Easy buying process. This is our second cpo Lincoln, and the 6th one we have had. Price was the best compared to other CPO vehicles with similar miles in the state.The salesman Derrick Owens was very professional and enjoyable to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.My advice- if you are looking for a newer Lincoln with a warranty at independent dealers - check the CPO cars at your Lincoln dealer. The cars might be cheaper at some of the other dealerships, but when you add in the cost of the aftermarket warranty you are spending more money.

A faulty ride strut was a warranty issue. The part was in stock at another branch of the dealership. It took 6 hours to get the part into the shop and then 45minutes to install it. All the while my wife was delivered to a shopping area by a Lift driver. The Lift company left her stranded in the rain and never did respond to a request to be picked up. If the dealership is going to subcontract out customer courtesy cars for customers pick one that will perform. The dealership finally sent a car to retrieve my wife so she could go to the dealer and get the car. The part was in Colorado Springs and could have been picked up by anyone in an hour. Send a runner to get it rather than leave a customer stranded for most of a day, 8 hours, that could have been fixed in 2 hours. The service writer was trying to do right but all the ancillary people meaning parts people and the management team are letting the good name of Phil Long Lincoln down. It is the customer keeps coming back that’s important.
I took my MKC to Lincoln because my check engine light was on. That was taken care of. They also inspected my air filter and stated we needed to replace it. My husband said he would change it himself (to save some money). My husband looked at my engine the next morning and the air filter cover was not secured. In fact, the bolts were stripped and he called Lincoln. What happened after that can only be described as the run around. Its not our fault because you didnt bring it back the very next day. We were told to bring it in on Tuesday. Conveniently, that rep called out. Another rep said he had a dilemma because he couldnt say that we didnt cause that. Then, the tech that worked on the air filter happened to pop in, to say he noticed it but didnt say anything because he was in a rush. Really?? Unacceptable. I brought my new nautilus black label in for some kind of protective sealant, I never fully understood what it was. I assumed they would wash my car down before doing the work, but they only washed the spots they worked on and left the rest of my car dirty and smeared with whatever they use to apply the sealant. Then I was told I could not wash it at the car wash for a month. So now Im riding around in a smeary mess! There is a distinct line where the sealant was placed and when I questioned Jessica about it she said youll never notice youll get used to it. The service I had when I bought this vehicle 4 days prior was great. Not so much after. I love my new car. Thank you Vicky Bitler

Shopping experience was great. upgrades in the facility could greatly improve the ambiance, as there is only one bathroom, and no snacks were readily available. it was also observed that the ramp did not enter the building directly without steps involved. the music on saturday was loud, which made it difficult to hear and to concentrate....improved on tuesday.the staff was great. thank you for the wonderful car and service.

Transmission went out on My MKX. Had to be hauled from my home. Called Phil Long Lincoln and car was picked same day. Service was scheduled for some time the next week but I got a call the next day and a vidio showing me the problem which required ordering a parts. Picked up the car yesterday and its running fine. Bought a used car here. For $20,000 you would think they could trouble themselves to wash the car. Noticed when I left it had less than 1/4 tank of gas. Embarrassing. Staff was friendly.
I purchased a Lincoln Aviator with Bill Kornder and Costco Auto. The experience was good and Bill was thorough with delivery. He made sure to go over everything the Aviator does. Stayed with me through the purchase even when the finance manager came out to discuss further options, usually they take you to another room and you lose your salesperson at this point. Even that process was quick and easy.

I originally contacted this dealership about a used truck posted on their online website. I went to the dealership and they couldn’t find the truck. I waited about a week and they still never found the truck so I decided to purchase a brand new 2020 F-150 Lariat they had on the lot. Prior to purchasing I noticed scratches on the front passenger side fender. The salesman Dustin assured me it would have to be fixed because it was “lot damage”. I agreed to buy the truck and in the contract, in writing, they were supposed to fix the scratched fender. Also in the contract, in writing, they agreed to ceramic coat the vehicle for me. I signed the paperwork and made an appointment for the work to be done and took the truck home. I bring the truck back for them to fix the fender and apply ceramic coating and they tell me they have found a dent and it will be a couple days until it is fixed. I said that is fine and to call me when it was finished. 3 days passed and I get the call that the truck is finished, so I go back to get it and what I see is extremely disappointing. They did not fix the scratches in the fender, they did not ceramic coat anything. All they did was let an inexperienced, bottom-of-the-barrel “detailer” “wash” my truck. Now the entire clear coat on the truck is covered in micro-scratches. And it gets worse, I get in the truck to take it home and there’s literal pieces of plastic fender liner INSIDE the truck on the carpet. They couldn’t even put the truck back together for me. I highly recommend you steer clear of this sneaky deceitful dealership that does not hold up on there ends of the deal. Extremely dissatisfied to say the least.

