The dining is still closed here but you can still go inside to order or order online and go in and pick it up. The staff was super helpful, very friendly and efficient. Our food was fresh, hot and tasted great. Everything was exactly as we ordered it. Will definitely order again. =)

Ok. This is NOT a Caribou coffee shop at all. The signage is simple. Its a bagel shop. Want a bagel? Come here. Otherwise any coffee shop will work.

I will not be coming back to this location for a while, which is inconvenient because I live just 2 minutes away. I order through the app daily to grab on my way to work but am tired of starting the day with a dissalointment. It had been good for a while but my coffee has been forgotten for the past 3 days in a row now. I can see the location is busy but it is making me more frustrated than anything starting my day shopping there.

I had a business meeting here. I only ordered idea tea but my guest order bagel sandwiches. Their food looked amazing. I was just coming from a lunch date so I did not eat.The place was clean and the service personnel were pleasant and nice.I was very cold. One of the table tops was so wobbly I tought it could drop on my foot. I found it hard to move between the tables. There were also several times we discussed the burnt smell and wondered what they kept burning in the kitchen.So, the food was good, the people were great but I am not eager to return.

Sadly I hadnt been in a while and I was disappointed. Staff seemed fake and/or uninterested in serving me. The drink barista was their saving grace. But I wont be back again for a while. I went because I got a coupon but I think even that isnt enough to bring me back.

My favorite place to grab a quick breakfast. The food is yummy and the employees are so nice! If you’re in an extra hurry you can use the app to order ahead and get a free coffee. I do it every time. Five stars every day!!!

This place & service is amazing what shown in the photo is a chorizo with jalapeno croissant, avocado & an egg.spicy & yum. We also had a chocolate croissant warm,soft & not sweet at all..

If I could have I wouldn’t have left any stars, this was the second time I’ve ordered form here and it was horrible. The bacon on my sandwich was not cooked, no egg and the avocado was still frozen, so disgusting! I will never be eating any Einstein Bagle ever again!

Took almost 20 min to get a simple bagel made

I went here a few days back and had a specifically good experience with an employee named John. He showed me a lot of kindness and was very friendly and eager to help! My food turned out amazing and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a good breakfast.

The person who took my order was fantastic and friendly, I left that counter with a smile. My food was fresh and they actually put a good amount of everything on the bagel itself. Very pleased with this location.

The Caribou coffee was fresh and hot, and the bagel with cream cheese tasted wonderful. No matter what I order at Einsteins its always fresh and great tasting. My compliments to the staff that run that store.

Some of the best coffee you can get in Colorado. Chain or not they really do have the right stuff! So if youre ever driving by and you need a coffee or an awesome bagel for morning commute Id definitely recommend stopping by here. It certainly beats Starbucks by a mile

Normally love this place, but this morning my experience was pretty terrible. The staff seemed rushed and frustrated with customers. The food quality was terrible; it looked like someone had smooshed my bagels completely flat. When I opened the bagel, the cream cheese was clearly old and there was that gross crusted film on it that comes from leaving a container of cream cheese out for too long. Not only does that mean that the cream cheese was sitting out, but the staff didn’t even try to disguise that fact and smeared the nasty crusted over part actually onto the bagel. Real gross. Go to a different Einstein’s.

They refused to serve me because of my medical condition/intolerance. Was excited to try them for the first time but sadly will not be back. :/

Since college an everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. That all changed here. They have garlic and herb cream cheese did you know that? I do now. Its life-changing. The all matter is probably my favorite breakfast sandwich that jalapeno aioli. If they dont have cheesy hash brown bagels get it on the jalapeno cheese bagel. and I think them not having cheesy hash brown bagels tells you how good the sandwich is. I also love the bacon avocado and tomato. When Im feeling healthy I get it with egg whites. When Im feeling regular I get it with two eggs. Best on the jalapeno cheese bagel. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Never had an issue they werent willing to fix. usually take the survey whenever I come in if they have one Im going to take it. They need to know when they did good right. Even when its swamped they take care of you. Pandemic keeps me from going out too much but this is a place I feel comfortable going. Following Mask protocols. if youre not sure when you get the sandwich if you want the bagel afterwards get the bagel afterwards. I always have a sandwich and feel like I just want a little bit more and that bagel with cream cheese is just enough. Dont base your portion in size on me Im a big guy. I love breakfast, I can get it the whole day here.

I just witnessed an employee touching her mask with the same glove she handles your food and beverages with. Same gloves on all workers there go from cash register to food.Hygiene during this time should be PARAMOUNT and safe food practices were NOT observed. 1star.

