good as always and so was their lemon bread as well. It was a nice relaxing treat. But one suggestion I have is, they should have a garbage outside somewhere. That way people are not as likely to litter.

One of my most favorite places to go to sit down and have a nice beverage. Ive spent many days sitting in the lobby chatting with friends or working on assignments while sipping on a frappuccino. Highly recommended! And the view is impeccable.

They are slow slow!!! Working in food service there should be some since of urgency. They dont even great up or try to give any sort of good customer service, very unbothered and unprofessional.

Typical Starbucks coffee, quality, speed, and food. The cafe tends to be cold, however, so bring a sweater! It would be great if they could add some warmth in the decor, and even a fireplace. Staff is friendly.

This is our usual Starbucks. They really take care of people. Gabe was super today. He was taking care of me while waiting for the mobile order my wife was sending. Well! It didnt go through so I paid there. Gabe was trusting and as usual taking care of business. Thats why we do our Starbucks there.Thank you all

Our order was correct and delivered promptly. The bacon Gouda sandwiches were fresh, hot and tasty. The ambiance was comfortable and there was plenty of seating during the morning rush. Of course, it isnt the same as an independent coffee shop but for Starbucks, it was dependably good.

It’s alright. The drinks are pretty pricey, and I’m not sure if it was just an off day, but when I went in, only one of the staff members was friendly. The others didn’t seem to excited to be working to say the least.

Its VERY cold in here, having to wear my coat the whole time.Coffee was made wrong the first time, and served to me lukewarm the second cup.However, the staff is friendly, the background music is pleasant. They have a large seating area, lots of tables, but only a few comfy chairs.

The Garden of the Gods Starbucks is our go to 2+ times a week. We appreciate the friendliness of the baristas and they always get our orders correct. The store is clean despite the messy weather and amount of foot traffic.

Yummy!!! I love coming here. Of course the prices are a little outrageous but its worth it for the vast variety of flavors and treats. The staff is SUPER friendly, theres a guy at the Starbucks I usually go to who does fun voices and accents, and innocently flirts with you to boost your mood and make you giggle.I got to try my first (lemon cake) cake pop, and I LOVE the matcha green tea frappes, the caramel frappes, the passion tea lemonades, or the refreshers. I love how they have a secret menu, (Google it, youll find some neat recipes) and also seasonal special drinks - like the peppermint mocha during the holidays.

Within 60 seconds, this Starbucks demonstrated the best customer service I’ve experienced at a Starbucks ever. Authentically welcomes guests, prompt service, attentive, appropriately conversational, and recognized people by name. Oh, and a good drink to boot... Brilliantly done!

The early morning crew at this location is absolutely amazing! They always put extra effort in my drinks. If there ever is a mistake they jump on it no questions asked and always make sure I walk out with a smile.

Sad to say this Starbucks is not as fast as they use to be. Waited too long for coffee. But, its always a great place to hang out with friends and catch up on your emails while having your coffee.

Great coffee, as always. They have changed one thing and it is fairly major. There is no longer a menu. Maybe because there are too many options? What they do display is a limited menu of seasonal specials. I prefer to see a full list because Im not sure what I want until I see it.

Im not a coffee fan, so lets start there. But I do like their teas and lemonades. Its a good place to meet with people, and take a walk around the entire parking area. I understand the premium nature of things, but I think they are just way overpriced.

I frequent this location often. I dont understand the negative comments. Its the most comfortable Starbucks in the Springs. They recently added more of the comfy leather chairs that everyone loves. Its easily one of the largest Starbucks locations in Southern Colorado, and Ive never had any complaints as to the level of customer service here.

I’ve become a regular here, I work down the street so I come here on my lunch break pretty often. The people here are super nice, prompt, friendly. Starbucks baristas are so often under recognized, I just really appreciate everything they do! Thanks for my daily PSL and the awesomeness!

People tend to be friendly but the products are ultra high in calories, to sweet and way, way, way to expensive!!! Lets face reality, you are simply buying a cup of coffee or a cup of tea, hot or cold!!! If my wife didnt like the coffee, I wouldnt set foot in the place, except to use the bathroom, now that they have all had their bias training!!

My husband and I were just at this location an hour ago and I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service. We’ve had trouble in the past with ordering the Nitro and receiving a cold brew instead. Which we have no problem with, because if anything we can just ask the barista to switch it out with no issue. Today after confirming the order with the employee checking us out, we were feeling pretty good about it coming out right! She was very sweet. However we did run into the Nitro/Cold brew problem, which again is normally not a big deal. However, when my husband asked if they could remake the Nitro he was met with a very rude “that’s not what you ordered,” from the employee making our drinks, with the context being that he was lying. He tried to explain that we did indeed order a Nitro, she finally remade it. When my husband started drinking it he realized that, what was supposed to be sweet cream, wasn’t. We left and he opted not to say anything about it again after what he already had to deal with. I feel that the employee didn’t give us proper customer service. My husband was not heated or rude to her, so her response was extremely ill-mannered. I’m very disappointed.

Terrible service. Didn’t even have a single word spoken to me for 2 mins, then the girls seemed very irritated to help me. Called my name, when I went to get my coffee, didn’t even look in my direction. Bathrooms were filthy and had no toilet paper. Came here to surprise my wife with a nice drink at Starbucks, only for the girls to be rude and say they dont know how to make a certain drink even though I got the same drink the day before. When she called us for our drinks she didnt even look at me when I said thank you. She completely ignored me. The drinks were wrong and we had enough. We asked for a refund. The manager gave us a refund but didnt offer to fix the drink or do anything different except a refund. Not satisfied with this location. Never again.

Service is very good and this is a very busy Starbucks. Large indoor seating area and very nice outdoor area with attractive tables and a counter and a great view. Usually noisy inside due to busyness so not great for meetings. Wifi works great.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING can compare to Starbucks (except in price!!) and for me is so worth it!!!! As a very passionate and experienced coffee drinker, I have developed a personal relationship with the Blonde roast and have enjoyed it’s settle way of seducing all that indulge in this inviting roast, which I enjoy hot with extra cream and even more sugar! Starbucks has grown to be so a cultural experience, even beyond it’s ever reaching menu with an errant of beverages, pastries and unmentionables. Most baristas even, genuinely, take the time to get to know you, even calling you by name and your beverage preference.

Yes, it is exactly what you would expect in a starbucks....but as far as I am concerned it is the best one in the city. The staff are friendly and get drinks out really quickly even when they are busy. Atmosphere is great.
