I’ve taken my Hyundais to Phil Long since 2015. The customer service I receive is, and always has been, friendly and helpful. Dave in the Service Dept is always very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He’s great about returning phone calls. And he goes above and beyond to answer/resolve all my questions and concerns. And everyone there has a focus on customer service. You will be asked if you’ve been helped, which is a great feeling to know they all care. My cars have been well taken care of, too.I would strongly recommend Phil Long Hyundai to my family, friends - and everyone!

Cherry B. made my visit perfect. She had the car ready and in perfect condition for a test drive even though I had just inquired the night before. I expected the vehicle to be sold because of the incredible price and condition but it was available and ready to go when I got there the next day. Cherry is on top of everything, super sweet, fun to spend time with, and 100% professional. She is like a long lost friend that is watching out for the buyer from start to finish. The entire experience was seamless and easier than I could have imagined, including processing my trade in with no difficulty. All of the staff - Cherry especially - were an absolute pleasure to work with. Cameron was also amazingly kind and helpful in financing the vehicle. I had a special request that Cherry immediately took care of in her first response to my inquiry and I can’t thank everyone enough. This dealership has amazing deals and the nicest staff that I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve purchased 3 cars at other dealerships that were fine, but Phil Long Hyundai at Motor City hit this one out of the park. Thank you all so much for finally getting me my dream car at an unheard of low price that no other dealership in town could match. One of the very best car buying experiences ever. I usually wince at the thought of buying a car at a dealership but this was just over and above. Kevin Thompson (aka Bear) was genuinely helpful and respectful... even taking us out to lunch. He had a thorough understanding of the business and answered all our inquiries (Im a motorhead and can ask some pointed questions) to our satisfaction. My wife and I kept looking at one another and going, Wow . The fact that the Kona N series is such a great car is just frosting on the cake. Thanks, Bear. Well done.

I don’t even know where to begin.I was interested in an SUV I saw online but, I was skeptical due to a terrible experience I had with a dealership down the street. Chad reached out to me and talked to me about the car and what goals I had for my future purchase. I went down to the dealership for a test drive after I was confident that he knew what I wanted. Chad gave me a heads up at the beginning that he had a couple other vehicles to show me if I didn’t like the one I came to see. I did end up getting one of the other cars though so, Im glad he did. Chad went through several obstacles, including making sure we were able to stick to our budget for this purchase.I could write so much more about my experience but, the end goal is this. If you want to make a purchase on a vehicle and want to deal with a team that cares about what they’re selling, go here. Every person we have dealt with was extremely pleasant and we will be returning for future purchases.The car that I bought still needs to go through the inspection process because it’s a new arrival for them. I will update this review if need be but, I’m confident in this dealership.Edit to add that the vehicle I purchased is well below bluebook value.

We looked at many different models of cars before we bought this time. Because I plan to keep this car for several years I wanted a car with comfort as well as all the safety features. I am extremely pleased with Hyundai at Motor City and our exceptional salesperson, M.J. We also had a very good experience with the finance person, Cameron Taylor, which I must say Ive not experienced before with previous car purchases elsewhere.My new Hyundai Kona is a dream to drive and its the prefect size and color. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase at Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City and I’m pleased as usual. I feel taken care of when buying my vehicles and don’t ever feel pressure or like I can’t ask as many questions as I want. That’s important to me because I do have questions and like to think long and hard before jumping into a new vehicle. Most recently Kevin helped me and he was funny, laid back and friendly which makes the process much nicer. Plus, I’ve reached out several times since my purchase to ask questions and he answers quickly and efficiently. Mark, one of the floor managers, is kind and understanding and has a heck of a memory! He remembered me the several times I have come in even though it took me a moment to place him. He’s consistently welcoming and I feel like an individual not just another customer. Last but not least.. shout out to Luis in finance who made the paperwork a breeze and took into account that I was tired and ready to go home. He listened and followed through!! I love this dealership. Today I bought a car and because of the shortage it was going to be a few days before it came in and I couldn’t get the color I preferred. A few hours after I purchased the car they called me back and told me they found one for me and I could get it tomorrow. I was impressed by how they went out of their way get me exactly what I was looking for even know it’s really hard to get cars right now! My sales guys Shepard and Bill did an amazing job!

