If your not a Teen or 20s they act like youre not there

Just want to give Madison at the Citadel Mall location a 5 star review. She helped me and my mom out and kept grabbing shoes for us to try on and was very helpful. She ended up helping us order our shoes. Hope she sees this review. Thank you Madison!!

Not alot of shoes selection..

I went there around 6:44 pm on 12/27/20 to buy some Js (Jordans) and the young lady behind the counter who appeared to be the shift manager, very rudely stated to Give her a Sec! Being a paying customer, I felt disrespected and ignored for she did not even provide eye contact when making her rude comment. I was gonna spend a pretty large amount of money but because of her lack of customer service and common courtesy, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Dont know who this broad was but she lost sales that hour.

They have my style. Im going back.

They were very helpful the manager was pretty cool at this time though their shoes selection was kind the limited but it is understandable because of Covid 19

The staff was awesome!! Got exactly what we wanted, no hassle!! Everyone was in a great mood and made us feel happy to be there! The guy who cashed us out could not have been any nicer! Thank you so much for everything!

Was followed around the store after the supervisor on shift (slim black guy, around 6’1” with waves) kept pointing to me to alert his workers to my presence. Will not be patronizing this store anymore. Crazy thing is I’m black as well. Not sure what made him do that seeing as how I wasn’t sketchy at all. Maybe because I was the only black person in there at the time, who knows?

This location asked for way to much personal information in regards to a military discount. I would highly encourage all to avoid this location. They are rude inconsiderate and basically unprofessional. I would rather they just say we dont give a discount rather than fish for personal information, For you awareness an I.d. card is all you should need. being asked for my birthdate or my service dates are you kidding me.

I love the selection of Champion apparel they have although not always economically priced but competitive. They do offer some clearance racks with apparel that’s been heavily marked down...AS ALWAYS CERTAINLY APPRECIATE THE MILITARY DISCOUNT!!! 🇺🇸

9 people in line 5 to 6 sale people and 1 person checking people out. 2 ladies standing at the door doing nothing.. maybe add one more person to check people out..

Was there on sat 9.12.15 and waited for assistance as 2 male staff chatted about their personal lives. They glanced at me a few times and kept right on talking. Another staff 2as running around trying to help several customers and finally helped me. Poor hard worker, shameful other two guys one of which appeared to be a manager. Wont come back.

Ordered shoes 25 Nov. Still havent received the shoes. Called customer service and they still could not track any shoes. Could not even tell me when i would have yhe product. Took my money for a product they dont have.