It is a great car. But should have been maintenance apparently better before selling it. The alignment is apparently off, oil light keeps saying it needs changed....hoping they actually fix it and make it right because I will be mad if I have to pay for something that should have been done before buying the car.

Contacted Phil Long in regards to my F350 having the death wobble issue, and I was immediately comforted that the dealership was aware of the issue and had handled several death wobble issues in the past. After a couple of days at the shop we took it for a drive the steering was a little loose, the mechanic who did the work went with me on a second ride to see and feel the issue. After a little more fine tuning I was contacted that the truck was finished. Everyone from the first phone call to the final delivery of the truck was exceptional. While I was extremely impressed with how Spencer Babb and Alexis Frost kept in communication with me, got me a loaner car for most of the time my car was in the shop, I wasnt impressed with Fords constant request for proof that my engine had a crack, getting parts, and all the other prove it to us steps they took. I was without my car for 1.5 months, however am grateful to Spencer and Alexis for getting me a loaner for part of that time.

This dealership made leasing our Nautilus one of the easiest, straightforward and professional car deals we have ever made. It was an hour and half drive to Colorado Springs - well worth the drive to turn in previous lease vehicle and release a new one. Terry was not pushy, he took his time with us through several cars.I light of the virus, this dealership took many precautionary measures. They limited where customers could be, wiped down EVERYTHING as we went along, right down to pens we signed with. Definitely not the closest for us, but definitely the best.

