I use to love shopping at Goodwill. I do believe in reduce, reuse & recycle.However, when items that came from the dollar tree cost MORE & are dirty and well used. NO!Seriously, you all get your items FREE & youre charging more than what you could get it brand new?I will be spending my money at other thrift stores.

Decent location, organized by size and not color which makes things easier to find but prices are higher than other locations.

Could not find anything under $1.29. My best bet is Dollar Tree when I want to find an inexpensive item.

Thee staff at this location appeared to be having a good time and it influenced positivity in this Goodwill location. There was a lot of products and variety. My selection was a camel hair suit jacket and orange tie. The prices were reasonable, and it felt good knowing that the sales were going to a good cause.

We hit this place so I could try the Rocky Mountain Oysters. I had never eaten them before. Wont have them again, but its something to mark off my food bucket list. My wife and I ordered the meat sample platter. The portions were very generous for the price. Our overall option is that the variety of meats had good flavor but were pretty dried out. We enjoyed the housemate bbq sauces and the fries were our favorite. Our waiter was professional and did a great job!

Prices are crazy. I decided to break down and buy a pair of shoes. When I take the one shoe to the counter (Because almost all the shoes are up front now) to purchase they lost the other shoe. This has happened twice at this same store in a week. If they take almost all the shoes for sale and put one in front and one in back they should be adult enough to find the other shoe. I find this a little strange how easily they loose shoes. Think employees that are not allow to shop on work hours are taking shoes and purchasing them when off. Side note I wish people would do more research into so called Goodwill round up program. The money goes into the executives pocket.

Always happy employees, clean store. The bargains you really have to look for. Prices are higher than they use to be.

I have not always been your “thriftier” but when I’m looking for something specific and at the best possible price, I can’t imagine going anywhere else! This location typically has better quality apparel and home furnishings despite it being a smaller store.

They received there inventory for free yet over charge me on everything. Sale tickets were white, could only find green and yellow. Just like the arc now. Cheaper to buy new at Walmart

Lazy manager. He left this poor cashier by herself to ring up nine sets of customers by herself. He should have helped rather than walk away. Make us all wait forever cause he too lazy to help his worker.

Over priced for stuff that was given to them . Then asked if I wanted to pay more when checking out! Why would you ask people to round up to the next dollar?? Most people shop at your store because they cant afford full price! Greedy!!

Actually found what I was looking for. Replacement cushion for my knee brace. Wanted to buy some stretch pants but the were 4 and 5$. And walmart has brand new ones for 5$. So didnt get them. And the pair of shoes my husband wanted were 20$. A little much for used items in my opinion.

Great store with great selections and decent prices. Sad to say will not be back nor donate anymore stuff to this location after todays visit. Honestly the store follows some COVID-19 standards but not all. Today I went into Goodwill to get a certain item. I looked for the tags of the day that had the discounts, but I couldnt see the board all the way from the kitchen goods area, instead of walking over there, I seen a training manager training someone so why not ask them. You would have thought it wasnt her job to be there for customer service as well. She was offended that I even bother to ask her a question. The rudeness in her attitude just had me walk out. I was very polite in asking the question as she was training someone, I think it made me more sad that the employee she was training seen this display of behavior as acceptable as she was setting the example. It took only 10 seconds for her to rudely answer my question, 10 seconds that could have be utilized in a different way.This happen 10/30 @2pm

I usually visit the one on Austin Bluffs but since that was is temporarily closed we happened to drive by this one coming back from Bear trails. larger building held more items. found an ottoman that I was looking for so it was a good day. the staff was pleasant and helpful. if Im on this side of town Ill definitely stop by again for the selection.

My belongings were donated here by mistake a few days ago. I came to get it back, or, at least most of it. I told the cashier to call the manager. After waiting almost 10 minutes, the manager came, walked past me, and I heard the cashier told the manager, “She wants her stuff back”. The manager (white, tall, brunette lady) IGNORED me and started checking people out. Then she finally came over to me, asked about my items and just wrote down a few of them, my contact information and told me she’ll contact me if they “find anything” and walked off. Pretty much doesn’t care. I’d give zero star if I could.RESPONSE FROM OWNER UPDATE:So I emailed them my contact information (again)... Today is November 2, 2019, over a week later, Goodwill NEVER FOLLOW UP, NEVER CONTACTED ME. Once again, they acted like they care, trying to put on a show for everybody. I’m NEVER DONATING TO GOODWILL EVER AGAIN.

