Charles did an incredible job. He got me into a brand new K5, and my wife in a brand new Seltos. And he even bought us out of our old car loan. It was an awesome experience and we couldn’t be happier with our new cars. I’d definitely recommend them to friends. All dealerships say they’ll do what they can to make things work for you, but these guys really do. The only one issue I’ve had is getting the cars detailed by the dealership. They promised it to us anytime because we bought the cars so late in the day and the detailed was already gone for the day. But every time since then that we’ve gone up there or called, he’s never there. I’m beginning to wonder if they even have a detailer.

Anthoney was so fantastic!!! I went to so many places looking for a car, he’s the only person that bothered to listen to me and actually hear me and what I am going through currently in my life. He’s the only person who suggested a lease for me. Which who knew, is exactly what I needed right now? :-) He absolutely sold me that lease on that 2022 Kia soul, and turns out it’s exactly what I didn’t even realize I wanted too! :). Refused to look into work done by thier service department that stopped working. Had a DVD player installed, it will no longer read disks of any kind, they offered no help or options whatsoever.Update: I didnt decline anything I was told that because the warranty was expired there was absolutely nothing that could be done about it. No apologies or anything, not sure where you got that information from. In the past service here was amazing which is why II gave 2 stars instead of one.
We got stranded in Colorado Springs while on vacation due to a cable that had wiggled loose from its connection. As soon as I called the Phil Long service department, Dario the service advisor, had me bring it in right away. The technician, Jeremy, started looking at it around 7:30 am, even though they were very busy with other jobs. Not only did Jeremy fix the problem, but Dario kept my wife and I updated on what was going on. Because of them our vacation was saved and we were able to safely return back to Ohio.
I have a 2018 Stinger GT2 in HiChroma Red (the best color) and I noticed that the roof gutter trim was starting to fade and crack. Turns out to be a known issue on early models like mine. I heard that they might be covered under warranty, so I brought mine to Phil Long. The service director was really great, took pictures of the issue and told me I should hear from them in a few weeks about replacements. I was admittedly a little skeptical that it would be that easy, but lo and behold 3 weeks later I get a call telling me they are ready. These parts had been ordered, sent off to be color matched, and then installed on my car in less than a month with zero effort on my end besides the initial and return visit to the service department. Excellent customer service.
I must say that my experience at purchasing a used car from Phil Long was refreshingly straight forward and pleasant. The people I worked with from sales persons to sales manager were top caliber, helpful, friendly and respectful. I never felt pressured or that anything was being hidden from me. Any questions I had were promptly answered in a candid fashion that made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I think the car I purchase was of high quality and fairly priced. I am very pleased with the overall experience I had with Phil Long.
Review of service department: I had to get some recall work done on my 2015 kia forte, and they were great! It was easy to schedule, they did a free inspection with some routine recommendations that they werent pushy about, they washes my car, and I had a comfortable desk to setup my laptop at and do work. Overall, they seem like the exception to the idea that every dealers service department is trying to rip you off, which was a pleasant surprise. I would come back here.

Purchased a 2014 Infiniti QX60 a month ago. It was delivered to my home with the check engine light on. I found that it was in need of a catalytic converter. Took it back to Phil long and they kept trying to say it was probably a sensor and not the converter. Since I already had it diagnosed I knew what the problem was and started looking for a different vehicle. I went to the next Phil long lot and was told by the sales person that they could not show me any other vehicles as per management. This infuriated me as I felt I was being forced to take a vehicle that needed 4000$ in repairs. To my surprise they acknowledged that it was the catalytic converters and they replaced both. I was real happy for about a month and then noticed oil spots on my driveway underneath each of the front tires. Took it to my mechanic and he tells me it needs 1800$ worth of lower control arm/ ball joints and shock/struts. I do not know for certain if someone had shot some kind of oil/grease in the ball joints to try to mask the shortcoming, but it certainly appears to be the case. The oil spots in my driveway were apparent, only after a few times through the car wash. I went with Phil long because his commercials tout the fact that he is a former military veteran as am i, but it is apparent to me that I will never buy from them again nor could I recommend them to anybody.
Throughout the purchase process customer service was the top selling point. Call anytime, well respond immediately. Your happiness is our top priority. Someone will be contacting you tomorrow. Turns out, none of this is true. A week later, after I reached out numerous times, I finally get a call to schedule an appointment. Not our fault, we outsource that particular work. Where else can you call and talk to the general manager? If you think I feel privileged to talk to the GM, youre sadly mistaken. Shouldnt that be the expectation? I want action not just another verbal apology or this usually never happens. It happened, make it right. I do not feel valued or heard.