UPDATE 10/8 : The GM of Phil Long called me today. We had a healthy discussion about the situation and experienced that occurred. I believe we were both understanding of the situation (parts, availability, COVID protocols, perception, communication, etc). We were able to discuss the issue and I believe Steve, the GM heard my concerns and will address them appropriately. Although the experience started as less than ideal, I think they are working well to rectify the situation.I bought a used 14 Ford. They told me it would be ready in a week. Well, it was not ready because the technician that installs tires called out. Then, they told me it would be ready on a Saturday ( 2 weeks after I purchased it). I arrived, notified the staff I was there, and sat in their dealership for two hours. I finally got a hold of a manager (Tim). He went to check on the vehicle because all it needed was tires mounted. At this moment, Tim informed that new hub centric rings are needed. Left with no car. They did not order the parts until the next day. This is when I contacted the customer experience manager- Andrea. She simply passed me back to Phil Long manager - Jennifer. Their parts never arrived after 6 days. I ordered the parts and received them in two days. I notified Jennifer that I would take a day off to give them the parts. I communicated this needed to be a priority. At this point, I purchased my vehicle 16 days ago! Well, today I am here for 1.5 hours and they are just now getting my car on their lift! There is no accountability in this dealership. Everyone passes the buck and have no obligation to customers. I have a new car and insurance payment- WITH NO CAR. Im getting a loaner for today because their technicians are slow. Do not waste your time with Phil Long. This is my second and LAST vehicle purchase theyll get from this veteran.

I googled Hyundai dealerships in Co Springs. I called and spoke to MJ ( car salesman) because my internet was moving slowly and I had questions of a few cars i seen on line. He took time with me through text, video and pix so i drove up a day later met MJ in person, test drove a few cars. I went to a couple other dealerships in the area.One had horrible customer service the other was pleasant. So it was between two cars at two different dealerships. I went back to test drive at Hyundai again. MJs fantadtic down to earth customer service was like none other. ( i have purchased many vehicles in my life) I decided to go with the Hyundai and we had a deal that I was HAPPY with in a few min. I do not the going back and forth at car dealerships and will not sit for hrs making a deal. He got it where i needed it to be fairly quickly and I can say, best experience ever at car dealership. Anyone looking for a car I highly recommend MJ as your salesman. From test driving, negotiating to finance my experience was great!!

FYI they use their PERSONAL cell phones to take pictures of sensitive information (drivers license). Apparently, I am the only person to ever have issue with this practice but that is NOT an appropriate way of handling sensitive information. The manager then came out to tell me that their policy is the employees have to delete the pictures at the end of the day (and has never thought about how that doesn’t delete the backed up copy that everyone has). But by telling me I am the first person to ever care must make it ok, right..I had no issue with the actual salesman who was helping me but they then handed me off to another girl who seemed completely clueless.When I asked for my car back at that point the manager came back out all snobby to let me know they only got a bid of X amount for my car “by the way”. I was asking for LESS than another dealership offered and the car is literally 6 months old 2021 and they tried to offer thousands less than what would’ve been a fair offer.

We had a very good car buying and trading in experience here. Jeremy was very considerate and professional with his work though we were his 1st client. He did a good job explaining everything about the car of our preference and showing us how all the features in the car work without rush. He was also very understanding about our price needs too. Andrea in the other hand was very welcoming and helpful how to setup the blue link on our phones. Advertised the car for 35k, I confirmed it. Only when I was ready to make the deal did they say “let me tell you how we got to that number”How they got to that number was false advertising. Plain and simple. You have to lease it, they take the federal tax credit, you aren’t eligible for the state tax credit.When I’m buying an electric vehicle, I’m doing the tax-credit math. Giving a false number and then changing when I’m ready to buy is the definition of false advertising.

Every Hyundai employee treated me with a warm smile, courtesy, and respect. When I set a limit on what I wanted, no one continued to push me on something I didnt want. A few years ago I went somewhere else to look for a car and felt like a captive. I called my son to come get me and rescue me. While the salesman was consulting his manager, my son drove up and I escaped just in the nick of time! Not so at Phil Long Hyundai. It was a delightful experience and I bought a really cool car!

Normally I have a great experience however, not sure why neither Hyundai locations don’t have a quick lane for oil changes. This is especially frustrating as the majority of appointments are Monday through Friday when most people work. Furthermore when I brought my vehicle I got paid for a “VIP Maintenance Plan”(free oil changes). Kind of hard to accomplish maintenance, when it’s more than difficult to get a quick oil chance. Seems like I paid for a VIP service plan I can’t use and was ripped off.This is a great thing for their service department though. Simple more facilities and staff as obviously the demand is already there.