I have never had a problem with this service department, and this is my second vehicle I have taken there.
Long story short I sold my truck to them on the 10th of November, it is now December 4th. I was told not to make a payment because my next payment date was two weeks out and the loan shouldve been taken care of. About a week later They told me I only signed one power of attorney when I clearly remember signing two. I was told everything is good for the loan but needed to sign the second one so they could sign the title over when they got it.. I went in to sign the second one about two weeks after the initial date. It now has been 2 weeks since signing the second power of attorney, and I have called multiple times to ask about where we are in the process. Since then I have not been able to get calls back after leaving messages, and no call back after finally speaking to someone. Now I am getting collection calls for my loan and need to make payments on this loan as well as my new vehicle loan. I have great credit and this is putting me in a terrible financial situation. Now I have to choose to take a credit hit or make double payments. Not good for a parent with a new born. Hopefully someones sees this review and actually calls me back and takes care of the situation.
EDIT***So when I purchased my car they knew I would be refinancing it to get the payments down. THIS WAS VERY CLEAR. It took forever to get it refinanced. What they didnt tell me is I had to wait for the hard copy of the plates. Of course I didnt ask. Since Oct 19th I have been trying to get the old GAP insurance policy canceled. I had to get a new one when it was refinanced. They told me this and said it was refundable. I finally found the company myself because when I called the dealership they told me they couldnt help me. Today is March 4th. I call Phil Long because the insurance company mails the check to them. Now I have filled out all tbe information for the refund already. NOW I have to fill it out again for Phil Long. This is after Bill who was supposedly helping me told me I had to drive there. It is a 1.5 to 2 hour drive. I said, Im not driving there we can do it through email. He said I HAD TO COME THERE. I repeated myself and he hung up on me. When I called back he sent me to voice mail. I called the original number and spoke to Tom. Tom got all the same information from me. He then got the forms from the person he needed to get them from and emailed them to me to fill out and email back. I will expect this to be over as soon as I send in the information. I will also be emailing the CEO of Lincoln. This is unacceptable behavior from a high end dealership.I was not looking to buy a vehicle yet. We dont really need to say how it came about that I am here to purchase a pre-owned MKX. The car is beautiful. Lindsay, sent me text messages, emails about the car, and called when I could not respond due to driving. I loved the car she sent me. When I got there to see about getting the car (2 days later.) Pete helped me with that process. Sadly, I have forgotten who the finance guy was. I have not forgotten how professional and helpful he was. I did not get the payment I want. That WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. I will be refinancing the loan in the next 2 months. What was amazing is they did get me financing with what little down and negative equity I had in my car. I knew the MKX I was buying would not be there in the next 30 to 60 days. So long story short the staff here at Phil Long Lincoln took care of me. Pete even found me a meal to eat because we got delayed and I was hungry. Thank you for my beautiful car.
Normally, buying a new car is stressful and not much fun. This time, for the first time ever, we had a enjoyable experience mostly because of our Sales Consultant, Terry Albrecht at Phil Long Lincoln in Colorado Springs. He was very knowledgeable, flexible, kind and patient with us. We don’t just go in one day and come home with a car! It takes us time, and in this time it took us a week to make the final decision. Terry really worked with us but gave us the time we needed to make a decision we are extremely happy with. After being employed by Phil Long for over a year my husband and i purchased a Lincoln Navigator for my husband. (His dream car after 7 years total on Iraq and 5 total deployments 4 with the Third Infantry Division. This last week my husband began hearing a noise under the hood and brought it into service. We learned that the Lincoln Navigator had a front differential problem. My husband was not offered a loner (he was offered a Uber) although he needed to get back-and-forth to work for the next couple of days.My husband was 3 days from beginning his military leave before heading to South Korea for a year. My husband expressed to the dealership that he only had a couple of days left before he was supposed to be leaving the state to be with his family before his flight out of country.The dealership can see that all of his property is in the SUV. They did not offer him to expedite the part, they could of at least said for this much more we can expedite it. They ordered the wrong part and then had to expedite the correct part and did not finish his vehicle when the part came in today. (It was in by 12.) My husband followed up. My husband has now been paying to stay in a hotel for 6 nights along with not having a vehicle to get to and from work those last couple of days or to get food the past 6. (Thank you to coworkers.) I am frustrated and hurt. As a previous employee it breaks my heart to see soldiers treated this way. Tony Dice you need to get on the ball with your customer service and leadership of your team. My husband wont tell me who his service writer is but no matter what people deserve consideration. Bad bad customer service.Update........ Phil Long Lincoln made it happen. Thank you Daniel for spear heading the decision to cover my husbands rental so that he can be with his family. He made it home around 6am with a vehicle until he flies out. Just purchased a new car after driving every option in its class from Lincoln to Chevy to Lexus. I am so thrilled with my new Navigator. I took my vehicle in because another mechanic suggested I needed a battery cleaning. I expected to pay for the battery service. The service here is more about my safety than making money. The battery was dead and they replaced it. It was more than just a cleaning. They also let me know what services my vehicle would require coming up so that I can begin to put away some money to cover the cost.

It took all day, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to purchase a 2019 Navigator, with much of the time waiting, and waiting, and more unexplained waiting to finalize sale. The dealership was to replace the cracked windshield as part of the sale. A time window of 5 hours was set for installation at our home and yet no one has arrived nor can the Service Department tell us when today this installation may happen. One would think when you buy a luxury car installers could set a specific appointment time and commit to it. Very disgusted!!!!
I purchased a used vehicle from them in December 2019 . I scheduled to see a certain truck which wad supposed to be brought from another sister dealership. I was there for 7 hrs waiting. Thinking back I should have left. Very untruthful sales manager. I was supposed to get a check for issues I found with the truck and have yet receive it. Jared my sales guy was top notch. Daniel (service rep.) was very helpful when it came to discussing the recent service of my 2016 Chev Traverse (routine maintenance). Most of the service pertained to standard 30K car maintenance. The service department did find a powertrain issue which should be fixed on in February 2020 (possibly warranty work). Great service means happy customers - and I am definitely a happy customer! I recently bought a car from this dealership. Francesca was our sales person. She was very sweet and efficient. We bought the car over the phone from over 300 miles away and she made it easy. Deliver plans did not fall into place so we decided to make a quick getaway weekend trip to pick it up. Overall I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Francesca and you will be in good hands. 😊

