Limited options for womens jeans. It has an amazing selection of mens everything though! The store is clean, and the staff was very friendly. The jeans were not organized by size, so I had to dig through to find what I think is my right size. I could only find Wrangler and Shyanne brands for jeans, and even then there were only two choices of Wranglers. I would have appreciated more in-store options, but oh well!

The customer service here was excellent, I was greeted immediately by a gentleman. I went right over to the boots and started trying on the few I had my eyes on, I have a hard time making decisions, so the gent who greeted me offered assistance. He was far from pushy but was extremely understanding and had encouraged me to try them on side by side. Overall I couldnt settle with a decision but really appreciated the experience and the way I was treated when I visited this store. I will be returning to check out some of the other awesome merchandise they have to offer here.

The only negative of Boot Barn was they didnt have a great selection for womens size 6 boots; fortunately they did have a 6.5, which the wonderful staff took time to use inserts and the steamer to make fit.

Spent $160 to try on one boot, bring them home, try them on with my clean carpet and realized I needed a size bigger, called in to see if I could exchange, was told yes it would not be a problem and then get there and they said I couldn’t exchange because they were worn. Thanks for wasting my time leaving work early enough to get there in time so I wouldn’t be a hassle a half hour before y’all closed. And there is nothing wrong with the boots, dust on the bottom from people trying it on. Ridiculous. Waste of money and time.

Love the boots and place...but dont get there instore credit card cause they dont tell that it hits your credit score...mine went down 18 point...I think they should tell you this when they asking if ur interested in the card...I wouldnt have gotten one if I knew..I will never use that card again..pay only cash..

I wanted to return my boots as the stitching was unraveling. The boots are 5 months old. A bit disappointed in the service as the manager stated he could only help me if it was within 90 days. The warranty is supposed to be 1 year on Justin boots.

One of the girls walked us to it and neither of the 3 girls there came back to help with the boot sizes (they did see us)We were not invisible, however to the lady coming out of the office ( My guess is that she was the store manager) and with excellent customer service and professionalism, helped us out to finalize the purchase.1 pm 8/28/19

I like this Boot Barn just fine. I wish it had some more heritage boot styles such as Red Wings, Wolverine, or the like, but its more western, I get that, just a little unfortunate. The staff is nice enough, but I personally didnt find them that helpful or attentive; I just walked in and they say hi and then I walk around and leave and they say bye. Nice place if youre looking for western boots, I pop in every now and then to see if any new styles that I like have shown up. Prices are fair, selection is solid, and they other things theyve got like clothing and hats are pretty decent too.

My husband was able to find a pair of work boots but their selection is very small, then to top it off, my husband wears a size 12W so the selection was even smaller. Were used to the Fort Collins store which surprisingly is much bigger with way more selection. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful though.

This store is a joke. I had boots that are two days old that they won’t exchange for a larger size for me because I walk from my pickup into the building I work in. So I guess I’m just out 184 dollars. Definitely would recommend cavenders over them they actually care for the customers they have.

Excellent service! I purchased a Cody James neoprene vest (in black) that I wore only a couple times in a few months. At about the 3 month mark I wore it for 3 days in the sun and it started turning a pink purple. I explained the situation to the 2 managers on duty and they explained that customer satisfaction comes before a 30 day return policy. They happily refunded the entire price as long as I used the credit in store which I happily did. Customer satisfaction comes before a buck at this store is what I learned and I will definitely be back to give this store my business.

I went into boot Barn this morning did were two young ladies working in the store, they were very helpful to me. They offered to take their time and help me Tryon jeans I told him that I would come back another time but they answered a lot of questions I had on various close boots styles and jeans. I would recommend the store to anyone they really take their time and really give you the red carpet treatment as a customer.

Great place to shop. They are a mid-priced western & work wear and boot store. The best place to shop for deals is the clearance items that are in each department. They often have clearance sales about every 4-6 weeks. The clearance sales range from 25% off the lowest price to Buy 1 get 1 and everything in between. They have a large selection of boots. Boots are something that you really need to try on. Yes you can buy them on line, but you take a 50/50 chance of them not fitting correctly. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and will make sure your boots fit correctly.

I found a pair of boots that I love! While they didnt have my size, they did offer to have they either brought down from another store or shipped to my house. Plus! Got some jewelry on clearance!

Awesome! Went in looking for some new boots. Im a bit of a redneck rocker. Kind of old school rebel country you might say. I had an idea of what I wanted out of my boots but not really sure how to find em. I told them what I wages l wanted and she showed me how to find them and they helped me find several pair to choose from along with some shirts, and new belts. Awesome awesome service. Super high prices. Went to find Chippewa boots, And they only had two pair in stock. The selection was horrible. I went to Big R and was impressed with the selection and pricing.One other thing, this placed felt cramped and small. Not a good vibe from the staff. The older lady was the only one offering help and she really seemed to care.

Low selection of work boots and the staff wasnt very helpful. I asked specific questions if they had certain items in stock and I was told to look in that corner but probably not. Extremely shocked they carry such little actual workwear when its a western store. Clean store with plenty of cowboy boots you can go dancing in....not really work in. Next time Ill be visiting the other Boot Barn in town that are much more friendly the times I have been there.

I like this place more then the counterpart huge store across the way. The staff is super friendly and helps you with everything in a way that is welcoming. Anna was the young lady who helped us during our visit. Hands down, I would shop here based on pure principle in the future. Selection wasnt an issue, anything that wasnt in stock could be ordered. Not a good experience here. I was really excoted to look for some boots here, but the person on staff wasnt helping me find other options. Just because you dont have the pair I saw on your website, doesnt mean you dont offer me something else. It was for my wedding day and I felt like the lady on staff just didnt care. I ended up going to the Boot Barn on Bass Pro Dr. and had an AMAZING experience. I highly recommend that location but maybe the lady was just having a bad day. Either way not going back to this location
