First time going. They serve Bubble Tea and we went in for my kids. Its honestly not my thing but my kids seemed to really like it. I had a latte and wasnt really impressed with it. It was clean and quiet and the guy who was working was really friendly and got the drinks out pretty quick. Kids loved their drinks. I would say, give it a try and make your own opinion.

I consider myself an normal, I go once a week since I live far but this is my favorite spot for Boba:))

This place is pretty neat. They were serious about mask wearing when in the store and the banana nut muffin was actually the best one I have ever had. Their smoothies are really good but I do not like their Boba Tea at all, that is probably just a person preference though.

Quality has gone down. We bought 2 drinks and got so sick. The boba looked and tasted so nasty like it was expired. We used to love this place but will not be returning after this happened.Edit: response is very unprofessional and should apologize. Clearly that day it was not fresh. It was the first thing we drank that morning with an empty stomach. We have been there plenty of times and are familiar with Boba. Boba was brown/ reddish color when it’s black. It had us sick and throwing up all day.“Thank you.”

This is the most wonderful coffee shop and experience I have ever had! the coffee tasted so fresh and purified my soul. The management are absolutely wonderful and this is my new go to coffee shop! Goodbye Starbucks hello coffee and tea zone

This is a great place to grab a drink and muffin. Josh is awesome at making things just right and goes above and beyond what customer service is which is very impressive with how deplorable most places have become since virus life and all. If you like boba tea or smoothies this is the location to go with!

My cousin came from out of town and i wanted him to try boba for the first time, the guy working in the front was really rude and impatient right when we walked in. the thai flavor was good though.

I just love this place, great place to hang out, grab a snack and drink. Yeah their some negative comments about this place mostly about the workers but everyone has their days.Some people just think that every place they go has to meet their so called high class standards. Aside from all that this place is great with workers who do care, they greet you and are ready to take your order.

Trash.. He made my smoothie wrong and made me pay for another one and then he made that one wrong.. Maybe you should make your sign bigger on (all sales are final).. Even Starbucks will remake your drink for free. This was the one by the movie theater the one downtown is just fine.

I wasn’t crazy about customer service that i received today. I ordered almond boba tea and the flavor was too strong that I couldn’t enjoy it. I asked if i could get something else. And the guy who made drink told me generally if i want to get another drink then i would have to pay for it. I just spent $7 for the drink and I had 3 sips of it. I will have no problem to have them make it another one at other coffee places if I don’t like the drink.

Ordered a green tea with soy milk and jellies. Delicious!

Love their Taro Boba

Its definitely the most convenient spot to stop for coffee on my way to work. The coffee is great and I get a discount for working in first and main which is dope. But it seems like there are always new people and it takes them forever to ring my coffee in and make it. The morning barista is very nice and friendly, and honestly the only employee I like there. Also I order the same thing every time, and the price always ranges from 5.15 to 6.25? I just never have time to ask since Im on my way to work and it takes a while for them to make the coffees. All in all, not a bad place to stop and the coffee and milk tea is delicious.

Go get a bolba, ask for the Poppin one youll love it oh, its a great cold tea drink with a surprise in it.

Normally my drinks have been awesome and even the one I got tonight was good but I would think that if the staff got my order wrong and it was pointed out, my drink should have been remade not just dumped into a new cup while straining (which a bunch of the wrong bobas were missed) out the wrong bobas and added more milk to make it so thin it was like strawberry milk instead of a shake or smoothie.

Josh was really great! After I lost my favorite smoothie/boba place about 6 months ago Ive been on the search for a place that offers what I like! Josh even helped me find a location closer to my house and answered all my questions. Drink was also delicious, exactly what I was looking for

The location is convenient right off Powers but the internal seating is awkward. The bathroom couldve used a good scrub down especially the floors! The quality of the coffee wasnt awful but I dont think we will be hurrying back for another cup anytime soon. The staff member who took care of us was extremely nice even though he was worn out from a long day. Which is deeply appreciated and shows good customer service!