My daughter and I purchased a car on July 1, 2021. The salesman Jeremy was great we agreed on a price. We could not finalize the deal because they had to purchase the car from the Denver dealer. We left content with are agreement and negotiated price. My daughter returned later to sign the loan documents on her own, I had to return to California. I received the loan documents for my signature today . In reviewing the documents it was not the out of the door price including tax we agreed on. I called the finance manager with a couple questions. The first being the total price was not what we agreed on, the interest rate and a charge for extended service contract. The finance manager begins to tell me that in order to get the rebates we had to go with the higher financing through Hyundai. Hmm I’ve been buying cars for 20 years you usually either get the rebates or the financing this response left me scratching my head. The finance rate is the highest I’ve ever had to pay and I’ve been purchasing cars for 20 years. In regards to the extended warranty charge the finance manager states we had to charge that in order to lower the price of the car. Again I’m dumbfounded by his response. Since Hyundai is known for their great warranty and current complimentary maintenance for first so many miles what exactly does this cover his response stuff like windshield wiper blades. I am thoroughly disappointed my 23 year old daughter went in to finalize a contract and was taken advantage of. The finance mangers response was well she is over 18 and signed for these items. Consistent communication with updates when the vehicle was getting worked on/getting ready. If you are looking to come here for a car would highly recommend Zack. Was informed via text, not letter or phone call, that 3 months after purchasing my vehicle Cameron messed up the paperwork and he wants me to sign new paperwork and pay them $4800. Oh wait I will get a $200 gas card for my trouble though! Gee thanks, but no thanks. I have all the papers. Next time treat people like humans and when requesting money for a SCREW UP YOU DID call me, but you cant have any money now, sorry! Shady shady shady. Don’t buy a vehicle from Phil Long Hyundai. They are price gouging and marking there vehicles up right now. They tried to say that all Hyundai dealerships, including in Denver, are marking there vehicles up because of the vehicle shortage. We went to Planet Hyundai in Golden and saved ourselves just over $5,000 off of the total overall price because they didn’t mark up the price of the car there. I’d recommend spending the time to drive an hour or two north and saving some money.

The sales experience was great but everything after that has been terrible. They botched the delivery of my car to Denver from Colorado Springs. No one gave me any indication as to when they were coming and when I needed to be home until they were already on their way and I was out, and then I was made to feel bad for not being home when they arrived.They also pulled two hard credit inquiries on our credit reports for ONE loan. I dont know why they think this is an acceptable practice. Hard inquiries stay on your record for two years, and you should only need one for one loan.Finally, they botched the title paperwork. I bought my car July 2 and they didnt send the paperwork to the DMV until two and a half months later on September 15. Im already on my second temporary tag; Im going to have to get a third and possibly a fourth since the DMV is just now processing paperwork sent to them in July... which is when my paperwork should have been sent in.

Paoe was friendly and upfront. I didn’t end up buying a car because the one I was interested in didn’t pass inspection. Paoe still did his best to find something that suited my needs. The reason for a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is that the online inventory was not kept up to date which made things pretty inconvenient. If there is a particular car you want to see, I recommend calling and making sure that its available beforehand.

Worst customer service for the consumer wanting to buy a vehicle . They will price gouge you over MSRP, charge you a 700.00 doc fee and then tell you to go kick rocks if you are a previous customer. Never again going to schomp or planet hyundai where they charge 0 dollars doc fee so you save 700.00 and they will not charge you over MSRP. Keep in mind Chapel hills is Hyundai is run by the same management. Look else where in Denver

Car shopping is a headache, and Im undergoing hard times. However, Alex was very kind and professional with me. I was able to check their inventory online and also made an inquiry online to find out what was their monthly deal. Alex reached out to me via text and we were able to set up a time for me to come check out a vehicle Id liked off their inventory, and he had it ready for a test drive when I arrived. The process was smooth, and honestly one of the best carshopping experiences Ive ever had. Unfortunately, their inventory was a bit off: I had my eye in two vehicles and one of them was not at their shop yet, the other said the car had automatic start but it does not. However, Im in love with my new car and the deal I got on it!If youre in the business for a new car, definitely check them out. Their service is excellent!

UPDATE!!!!7/14/2021I notified the dealer right around 15days after the car was purchased that the transmission was going out they set an appointment for a month out to look at the car. I’m the mean time the transmission did go out. I have had no help for the dealer other than being told maybe the extended warranty will help the extended warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. So far I’m stuck with a paper weight. I also was told by the dealer once they get the car it could be weeks before they look at the and depending on what is wrong it may be months before it’s fixed. All sounds like bull. BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My salesman was Carl McDade definitely not like others. Had me in and out in no time once I selected my vehicle. I would highly recommend going to see him if you are in the market for a car.