They seem to have great reviews for the most part but my experience was the worst. Multiple mistakes on paperwork, ignoring my phone calls, then threatening to take the car back after a down payment and payments to bank were made with no resolutions on how to fix their mistakes other than take the car back seriously. Miserable experience!!!

I feel that I can trust him to give me the unbiased, accurate facts about the condition of my vehicles. He as well as his operation certainly earn the five gold stars.
The customer service was great! Dario was very helpful and was able to address all my issues. A lot of the quotes I was given were priced pretty high. Everything was close to $200 except the air filter which was $50. I mean it is typical of a dealership though. I went in because my A/C wasn’t working. I personally tried to recharge it and it wasn’t working. The Freon was so low that I should have just pumped the whole can into it. I had them conduct an A/C flush and recharge for $190. My A/C works phenomenal now but I am kicking myself for not dumping in the A/C recharge myself and saving $190. I am gratefully ungrateful! This is at no fault of theirs and they were very helpful

During an oil change the bolts were left out of the heat shield. I had to take the car to another shop at that time to get it back up so it was not dragging on the ground.

I took my 2020 Kia Telluride in for service after moving here from Kentucky. I looked up the nearest dealership with the best reviews, and this place was it. Both of my left tire sensors went off showing low air pressure, and even after putting air in the tires, the error code never went away. I also needed an oil change, so I called to make an appointment. Very friendly and helpful people on the phone, and Ashley provided great service in getting my vehicle taken care of. I was relieved to know I didn’t have any holes in my tires. They filled up the air, changed the oil, checked all other fluids, topped of my wiper fluid and off I went - it cost less than $45, which to me was great. I will definitely be back for future service.

Just purchased a 2021 Kia Forte. The salesman who assisted me, Adam P, was awesome and very professional and respectful. There was a hiccup in the paperwork and we had to be inconvenienced twice to get the paperwork situation rectified, however, Phil Long Kia, and in particular the GM Peter, stepped up and demonstrated the value and integrity that this dealership is striving to achieve and made the situation right. Just know, as a customer, your experience is still valued by Phil Long Kia even after the deal is made. I will do business with them in the future and will pass on my experience to others.

I appreciated Anthoney obtaining the car we wanted. However, it has been almost 4 weeks and we are still waiting for our second key FOB. I have been promised it but still have not seen it. The service department called me last Tuesday and said they had ordered the key FOB and would call me when it was in for me to come in and have it keyed to my car. Here we are over a week later and they have no FOB on order for me or record of calling me. Wow! Anthoney and the sales department are not returning my texts or emails. I would have given Phil Long Kia a much higher rating if not for this key FOB issue.
Everyone here was so helpful and great to work with! I was really stressed about about losing my car, but they really helped me find the right replacement. Awesome team! Barry Hickey was a great salesman.
Dario from Phil Long Kia was awesome! He was informative, and got me the answers I needed when I brought my car in for a service. It was also the first time that Ive brought my car into a Kia dealership and received a video from the mechanic checking on my car, showing me what he was looking at, and explaining the leaks causing my check engine light to turn on, as well as showing me how rusted the rotors were getting, thus explaining the squeaking I was hearing. Dario was super informative over the phone, and we were able to get things squared away so he was able to order the parts needed for my car, and I will be returning to have everything fixed as soon as those parts come in. Also, thank you to Dario for informing Ty of my situation so, when he knew he was going to have the day off when I picked up my car the next day, Ty knew exactly who I was and was able to answer any questions before I return for the repairs. :)Great dealership and great people! Oil was spilled and not properly cleaned up. I had a burning oil smell in the cabin of my car for a couple of days. I took the vehicle in for a wheel alignment and the steering was pulling to the left afterwards. Keep in mind it was pulling to the left in the exact same way before I took it in to have the alignment done. I just wonder if the work was really ever did in the first place. They still get four stars though, because overall I really like how 99% of the time you get great service with a friendly smile.
Bought a car, paid it off sold car and now have been getting the run around trying to get my remaining warranty money back. Finance never returns calls!!