Goodwill has a lot of great things the only issue is they are pricing items to high. You shouldnt pay retail for used shoes.

Last winter I had a bad experience with a security guard that almost cost this place a frequent shopper of thrift stores. BUT thank God I gave them another chance finally after almost a year bc I found a very nice pair of barely worn Gucci sunglasses that are $400 brand new. I could not find any online under $200 for used. I paid only $5 for them! Wasnt even in a locked case so that was even more unexpected. I was thinking it was just a nice pair of common wal mart type brand. I noticed they were 5 when others were $1.50. The cashier is the one that discovered y the price was higher. She was even surprised! How lucky was i huh.

This is my favorite Goodwill! I like how the childrens section has its own area.

This store ia pretty crowded with clothes racks so close together that you cant push a cart through.

Clean, right off i-25, some name brands. I bit pricey compared to other Goodwills. Furniture selection was not in good condition

Clean store, lots of different stuff. They have just about everything.

Some of the clothes was damaged like zippers and other stuff like small holes you dont see till you get home.

The guys at the donation drop off were very friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant time, up to a point, in this store. They had so many clothing options and very good deals, however the staff made my experience miserable. There was one very nice young man that offered me a cart (he saw me struggling with some clothes). So I accepted and kept shopping. I had to keep running in and out of the dressing rooms to piece an outfit together. There was no place to put my cart so I kept brining it into the dressing room. While completely naked, a male service member came to my door and told me I could not have my cart. I didnt reply because I was taken aback and felt vulnerable. He replied again and I had to call out saying that I was naked. He didnt say anything and I began to put on my clothes, while doing so, a female employee came to reiterate what he had just said. I told her I was getting dressed. I could see people outside of the door and I was terrified they could look in and see me. So at this point I decided not to buy anything and left my cart there. It would have been one thing to tell me prior to, or wait for me to come out. I dont mind people asking me to change what Im doing if Im breaking a policy. But I was completely naked and it was extremely inappropriately timed. This store needs to train their members with proper etiquette and maybe add a sign if things arent to be brought into the dressing rooms. There also needs to be an area for carts outside of the dressing rooms, there was no room while I was there. I felt so horrible after my experience that I was shaking and almost to the point of tears.

I loved this store today, found some amazing things for family and myself. Very clean, well organized and people were welcoming and nice. Hope to stop by there again when I come to visit my daughter. Highly recommend this store. Best Goodwill Ive shopped from.

Not sure why some of these reviews are saying there are overpriced items. Wrong price maybe... just bought a gorgeous 100% wool Banana Republic sweater which had no stains, no tears, could have easily seen it at BR, well the tag said $3.99, but it rang up at $2.99. Only pricing issues I have seen at this Goodwill. Beautiful building, great staff. Love this Goodwill.

Its nice that the place is clean and doesnt smell like an old thrift store but I cant get over the prices. Not only are some of the prices parallel to retail, but I was there today and bought a couple items, including two books. One had a clear price tag of 1.99 but I was told their prices went up and now those books are 3.49. I wasnt even told until I asked. The cashier couldnt honor the price marked. Doesnt make me feel good about shopping here so I declined the purchase. For items they get for free, their prices keep going up and it didnt seem like a big deal to charge me more than what was on the price tag.

Not a lot of trinkets at all. The shelves feel bare. Clothes are nice quality but not a huge selection. Feel they are a bit pricey. I have never found anything that I loved at this store. Customer service has always been nice though.

Most of the employees, inside, here are rude and downright mean. Many seem disinterested in your questions or concerns. They are quick to inform you about their no exchange or refund policies on almost everything. They are oblivious to the concepts of politeness, respect and Lord forbid: the customer is always right. Furthermore, a little internet research, on our part, revealed that their Goodwills greater profits earned from revenue of sales from donations actually goes to top management CEOs. My spouse and I decided that donating, as well as shopping at the ARC, is much more beneficial and superior.

I love all Goodwill Stores but I love how this one has the Threads section in the back corner of the store. Its a section with brand names and current trends so that you dont have to dig through everything for hours to find the good stuff. I was a bit disappointed at the selection of shoes and purses. Besides that, the store is clean and spacious. I would recommend this store first if someone was looking for a nice Goodwill to shop at.