Paoe Kahele was my sales consultant. He was amazing and I highly recommend you ask for him by name. He was honest, knowledgable and efficent. I would rather buy a wagon train and mules than go car shopping. He made the experience painless. Did I mention he is honest! Love my Honda Civic LX Sedan. Called the day prior to set up an appointment and to ensure the vehicles on the website were still available. Andrew helped me and was very professional. Although the couldn’t be there at the moment of the sell, he ensured that someone was there to take care of me. I have been in sales my entire life. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior as I have with Phil Long.We recently purchased a vehicle here and bought from a young lady, Monica Sigala. She was absolutely delightful and had all sorts of awards behind her desk proudly on display for all to see.Having now dealt with her boss, Andrea, the store manager, as well as several of the finance managers, I am disgusted to find out how this place really does business. There is zero follow through, over promising and WAAAAY under delivering, horrible communication and absolutely no integrity within a mile of this place.I could not be more disappointed in my purchase, I will never do business with Hyundai again (this was our 3rd) and the thought of going here for any maintenance makes my stomach turn.Do yourself the favor of shopping around and avoiding this establishment.

This was our first and LAST time ever dealing with Hyundai! We were selling our Jeep, we unfortunately ran into Hyundai and they gave us a fair price and they gave us their “word” to have everything settled and payment given to us between 3-5 days. We then sold our Jeep to Hyundai, 5 days later no payments were done, 1 week later nothing. We have tried to contact the dealership several times and for some strange reason they NEVER have the person available to give us the answers on why we haven’t received our payments or they answer, put us on hold and hang up. And when they do answer, they come up with a different reason as to why we can’t get our money yet. It has been now about 21+ days and my husband went into the dealership to finally get some answers, but gets told that Hyundai’s finance personnel is “off today” so they can’t cut us the check. We have gone almost a month without our truck that we sold and continue making payments on and yet to received what was promised. By far the worst experience we have had at a dealership. Once they get what they want they no longer care about calling you or providing customer service.

I have never owned a Hyundai before but was looking at the Elantra Value Edition. We went into the dealer with both trade and a down payment but, we discovered coming in our trade was not worth as much as we hoped. Our car sales rep smiled through the whole process and was very interactive with everyone in the family. Despite the large up hill financing battle due to the trade we ended up walking out of the dealer with the car we wanted! I highly recommend our car sales rep Stan Colbert to anyone who wants a top notch buying experience. If anyone from Phil Long reviews these please let Stan know the Grier family is extremely grateful for his hard work on making the deal work!

My mother in law, Janet, purchased a Kona from PL Hyundai. The salesman was Andrew. He was knowledgeable and patient. The financial person, Luis, was kind and efficient. The Kona was brought in from another dealership and there were issues/minor damage upon delivery. Andrea, the customer experience manager, worked with the General Manager to make the situation right. I will follow up my review when all issues are resolved.

10/26 updateAwful service department. I literally had to walk in to make an appointment after 10 plus phone calls and at least 5 voicemails that were never returned for a warranty repair. Their online appt system is a joke. The part was ordered in August. My appointment wasnt until October and I dropped the vehicle off an hour before my appt time of 145. This repair was estimates to take 1 hour. Service rep texted at 4 saying that they were behind and wanted to keep the vehicle till the next day. I told her I would just pick the vehicle up instead. She obviously didnt communicate that to the technician. Get there and they have my car torn apart and it will be 30 minutes. Over an hour and a half later the car still wasnt done. No apology. No service recovery. Poor communication. I had a great buying experience but their service department is the reason will never return to purchase or for serviceWe worked with Zach on our purchase and have to say it was a great experience. He made sure to keep us updated and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted. It was a bit tricky with our work schedules but he made it work. We would buy with him again.

Cheers to Cherry Boyd at Phil Long Hyundai in Motor City, who put a smile back in my life! Totaling your car is a traumatic event, but then you have to get another and out of that rental! I loved the Elantra I had. I wanted another, a couple years older. Cherry made this happen, and all as painlessly as possible. She sent a video walk around the body, showed the interior, AND sent me the CarFax! Concerns evaporated! I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I was ready to buy with confidence! Knowing my concern for a better warranty, she got all that info to Cameron Taylor, the Finance Manager. Kudos to Cameron! By the time I was done with the paperwork with Cherry, Cameron was all ready for me. Between the two of them, they got me everything I needed, AND at an AMAZINGLY GREAT PRICE! Plus, Cherry saw how tentative I was during the test drive after my accident. She didn’t want me to have to drive home on I-25 in rush hour, so she had one of the lot guys come to pick her up after SHE PERSONALLY DROVE ME HOME! I could NEVER have imagined buying a car without ANY pressure, or tactics to bump up commissions, but that is EXACTLY how it was! I have NEVER been treated so well! They genuinely cared about ME, at the time I needed it most! These are two OUTSTANDING people! I cannot say enough good things!