I am happy with the service. I love the new method of the technician being able to video what they are looking at and share it with me. They sent me a message regarding what was needed to be done and I was able to approve or deny the services offered as well as text the technician things like please don’t add wiper fluid since I use a better quality then what they would put in. I came in for a recall issue which was delt with quick and explained well by Johnathan.
The staff was very polite. However, Ive been told how amazing Kia is about customer service and out of warranty repairs. I was incredibly disappointed when my 2016 sedona engine died on Jan 4. I was told the other engine was recalled but not this one, they wouldnt cover repairs at 104,000 miles! They wanted $10,000 to replace the engine. I only paid $10,500 last May for the vehicle! I went to national even and applied for assistance.They threw all the parts back under the hood, didnt put anything back together and left it. We didnt find out until it had been towed elsewhere and they opened it up. No telling how many pieces were dropped on the road in between. Receiving mechanic was floored over the condition it had been left in! Very disappointed.A 5 year old vehicle should not be a paperweight. I kept up on the oil changes and maintenance. This vehicle was my baby. I did my best to take care of it, weekly car washes, sometimes more often. Two oil changes in the 7 months I had it, fluid checked weekly, etc.Im Devastated to lose this vehicle this way! Not to mention $10,500 isnt chump change. It was hard to come up with that much money to lose it all seven months later, leaving us with one vehicle and having to purchase another vehicle so soon!Two stars because though they wouldnt fix it, they were at least polite and when I locked the keys in our accidentally, they did get the keys out...
My Service Advisor was kind, but this dealership really needs to get it together.I was promised a complimentary loaner vehicle upon setting up my appointment, but once I arrived they told me they don’t have loaners.Furthermore, when I set up my appointment, they had my VIN as well as the recalls that I needed completed and totally failed to order the parts prior to my appointment.Total waste of my time.

I traded my 2013 Ford Focus SE for a 2015 Toyota Prius. I worked with Anthony and was forthcoming and honest about how my financial situation limited my options and found this lovely little Prius. The listing noted it was a Prius Five, with lots of bells and whistles, and despite a little scrape here and there, it was exactly what I was looking for. Christian helped me with financing and paperwork and while I had to wait a bit, he was quick once we got going and explained everything very well.Turns out that my Prius Five is actually a Prius Two, missing several bells and whistles of a Five, and when I brought it to Anthony and Christians attention, Christian worked with me to find a solution.I appreciate honesty and integrity, and both of these gentlemen demonstrated those qualities with this sale. I love my little hybrid and hope to have it for a long time.
Called about a Telluride and was told there is 5k markup on top of msrp and that every dealer in the country is doing this. Called Kia in Pueblo after and they said they had one at msrp with no markup? Some of these kia dealers think they are selling original Shelby cobras or something.
After getting home from the dealership and going through my payment details, I noticed that the purchase price was significantly higher than what it really should have been. After going through the paper work I noticed that the salesman and/or finance manager snuck in items (GAP coverage and extended warranty) without consulting with me before. I emailed Alan DeBusk (salesman) about this issue and he said he had sent my email to the finance manager, but I have yet to hear anything back from either one after two (2) weeks of waiting. I feel like I’m not the only one that has had this happened to them and it is sickening to know that this is happening. I just wish someone would breakdown the final price as to how they got to the total financed price because I am not even coming close to their amount. Feel like once they got my down payment they didn’t care and felt like they could do whatever they wanted to milk more money out of me.