Busy but only one cashier on duty. he was quick, efficient and polite but looked like he needed a break. Got a couple of boba drinks and the tapioca balls tastes like they were soaked in water not syrup like they are supposed to be. The shop was nice and tidy. Willing to try again ... maybe in a couple months.

Hella good! Ive been coming here for years, always good and the movie theatre lets you take in drinks. Honeydew is a great flavor to try if your unsure, Ube is the purple one (also really good but very different taste)

I’ve never experienced a place like this. The workers doesn’t know anything. His answer for everything was “I don’t know.” I went in just to study so I bought snack to go along with it. The tables are broken or whatever wrongs with it. Every time I would try and type or move, the table would spin. That’s not great because I almost spilled my drink on my laptop. Last but not least the entire place is filthy. The table I was sitting at was not clean. I’m not sure about this place. It’s frustrating because now I have to take time out of studying, to find another place.

Consistent service! I have been a customer of C&TZ for many years now and their service has always been great. I love the frequent buyer system that they have in place. I would recommend for anyone looking for great bubble tea in the Colorado Springs area.

Im over 50-years-old and this is the first place that Ive ever been KICKED OUT of... My daughter and her boyfriend bought some drinks here and I went next door to the ice cream place for a milkshake. We sat and talked for about 20 minutes or so using a table outside, but then the wind picked up and we decided to move indoors to the EMPTY Coffee & Tea Zone sitting area. I got five steps into the store when the employee behind the counter pointed directly at me and informed me that I COULD NOT be in the store because I didnt purchase anything from them. My daughter was quick to point out that both she and her boyfriend had bought drinks about 20 minutes before but that didnt matter at all to the clerk/jerk behind the counter. It was like I was C3PO in Star Wars: Hey! We dont serve their kind here! So we all left the once again EMPTY store. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this store on principle. Good luck staying profitable with employees and rules that discourage customers from visiting.

If you value good customer service youll go somewhere else...Im not mad, but they made my drink so fast so I liked that, but when I got the drink it tasted like water. Also, if they charge for light ice why can’t they put it on the price sign board.

Came for the boba got so much more. Highly recommend the Berry explosion it was delicious. Tried out the coffee cold and hot it is a bit small but I prefer to call it cozy has a great selection of music playing as well as wifi.

I love this little coffee shop. Great place to hang out and very cozy. Soy and almond milk substitutes available for vegan or lactose intolerant options. My personal favorites are the melon and lychee with boba. Regular stop for me after movies.The K-pop is fun too.

Ive been coming to Coffee & Tea Zone since around 2005 with my family (the downtown location). The owners of the business are such wonderful people which is extremely disappointing that Im writing this review. I now go to the New Center Point location and have found that they get new employees very frequently. The reason why this has become an issue is because they have a tendency to not give me my free drink from my stamp card because I dont think they exactly understand what get 9 stamps, get 1 drink free means. With the stamp cards, once you get 9 stamps, you get the 10th free. The new employees literally count out 9 stamps on my card and tell me I have to pay for one more to get a free one. In other words, theyre telling me I have to buy 10 drinks to get one free, but still proceeded to tell me that its 9 drinks get one freeIf there are 9 stamps on my card, my 10th drink is free. It has always been this way since I was a child.They also cramp the stamps together so they cant count it out properly. Which again, fails to allow me to get my free drink.

The coffee is not good, and there is no ambience. Only place to plug in a laptop is near the television. Internet is decent, though. Mostly kids frequent this place. Not my preferred place to work away from home.

The MILK Tea with Boba was so delicious. My only complaint would be is its VERY SWEET and I usually like my coffee and tea sweet...

Not as welcoming as a coffee and tea joint (that isnt Starbucks) should be... More moderny hole in the wall expensive smoothie joint. Didnt seem too focused on the coffee part. Matcha smoothie was good tho $5.79 for a medium
