Shopping for used cars is extremely stressful, and I always wonder why car dealers can’t just be less shady. So I dread going to see vehicles (one of the worst experiences ever was Bob Penkus Mazda on Test drive, BTW, if you want to know more, check out my Google review). Today, I walked into Street Smart skeptically as usual, but this business has a convenient location, and they had what I am looking for, so it was worth trying.Jose and the owner were wonderful since the beginning and absolutely not pushy. I was shown the vehicle I requested and they didn’t try to sell me anything else or talk me into other vehicles (I did notice two cars I wouldn’t mind owning, but, oh, if only I could afford to own 5-7 cars!)Having dutifully done my homework, I immediately noticed a small inconsistency between the trim of the vehicle as per its VIN and the sticker on the vehicle, but, once we clarified, it was all easy and smooth.It’s a cal dealership, they have to do their job. As a customer, I know I have to do my homework, so I arrived prepared and, of course, am getting the vehicle inspected by my mechanic before committing (those $100 worth spending).In the end, I didn’t buy the truck only because it was about 1k too expensive (for my budget and, honestly, I believe it was a little bit overpriced for a fair market value, as per KNB), but the truck was in excellent shape and it would not have been a bad deal at all.Check my other reviews of local dealerships.

The owner Mark is super awesome a really great honest guy. Rory my salesman was honest, not pushy, and spent the entire day with me. I was able to test drive several vehicles. Rory and the financing team did their very best in getting me into a reliable vehicle with my income. I was able to get previous records on the vehicle thru CarMax which they printed out for me. In the end I drove away that day in a very nice Toyota Camry with great financing to me. I would recommend these guys and gals to everyone. No issues at all.

I’m currently going through a situation with them, and they are not taking the situation seriously and continuously handing me off to other people that’s not assisting me at all. This has been going on for 2 months now. There is a big lack of customer service with this dealership. I highly recommend not going there or working with them. Especially if your military! I am fairly picky when it comes to picking out a car. It usually takes me months of research and careful planning. So when Street Smart had the exact car I was looking for, I was ecstatic.Darma was the first person I talked with and walked me all the way through the sales process. I am so so grateful for my experience at Street Smart. Darma was amazing! When I came in, I came to look at a specific car and she got me right in it. She asked if there was anything else I might be Interested in, I told her what I kind of car I wanted and she was perfect. I looked at multiple cars and test drove each of them. They were able to get me in the car I wanted, which is the first time Ive purchased a car from a dealer. In Jun-2021 my wife and I bought a used Chevy Tahoe from Street Smart Auto (great car btw). Hunter was our main point of contact, and he did an awesome job of accommodating us. It was a bit of a tricky deal since we purchased remotely (we live in Phoenix), but Hunter and his team were able to turn the deal around in under 4 hours total, including financing. Then as the cherry on top, Hunter picked us up from the airport in our new vehicle when we flew into DIA that afternoon (best Uber driver ever, haha). Hunter was a great salesman and terrific person. My wife and I had been shopping for a 3/4 ton truck for about a month when we had decided to drive to Colorado Springs to pay a visit to Street Smart Auto Brokers. We found an absolutely beautiful Ram 2500 that fit our needs perfectly. Our salesman Jose was knowledgeable and professional. He wasnt pushy, but rather very laid back and fun! In fact from sales to finance to service, the whole staff at Street Smart was fun. There was an issue with the truck that required going to the shop before we could take it home and I was told we would be able to pick it up on Monday. He went over and beyond the call of duty. Next Joe in finance (super nice gent) worked extremely hard for a 19 year old first time buyer. The first time buyer status presents a bit of a challenge. We had a very nice experience buying a used Nissan Rouge from Street Smary Auto Brokers.We went to see a specific vechile that we saw on a website and it looked in person excactly like it did on the website. We bought a car for my son from Rory today and it was a GREAT experience! No pressure and he was completely transparent about everything on the vehicle. Purchase of vehicle went good actually, however they sold me a lemon. Transmission had to be replaced. I took it back to them and their service team said, “there’s nothing wrong it’s working great- it’s just the ‘adaptive learning’”. I called them back after Hyundai said it would cost me another $3700 to replace the transmission and their general manager still hasn’t called me back. They’re good to you when they want you to buy their vehicles, but want nothing to do with you when you have an issue with it. I won’t be buying from them ever again, and will be sure to never recommend them as they don’t stand by their vehicles.
