They have the best selection of hair and wigs I have seen since moving to Colorado springs. And the prices are great.

Its not my first choice or favorite. They have a lot of merchandise, just not always what Im looking for. Prices are decent. Good customer service.

1st time here cashier was very rude… I’ll never understand why people create a business knowing they’re catering to a particular people. And they choose to be nasty, and act entitled to getting your money/ service. Having paying customers is a privilege & honor. I will not be visiting this place again 1st and last time. Unbelievable!

It smells like pot as soon as you walk in. They watch you like your going to steal something, they are short and not friendly. Some things are decently price, but most is overpriced and you can get it cheaper at the black owned businesses online. Only a good option if your caught in a bind.

They try. But the quality of the pieces are well below the prices they ask for. A wig you can get online for $40 is their top shelf $100 piece. And when they try to explain its very evident they havent a clue what they are talking about. They literally just repeat whats on the lable always highlighting how many parts or how much lace... Smh. And you dont want lace from here. They are all nearly bald! The hair density/volume is never 100%. They need at least 1 sales person perhaps a female who does hair or wears the pieces herself as they lose a lot of potential business the moment these guys start talking.

The huge selection and the prices are great as well. Customer svc is up on their knowledge of the products. Highly recommend.

Adequate selection, but the person working there was extremely short with me. It felt like he didnt want me in the store. Bought a cute wig anyway.

I bought my first wig and ponytail piece from here and they are really amazing. They so many options to choose from. The gentlemanthat helped me knew what he was talking about was answered my questions. I will be going back.

Hair is nice and affordable but be careful of the hair glue, it was dried out.

After selecting a wig I was doing some serious browsing around the store as it was my first time there. I politely asked if I could utilize the bathroom and was told no. I inquired why paying customers who purchase multiple items ($140 worth) cannot use the restroom and was told it was broken. I will not return to this store and suggest you use the bathroom before going there.

Ive been a customer here for many years. The customer service is Good and they treat their customers nice. Most Beauty supply stores here in town have horrible customer service and dont even speak to you when you walk into their stores. I recently went into a new shop here in town off of Chelton and Delta where the owners followed me around the store asking me to not touch the hair. Very rude customer service I never experienced that before and will not be going back. As for Beauty Depot. I love the store, the products, the owner and staff. I highly recmmend this shop.

I was very surprised when I went to the store today and saw they have an ample amount of makeup! All the makeup there is great for black woman or any woman of color! #beautydepot

People there are nice but the prices for the wigs, were expensive and they did not have a good selection, they did have good hair products.

I love this place I came here on Labor Day last year with my dad and i bought some weave and fake nails although the glue was hard so I you if you were thinking about buying nails here you might need to get your own glue although y’all have the cheapest cash registers and someone could easily break into them I love this place I will be here tomorrow
