This shoe store is one of the best I’ve ever shopped. Excellent selection. Greg, the store manager was amazing and did everything possible to make sure I had the right fit.

Great customer service! However they do not always have the right assortment of sizes. Was looking for Hey Dudes and Oofos in a common mens size (size 10) and they were sold out of the size/styles I needed.

More expensive than REI, Amazon, and the manufacturer for a pair of Merrell Moab 2. REI gives a lifetime satisfaction warranty so if at any point Im not happy I can get my money back. Why would you ever shop here, highest price, worst warranty.

Customer service really is a step ahead!

Last week I went in a Greg helped me with the purchase of my shoes. He listened to what I was looking for and where I would be wearing them. Brought out 5 or 6 pairs and I bought four. Great job listening to the customer.

These guys know shoes! They are very helpful and have a lot to choose from for a mall store. I have a large foot (size 15) and it is difficult to find shoes to fit but Tradehome usually has a few and if not they can order them.

Greg, whom I believe is the manager provided top notch customer service! I will definitely shop at the Chapel Hills Tradehome again.

I bought a $15.99 shoe insole and they charge me $19.99 when I asked the shopkeeper he insisted it was the right price they charge me... I saw the price beforehand and even checked it online ($13.99)so I went home with a $21.64 memory foam shoe insole, I didnt argue with the shopkeeper that obviously he was overpricing me but I am not coming back anymore.

Greg and company always do a stand up job.
