The experience was horrible. Extremely rude staff who acted like they are better than you, not to mention theyre so much more expensive than their competition. Stay far way folks.

Bought a radiator here 1 year ago with a 2 year warranty. Its now leaking after just one year.They dont keep what customers buy on file so with out a recipe from a year ago they wont honor there warranty. This is BS OReilly, auto zone and all the other parts stores can just look it up by my phone number . Come on Napa get with the times its 2020.Napa Cost me $800 . I would not recommend buying parts here.

Ive been here a few times and I think of it as the auto parts store of auto parts stores. Its where I prefer to shop for parts.

Stopped in today to quickly grab some windshield wiper blades. The assistant manager (I believe his name was Jay) was at the counter and no other customers in the store. He was fiddling around with the computer and chatting it up with other employees and it took him a half an hour to get me blades and check out. I politely asked if they could install them since every other NAPA has done it. Nope. Too busy. Unfortunately I didnt know how and they were too busy giving atrocious customer service so I got to leave and head to Denver without what I needed. Extremely disappointed in the lack of any service given. Next time Im headed to Auto Zone.

Really great store! We called ahead to see if they had a part for a Dodge. Dealership wanted $900 to do the work for a part that cost $100 and some change. José had it and put it aside for us. He was worried we wouldnt make it in time to pick it up. He was so nice and made the drive worth it. Well have to go out of our way when we need anything in the future :)

Napa always has had Quality Parts. They have changed manufacturers or suppliers. I think thats what I heard. But the parts still seem to be high quality. I recommend their parts.

In general, not being a Colorado Springs native, I tried all the discount auto parts stores. NAPA in the past has always been a higher end parts store in regards to price. After waiting for the other stores to order and deliver for pick up at the store, 90% of the parts I recently bought from another store did not fit or were the wrong part. So far, without exception, every single part has been the correct part, the fit and finish of the parts is noticably higher quality. I am rebuilding older cars and trucks on a regular basis, for myself and others, and I will not even consider returning to the other guys! Value for the money was easily seen in the NAPA parts vs the other stores. Being completely honest, the price of the parts recently purchased were less expensive than their counterparts. I have spent hundreds in the last month or so and Im happy to report that I found the staff knowledgable and helpful, parts I had to order were available for pickup precisely when the staff said they would be ready. I am proud to buy all my parts from NAPA now....Well done NAPA!

Every time I have used this NAPA they have been incredibly courteous and helpful. I couldnt figure out a fuel filter leak and the guy behind the counter figured it out in 2 minutes.

Have an old International Harvester that is nearly impossible le to find parts for. These guys manage to find so many of the things I need! Not all granted but any little bit helps!