We got a loan from the bank to buy out the lease from Kia . Kia lost the check for $30,000 and now I am paying Kia AND the bank $500 every month for my car . We cant even get anyone from Kia to answer our calls anymore because obviously to them 30k is not a big deal . Phil Long Kia showed absolutely no interest in actually getting us our money back and helping us out . Thanks Kia
My husband and I purchased a Kia telluride April 16th, 2021. We traded in our 2019 VW Jetta which was on a lease. We have made 2 payments on the Jetta, April 23rd and May 23rd, both of which were after we traded in the car. We contacted Volkswagen credit and they claim their is still $4,000 plus left on the buyout. We have reached out 4 times now to a Karen and have received one response from her regarding our issue, we also reached out to the saleswoman, Alyssa, who sold us the car and never got a response from her. We have not come to a resolution. The issue is, why are we making payments on a car we no longer have and why can we not get a valid answer from your dealership regarding this issue? Our payment is still issued to come out June 23rd to which we will not pay since this issue is supposed to be resolved. Please, someone respond.Update!! 7/30/2121We purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride April 16th and traded in our 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. After buying our Telluride we made 3 payments to Volkswagen on the 23rd of each month for the months of April, May and June for a total of $962. The car was bought on the 16th of April, therefore the payoff quote the dealership requested would have been for that days market value price. After 3 months of waiting we have a refund check of 392.22 coming back to us. We spoke with you guys, we spoke with Volkswagen, both sides are blaming each other and we simply don’t know where to go. The fact is, we were promised, by Karen, whatever money we paid to VW after we purchased the telluride we would get back and so far we are out $570. Kia says we need to talk to Volkswagen, Volkswagen said we need to talk to Kia. All my wife and I would like is for both companies to talk to each other and get us our money back. Come on.

Yesterday I went in to get my engine fixed and ended up needing a whole new engine. Instead of wasting my money on that, I had an older car, Karl and everyone in the sales team helped me get a brand new Kia Soul. They all took great care of my boyfriend and I, they were compliant with all the new safety guidelines, and truly made my car buying experience the best one I’ve had yet. I will continue to buy Kias from Phil Long Kia!
They got me in and out fast for an oil change and tire rotations! Told me everything they double checked in detail and made sure I didnt have any questions or concerns. Walked me to vehicle and all covid concerns were practiced. Maintained 6 feet apart and had masks on for everyone. Not only friendly but left feeling confident for my next visit!

I have been a loyal Kia fan since 2015. I have leased 4 vehicles from this company and have not had any issues. I just want to give others a heads up to ensure you read everything you sign. Yes we all get excited to get a new car and trust in those we are buying or leasing from. Because of there dishonesty and my lack of attention. They messed up some number on paying off a previous car which was left for me to figure out in the end. Not only did this screw up my credit, but I had to come out of packet for a car that I have not had for 10 months based on the fact that they would take care of this. Just pay closer attention to what you sign and make sure numbers add up.

We are on our 3rd purchase from Phil Long Kia. Our first was a 2013 Kia Optima EX. Not the color I wanted. Felt like I was pushed a little for that color but it grew on me. 9 months later that car had to get a new engine put in. I have no clue what happened, would have been nice if they called me and asked if I wanted the details of what happened to that particular engine. Other than that, they replaced it, no fuzz and no cost to me. They offered a courtesy car but no loaner so I was out of a car for 3 weeks. What can I say, Im either a big sucker, didnt do my homework, or have a big heart or all of the above because we ended up buying 2 more from Phil Long. A 2016 Kia Sedona SXL and a 2016 Kia Optima Premium package EX. So even with a bad experience with brand new KIA engine on our first car Im really pleased with my over all experience with our sales person, Mr Barry and Karl and the service department. My 3 boys will definitely be buying there cars from Phil Long Kia. Just cant beat that 100000 mile warranty. Thank you Kia.
I had the worse experience with our used car we bought with Kia. After having it for a day it started making a buzzing noise when you took the key out of the ignition and it wouldn’t stop. I took it to the service and parts and they looked at it. They refused to fix it because it was an aftermarket radio in the car and it was causing the noise! And by the way the car was sold with the aftermarket radio in it, we did not get one for it! They told me I have to pay out of pocket to fix it. Which I think is unfair. I bought the with the radio in it and they refuse to fix it. I haven’t even made my first payment yet and there’s already an issue with it. Everyone be wary of buying used cars from Kia because the service department will not help you.

