I was very very pleased with their Customer Service and final product.As an Air Force pilot, I was looking for custom, flight suit name tags to hand out to my Groomsmen, Ushers, Fathers, and others in the bridal party for my wedding a few months back. I called them a couple weeks prior to the wedding and gave them some suggestions. They immediately went to the drawing board and did not disappoint.It was $10 for the initial design process which eventually went towards the first patch. I was requesting 15 individual patches for select members in the wedding. They were able to incorporate my wedding colors, a bow tie (where AF Wings would go), the persons first and last name, and their role in the wedding i.e. Groomsmen, Best Man, Officiant, Ring Bearer, Usher, Father of the Bride/Groom.The final product exceeded my expectations! They were in constant contact throughout the whole process via email, phone, and text. I should have given them more of a heads up to start the process, but Thomas Tag went above and beyond to ensure I had the patches designed, created, and delivered on time. The patches were a hit as a gift, but more importantly, the patches added a unique twist incorporating my career, the wedding colors, and the role that each individual served in our wedding. My bride and her friends were a little jealous as well!I highly recommend this company for all of your patch needs. I will definitely be back!

Find another place! Do not go here. Quality is horrendous. Went in to pick up name tape I ordered and wasnt happy with the quality and asked them to re-do it then was told I guarantee no one will be looking that close. This is the type of place that takes advantage of being close to a military installation. Its out of pure convienece these places stay open. Etching is shakey, paint is smeared and the name plate isnt all metal. No refunds!

Great customer service and can help when youre time pressed

This order took WAY too long to ship. Their website should specify if there is a backlog on orders/ shipping timeframes. Customer service was a little off. They do not seem to read through previous email threads to refer to recent inquiries on the same thread (but they were polite). I will give them credit for the product itself. Items arrived in perfect condition, so I’ll give 3 stars for that. My only suggestion is to maybe consider keeping your customers informed on order fulfillment before they purchase items that are NON-refundable.

I have used them a few times and love the quick turn around and quality. This time I drove 30 minutes out of my way to use them. Unfortunately they put my badges on the Air Force way instead of the Army way. Anyway, after having to make an extra stop they made it right. The customer service is great and they do a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in the local area. I cant really the fault the Air Force mix up, they are outside of Peterson AFB, it happens.

Great place for tapes, guidons and other military needs. Been using them a few years but prices keep rising and turn around is out of control. 2 weeks on average.

I needed a name tag for a flight suit in a short amount of time. The staff here went out of their way to make sure the colors and design were perfect and had it ready within days of my order. Quick service but a little pricey. Youd think with the enormous business they get due to being in an area with 4 military installations that they could lower prices a little. I know people who stopped going there and started getting their name tapes from Amazon because Amazon was cheaper.

I have had patches custom made there several times. I have always received great service! The patches look wonderful and I work with them again and again.

They are NOT open 24 hours. They should fix their listing so people don’t show up when they are closed 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fast phenomenal service

You better make sure they know your order is for more than one patch even if they asked you how many you want on the initial order. Don’t assume anything. They get you’re business by promising a fast production time and low prices then change their story when you drive all the way to Colorado Springs to pick up the order. They left a VM for us stating our order was ready, who the heck order just one custom class patch? 0 Stars.

I went at 10:30am wanting to get my husband’s new rank embroidered for a gift, THAT DAY. I tried everywhere (not having heard of Thomas’s) and they all said you have to go to Thomas’s. Would be zero stars if I could. They decided that the colors I ordered were wrong, and you it upon themselves to make nametapes in the wrong color scheme for my unit and mail them to me without double checking first to clarify the discrepancy on their end. Then when I contacted them, they told me that I was wrong and an idiot. That what they sent me is correct, despite the pictures I sent them of nametapes of other members in my squadron that just recently ordered from them as well. Tricia continued to be rude and unprofessional throughout our communications and refused to rectify the issue. Wasted my money. Wasted my time. ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!!

Went in requesting special patches to be made and they were able to knock them out quickly and gave me a set time to be done

Brought in on a Monday, called to pick up on Friday. My name and US Army were sewn onto wrong sides had to wait another 40 minutes for them to fix. Paid 30 dollars for 2 tapes and the sewing, way overpriced services. I will not return here for anything.

By far one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The woman (Tricia) took forever in answering my emails requesting to order a guidon. She was snippy, rude, and condescending. Not only so, but they waited a couple days after I sent the image of what I wanted to call and say they had problems, when I already told them I needed it ASAP (and they even promised me it would be ready by 14 Feb by 1600). Did not get an order confirmation when giving them my credit card information, so heaven knows what they did with that info. Will not do business with them ever again.

Wont be going back. Dropped off and paid for some work to be done on a Friday and was told it would be ready for pick up that Monday. Stopped by after work to pick it up and was told the lady forgot to do it. Not particularly the type of experience that would bring back repeat customers.