Came to them because of the 2015 Elantra recall and they refused to fix the recall. Scheduled appointments only to give me the run around and blame me for my car’s failure, which is a defected engine that THEY built. The car is unsafe to drive for more than 5 miles. They still won’t fix the issue after providing history of maintenance. Hyundai makes defected cars and claims them to be reliable. They don’t own up to their business. Avoid at all costs. The people working in this facility have no customer skills and seem like they are trying to cover up anything to make it seem like it was your fault that Hyundai built a poor, unreliable engine. This place doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

I had an outstanding experience at Phil Long Hyundai. Chad, Andrea, and Jeremy were excellent throughout the whole purchasing process. My Sales Consultant Chad and management worked hard to get me the best deal on a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Limited. My Wife and I visited the dealership roughly 2 weeks before we purchased the vehicle and Chad was extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing the vehicle few days before our anticipated purchase date because Chad called and educated us on the Black Friday offers. I liked that they werent being aggressive with the sale but built value, offered me multiple different options, worked with me on the price and gave me what I was looking for. Vanessa was my sales person and Im very happy she was! I just love her energy and always answered her phone for me for any questions that I had during the prep process of my Nissan. I was given an exceptionally nice loaner car while waiting for mine to be ready. Vanessa was able to help me with that and I am very grateful!! I really love my car however the detailing & cleaning process was very poor. I wish Id checked everything better before I left bc I would have had them complete the job. Also was treated very poorly by Luis in finance. Like I was a nuisance to him & a total inconvenience. He was also very rude to my sales person right in front of me. After all my paperwork & payment for the car got screwed up the 1st time by someone new (he was new so i understand) I thought Id be treated a little better the 2nd time around getting everything fixed. Ive been in customer service 24 years and was highly dissapointed by his. I paid for a car in full with them & and expect to be treated with respect. He didnt even give me an ounce of it. Guess i interrupted his busy day.

We were misled by Cameron at the dealership. They changed our documents, told us we had signed in the wrong place, and asked us to come back 5 days after we purchased the car to resign the forms. In reality, they changed the form from a new to used car without disclosing that change. Instead of admitting the mistake and clarifying the circumstances, they deceived us.Though the dealership has tried to offer compensation for the avoidable situation, it does not change the initial experience. I hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone, which is unfortunate considering their high regard in the community.I hope the dealers will put policies in place to avoid a similar situation with future buyers. Though our situation was out of the norm, it is not so rare that a well-established dealership like Phil Long would be unaware of how to handle it with integrity. I can only hope that lessons have been learned and will be better for the next customer.

UPDATE: I spoke with Phil Long a few days ago, they again informed me the date has been pushed back again. This time until the end of August. Brooke let me know they may be able to get a rental. Today, Hyundai customer care finally called me back to let me know that it may be a year before I get my car back and because Im out of state they wont provide a rental...A YEAR?! And no rental? This is somehow acceptable?Your car may be covered under warranty, but you may be without a car for six months.On February 11th I brought my car into Phil Long Hyundai in Colorado Springs, because my check engine light came on.  After looking at the car, they stated that I needed a new engine.  They let me know that it would likely be covered under warranty and they do not provide rental cars.At this point I was satisfied with everything.  I let Brooke know that I was moving to Florida on the 25th. She let me know that would be tight, but they might be able to work it out.  Unfortunately, it took two months to get an approval for the warranty work.  It was finally approved on the 5th of April.  I wasnt super happy that it took so long, but I was being patient.  I let her know that my sons graduation is on the 18th of May, so I could fly up then and then drive my kids back with me to Florida.I followed up on Aril 13th to see if my car was ready or being worked on.  At this point she informed me that the engine was on Back order.  She wasnt able to give me an estimated date.  I followed up on the 21st of April.  She stated the engine was still on backorder and did not have a date yet.  She followed up with me on the 22nd of April with an ETA.  The new date was May 25th.  (At this point, Im forced to miss my sons graduation.  I cant afford to fly up multiple times.)  I am still trying to be patient, I figure when its done Ill fly up and bring my kids down to Florida at that time.I followed up on May 25th.  The engine had arrived, but for what ever reason, the timing chain wasnt ordered, and now that part will be on back order until the 18th of June.  I am losing my patience at this point.I followed up today with Brooke.  She informed me that the part is still on back order, now until the 22nd of July.  At this point, were headed toward a half a year without my car.Again... No rental car.