I am going to keep this long story short but I had a car that I purchased originally from Carmax that was horrible. After dealing with it for so long I decided to go see Charles Battaglia. He not only got me out of a car that was costing me more money to up keep. He got me into a 2019 low milage car. I went from having a non reliable car that could breakdown to a nice pre-owned car.The peace of mind I got was the best thing. Now I can drive to work and actually go places and not freak out that my car will due. Thank you for everything Charles.

We drove from Buena Vista to the Colorado Springs dealership to get needed updates for our Kia Seltos. We were greeted warmly and promptly. Everything was finished in about an hour. The experience was very nice and well be coming back to Phil Long for all our Kia needs! Thanks everyone!

I’d purchased a booklet for oil changes etc and what a scam. The short fella there was so rude and he had no clue I was thinking of buying a new KIA today, changed my mind he was SO unapologetic and made me wait needlessly “20 minutes for paperwork”...??? For a free oil change?!!! Then I went to Meineke for brakes as KIA “didn’t have the parts” ????
Ty was able to get my daughters Kia Soul in the day after I called. Thankful because she was getting ready to drive to Houston. The service was professional and we were kept informed. Once the vehicle was in their hands, a diagnostic video of the main problem was sent to my Android phone and we were able to get scheduled maintenance completed at the same time. Best of all, the car was ready to go a day earlier than promised! Love Phil Long Kia and Ty for their caring and prompt service!
Had an amazing and quick experience with Charles. He got us exactly what we want in the range we wanted. I recommend going to him as he has a great bubbly personality. We will definitely be going back when we are ready to buy again.
Went in for a recall and inspection right before my wedding dropped off the car Tuesday and called back Thursday of the next week and they had not even ordered the part for the recall - they also mentioned to me multiple times that Phil long Kia does not do loaner cars while your car is in service- and when I insisted that the first representative told me otherwise Ty would say they were always out of loaner cars. You would think that a car dealership would have enough cars to loan their customers. Only come here for recalls no other services they are trash.

My wife and I just moved here to Colorado Springs from CT. We both own Kias so we brought our Sportage in for service. I was greeted very politely by Dario, he set up an appointment for me and the experience from that point on has been flawless. Stopped today to test drive a Telluride. There was one on the lot that said available for test drive on the windshield. The salesman showed me the whole vehicle and when it came time for the test drive he asked if I was going to buy one? I said I didnt know as I have never driven one. He proceeded tell me I could only test drive if I was going to buy one. I got out of the car and left.... Unbelievable!! I have seven cars in my household and we will never shop at a Phil Long dealership again.
The service was fine once they figured out how to adjust my headlights. I gave 2-stars because The first time I brought it it (7 months earlier) the service department said they were adjusted properly and they couldn’t adjust them. The second time I brought it in I told tell them I would have to sell the car because it was really unsafe to drive at night...a huge safety issue. Low and behold I was told the lights were not adjusted properly from the factory. They adjusted the headlights....now we can see just fine at night. Hmm
I went in with my 2013 Kia Optima around late March early April to get my car checked out because I had some issue that I couldn’t Identify. I sat down with Dario and he was very professional. Turns out I needed a new engine because of an internal issue that my year and model was common to have. Everything was relatively quick. I didn’t think I was going to see my car for months. They got the engine delivered and installed in two weeks. I was informed on every step of the way. Dario was very professional and kept me updated every day. I really appreciate everyone involved helping to get my car back to life.