Got a chorizo sunrise. The bagel was doughy and not cooked all the way through. Nasty. The avocado wasnt great either but what really killed it for me was the undercooked bagel. I just threw it out and wont be coming here anymore. Maybe the downtown one is better with quality control.

It took 20 minutes to get me 2 toasted buttered bagels from the time I paid, only 3 people ahead of me. Just an FYI. Oh the bagels were good.

I had The Farmhouse bagel and it was fantastic. The parking here isnt so great. I also had the caramel high-rise. It really didnt have much flavor. So I would skip it next time and get something else.

You cannot go wrong here. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I especially love The Farmhouse breakfast sandwich with two eggs. When you match that up with their excellent coffee, it makes for a great breakfast.For lunch they have a lot of really good choices. They have a Nova Lox bagel offering with salmon that is delicious and I get it every time I swing by for lunch.

Went in Memorial Day morning and was very happy with the place - friendly staff, friendly customers, cozy & clean building, great quality coffee & food. Stayed a couple hours relaxing with my order & laptop. Definitely going back!

Went in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich today after a run. We were handed our dark roast coffee and immediately I noticed it was room temperature. I asked for a replacement and they said they would. I waited an extended amount of time and my breakfast sandwich was cold. Once we received our coffee it was very good. When we went up for a refill, they handed us cold coffee and asked us if that was okay??? I dont think they are taking the coffee part of their business seriously.

Simply an awesome shop! The food and coffee is always the best in the mornings. Even better though is the service. They are always smiling and nice and their friendliness is what brings me back every morning. They quickly stole me away from Starbucks with the quality of their coffee, food, and service and Ive never looked back. Highly recommended!

This place is hit or miss. Today my breakfast sandwich was cold, the second one only had one egg (ordered and paid for two), the third bagel wasnt toasted and my side of cream cheese (also paid for) wasnt in the bag. And certainly dont go if youre in a hurry. I have had good luck here a couple times but not this time unfortunately :(

The bagels and schmear are delightful. They run out of bagels pretty quickly though. I have yet to find a coffee drink that i like and wish they would use less sugary mixes for their blended drinks.

Woman working front counter, Lyric, not only has an awesome name but did a great job serving us!! She bagged our garlicky bagels seperate from all the others. She is the first person to do that without me having to request it being done! You & your common sense rock, Lyric!!! Thanks!!

I always love coming to this location. The staff are amazing, and even if something isnt quite perfect with my visit, they have gone above and beyond my expectations in making everything right and smooth. The food and drinks are always amazing as well. Great team!!!

I use to love this location. Three things changed. 1. They no longer offer a full drink menu (only offer the originals of mocha, latte, chai tea, black coffee, iced coffee, strawberry or banana smoothie) no specialty drinks or seasonal flavors, no sugar free. 2. Do not use their heat or AC. The last two times I was here it was freezing! had my coat on and still cold while drinking a hot drink. 3. Changed their hours, this was a few years ago, so now they close in the afternoon. Im guessing all these were done to save money or stay open? Shame, I really enjoyed the alternative to Starbucks, which is on every corner.

Ive had the coffee and bagels and both are good. I got the potato bagel and it was very tasty. The coffee is unremarkable. I do suggest to answer the daily trivia question posted behind the counter to get some money off your purchase!!

Great fresh selection with good customer service. The interior of the building looks great and has a bigger than expected seating area.

First time here. This is actually an Einstein Bagel but its not in the Google system yet. They were closed by the time we got here so no bagels. Check out my pictures for more info.

Good Einsteins Bagel shop. Has more on the menu than some of the other stores but fewer of the sides. Some turnover of staff results in mixup of orders but the customers do move through at a clip and the food is presented hot.

The sweet checker let me know about a way better deal; more food, less money!

I like to come here for lunch to get away from the hectic crowds at work. Everytime I come here its not over crowded. The staff is always friendly. The menu is good for a simple small meal. I wish they carried the green chili cheese bagels like they do back home.

Good bagels. Generous with the cream cheese. Could use a shovel to clean the floor though. Table feet haven’t been cleaned in a long while either.

An email promo was an exceptional buy and I used map quest to find this location. Its east facing and not viewable until youve passed the turn. I arrived after lunch time and a handwritten note on the door declare low inventory and few options for bagels. Indeed---only poppy seed and sesame seed available. I had a half dozen of each and asked for them sliced. Apparently the machinery is defunct and causes problems. After the poor gal got through that (and dropping bagels) I was boxed up. She then offered freezer bags which was appreciated. Overall my experience was not great--but Colorado springs is not known for bagels, not even chain store bagels.

Always delicious! Staff is friendly. Beagles are fresh! Expect a short wait if your getting a sandwich but thats because its all cooked to order.