My friends ask why I bought from Phil Long when there are 3 other Lincoln dealers closer to home. Its because they had the best follow up, the best pricing, and the best financing. The purchase was actually made online - the car wasnt on the lot, so Chris ordered the exact new car that I wanted. All I had to do was sign the papers when I picked up the car. It was that easy.
I came to this dealership as a referral, I am a single mom of 2 and was just in a car accident in February. I needed a reliable car for decent money with not a lot of miles and no mechanical problems. They sold me the 2010 Chevrolet Equinox with 90K +miles, car fax was clean, they showed mechanical work done on the vehicle. The air conditioning the car was supposedly “ Bronze Star Certified “ by their own mechanics mind you. In March it got a little warm and I went to turn the A/C on and to my surprise the A/C wasn’t blowing cold air. I call the dealership and they say bring it in. They say it’s the compressor and it needs replaced!!! I have to pay for it to be fixed!!!!!! Furious I take it in they “ Fix” it. I leave with the car, and much to my surprise the A/C STILL isn’t blowing cold air!! Again furious I call and ask what’s the deal is! I’m told bring it back in, but before I can get it there the car dies as I’m backing into my apartment!!! I haven’t had the car 15 days and I’m already replacing parts on a car that was certified as being a “ great used car” from what my salesman told me. The mass air flow sensor was bad and the car was overheating!!! Great! Then after I get the car to the dealership to fix the A/C for the SECOND time they tell me “ oh it came from the manufacturer broken” so you put it in my car anyways and let me drive off without making sure it blew cold air, great. Back to the car loosing power and stalling out on me. Turns out the dealership won’t take responsibility for that either!!! The car has timing issues!!! I have had my car now not even 90 days and I’m already up to over $2,000 in repair costs to a car that they CERTIFIED!! My car now dies in traffic, it has happened three times now and I’ve had my CHILDREN with me!!!! NEVER EVER SHOP PHIL LONG FOR ANYTHING!!!! They told me bring the car back we will give you $4k as a trade in!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? You marked the car up $5k over its value!!! Then want me to take a $8k loss!!!!!! They do not take responsibility for selling me a lemon. We have gone through everyone we can to try and make this better, and they absolutely refuse!!!!!! From the sales manager to his boss and back down!! I was run all over for 2 weeks trying to get something done. They are crooks and con-men!!! They give their customers nasty dirty cars they use for personal use as “ Loner cars” if they even have one to loan while they work on vehicles.This dealership will never get a referral from me, and I will tell everyone I possibly can to stay far away from this dealership!! Any of the Phil longs in motor city!!! I was taken care of by the mechanics at phil long value car on academy. Troy, will, drew and the rest of the mechanics there are amazing, they talked me through what was wrong with the car and how to fix it and now I’m driving a $12,000 car that is worth $4,000. I feel taken advantage of and completely mistreated by Phil Long Lincoln and the management it was an absolutely horrible experience.
Robert Strange was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience!! He even made sure my vehicle was washed after I had some service done. Which the service department was also great. They got my vehicle in and out quickly and I love the video they send while they have the vehicle. REALLY HAPPY

He was patient with me and even stayed well past his time to make sure I found what I was looking for. The manager, Mike, was also great to work with. They didn’t push me into something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford and they let me take all of the time I needed to make sure I left happy, and eventually I did. From the moment I found the vehicle on the website everything went very smoothly. Every question we had was answered promptly. The salesperson, Amanda Valdez, was very attentive, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was amazing!The car was clean and in perfect condition. The Owner’s Manual was not in the car and Amanda promised to have it for us the following day, which she did.Everyone at the dealership, Phil Long Lincoln, was pleasant and friendly.

Horrible service..we purchased a vehicle..the car smokes when you start it ..we have been trying to have them fix it since day 1 its going on 15 days now. I have rhe same problem as I have had since day 1 and now they are acting like its not their problem and they just keep saying its carbon build up...if thats the case then why hasnt it stopped?. And why are they telling me to talk it to my mechanic to let them know whats wrong with it...why are they not really trying to looking where this white smoke is coming from.. very poor customer service...I think they just dont want to fix it and have me use the warranty I purchased with the vehicle...smh very bad service from the service center...the didnt even detail the car as they promised...had the car for 2 days and didnt even wipe the ice cream off the window...very sad for a dealership...dont recommend them at all ...Ill probably end up getting a attorney since they are acting like they dont want to fix it...or even do anything bout it..
Everyone I worked with from sales to finance to drop off was super helpful and knowledgeable! Robert Strange was very communicative and patient with me as I traveled down from Denver to find my perfect vehicle. He helped me learn all the new features and even organized the vehicle to be dropped off at my work. Would highly recommend this dealership!!