My husband was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled, I spend days car shopping but couldn’t make up my mind. Chad Turner went above and beyond a salesman’s job trying to find me the perfect vehicle.It took 2 weeks and tons of cars, Chad took time out of his day and drove cars to me. I’m giving the heigh rating because Severt Mogesen without hesitation took care of my need with my purchase . I was seriously concerned about the tires that were on the truck had to plug the front right tire my sled 1 day after picking up the truck and contacted Severt about my concern with the tires that I personally had inspected at a different shop they would not touch the tires in the condition they were in I let Severt know about this and he immediately put himself in my position and made sure my tires were taken care of the overall performance with the truck Dillon chrommlin sold to me is top notch why more then I expected from a used truck with 128000 miles on it I’m truly impressed by the sales team mainly Severt Mogesen and how he handled the issue with my tires could not ask for better customer service, he listened to my issue and immediately went into action without hesitation definitely made executive discussions to resolve my tire issue I’m vary much pleases I have never encountered such exceptional customer service I felt I was treated like royalty with is actions I will definitely refer friends and family to Severt and Dillon for any vehicle perches they my need, I am a lifetime customer.To sum up my experience... Im never getting a Hyundai again! Ive had this Kona a little over a year now and everything has been a nightmare from beginning(Stan sold me the car saying it was a 2020, got to the DMV to find out it was a 2019) to now with more car trouble. I cant wait to get rid of this car. How many new cars need a engine replacement after only 6 months. A 2nd engine replacement 6 months later followed by a air compressor failure while they were test driving it, then the parts department ordered the wrong compressor for my car. In September well be working on 4 months that my car has been in the shop. Ill be calling corporate.

I love my 2021 Kona Electric! Alex Enriquez and Luis Cremidis made the whole difference. As the sales consultant Alex was very professional and trustworthy. He managed to get me the price he promised. Alex went the extra mile for me, was always friendly and willing to help. The finance director Luis was exceptional as well. He was able to find me a great financing deal and made the financing process stress free! The customer service at this dealership is really first class all the way. I was traveling across the country to make it home for Christmas to visit my family when my check engine light came on and my car went into panic mode. I had a very stressful time getting everything worked out to get my car to a shop to run tests but once I got it there the young lady at the service department went so above and beyond to get me back on the road. She called and reserved a rental car for me after I had been on the phone all morning making arrangements for the car. She had a very kind young guy use one of the dealership vehicles to drop me and all of my luggage off at the Enterprise. I had just about the best experience you can have when having car troubles and as a young lady I am always concerned I am being taken advantage of when it comes to repairs. They fixed my car and sent me updates along the way. The price was extremely fair and I have not had any issues since the fix. As a young woman I am always concerned I am being taken advantage of when it come to vehicle maintenance and repair so giving out a 5 star review is a really big deal for me. I highly recommend this place.

We dropped our kona off in February for a check up. They had to put a new engine in the car and it took over two months to get our car back. When we dropped it off the windshield was in perfect condition no chips cracks or anything, once we picked it up in the beginning of May my windshield had a Crack in it. When brought to their attention Davids manager knew exactly where it was before looking at the car and claimed they were not at fault for it even after david the technician to his manager that their initial video of out car there is no Crack or chips. They told us that they would be at fault if it looked like someone dropped something on it or hit it with a hammer. The Crack in the windshield has chips scattered out around it and the chip the Crack originated from has the small peices of glass removed. We are very unpleasant and upset that they even say it didnt come in with anything but when we got it back it has all this and its somehow our fault and not theirs. This took place at the motor city location in Colorado.

I was under no pressure from any of the salesman to purchase a 2021 Santa Fe which was the vehicle I wanted..the only disappointment was that our sales person had said a first aide kit was given with purchase of a new car which we later found out was not. No big deal but he should never had said that.

The service Rep. Erik was great. He was polite, and very soft spoken. He showed me options of reasonably priced brand new tires and installation fee. He was genuine. He fixed everything else wrong with my car and the total price was reasonable. It was much better than my very first time going there to service my car.