We received an email about gluten free breakfast sandwiches. One month later I come to try one and, nope, theyve never offered one. So disappointed. Why send out that email then?Also, soy milk was removed from the menu. Another disappointment.

Love the coffee and have always been a fan of Einstein bagles. Offered to make me a new pot of coffee when the one I wanted after they stopped serving it. Wonderful customer service. Prices are a bit high though.

Ive visited here on 01/12/2019 at about 3pm. They served me lukewarm coffee! 😡 This is the second time this has happened at this location. I have never had this problem at the location on Powers and Constitution. I will not visit this location again.

I Understand, Theres A Wait In The Mornings At Coffee Shops. After 15 Minutes In Line I Ordered My Coffee. After 20 Minutes Of Waiting For It I Asked Avery (The Employee) Preparing Coffee Where It Couldve Gone I Received A Nasty Look And Was Handed My Drink Which Was Not Announced; And By This Time Cold. I Dont Complain Much But Ordering A 5$ Drink (Which Is Odd For Me) And Receiving It Not Just Cold But With A Frustrated Face Instead Of A Smile? I Get It, You Hate Your Job But It Shouldnt Reflect In The 2 Seconds It Takes To Interact With Customers.

Really like the pepperoni pizza bagel made on Asiago. Really really like it when it comes with a side of potato salad but it gets busy and I understand what go mode is so thank you for the fast and friendly service.

Delicious Caribou coffee! Good breakfast sandwiches and bagels. The service does need improvement though. The individuals working here seem like they are just wanting to give you the bare minimum in service.

I liked the bagels and the coffee. I was disappointed that they didnt have a vegan smear and I wasnt asksd if I was eating in so was given wasteful to go packaging (even though it was compostable). I saw the same mistake with people who ordered after me.

Love this place for the people. I come in everything and am greeted nicely. They are quick at getting there food out. It is a bit expensive, but it the coffee is full of flavor and there sandwiches are to die for.

Great atmosphere, decent coffee, then they char my bagel every time! I prefer the Einstein off Garden of the Gods over this one but its farther away. I will get picture of food next time.

My husband and I go here a lot. Food is good, service is generally pretty good, theyve just messed up my order a few times. Sundays they get really busy with the after church crowd. Otherwise, theres not usually a line.

Service good and friendly...but...I always order the Green Chili Club and out of the 20 plus times i have ordered one this year, they had the green chili bagel once...once! I get the same excuse everytime...its a specialty bagel and it runs out.Seriously? Your only business is to sell bagels and coffee. Thats like Taco Bell running out of tortillas. And its not just this Einsteins. Its the same thing at the Powers store. And I always go around noon...its not like I go just before closing. They should write down missed opportunities and do some actual sales forecasting.

I go here at least once a week! I love their vanilla and hazelnut coffee and a 6 cheese bagel. I love this place.

Decent bagels, somehow not as good as the ones I had at other locations but hat could be totally anecdotal. If you’re going to try Einstein’s anywhere, try out a Green Chili bagel with plain cream cheese. Colorado is so close to New Mexico, it’s kind of an initiation haha. I’ve had a couple of run ins of questionable to bad service at this location, so if that really peeves you, it may be worthy going to a different location. If not, it’s an Einstein’s and Einstein’s is always a nice breakfast and environment.

Great place to grab a bagel and coffee. However each time I come in I see the baskets that food is served in sitting on the trash can.Are the baskets cleaned before they are placed in the food prep area.

Always good and usually pretty quiet place to get work done.

Jerks!! They got our order wrong for the 3rd time in a row that we have been there and didn’t even try to make it right or apologize! Poor service and rude staff!!!!!! And not to mention the coffee was bitter!

Updated review: I gave them another chance - wished I didnt. Didnt enforce the wear of a mask on the patron behind me in line. He was within 6 ft of all the bagels, speaking his order to the staff. Staff did not say a word. Felt unsafe for myself and anyone else going in after that patron.

Be sure to check your order they will mess something up . I go here about once a week and they always forget something and when you call to speak to a manager there never available. I had to literally stand and wait 5 minutes to get somebodys attention to get the potato salad but they forgot the guy was too busy chatting it up with one particular customer to even notice that I was even standing there

We will never come back to this establishment! A woman checked me out for my bagels, I reminded her of the coupon I brought in so she gave me my new amount and I went home. I then realized she charged me the full amount, no big deal, I went back in they took my card and refunded me the amount of the coupon. Well its been over a month now and no refund in my bank, when I called them twice after calling my bank they have zero interest in solving this very simple problem. I have been a customer for years and this is very sad, the customer service from the manager no less is appalling! Im sure it doesnt matter but you lost a loyal customer! Oh and dont worry, I disputed it with my bank and even they said it happens often.
