Worst and most unfriendly dealership Ive ever been in. I was treated poorly. I had to agree to a price before I could even drive the car! Who does that? I followed their outrageous rules. I agreed to buy a car and guess what? The day I went to pick up the car they wanted me to agree to pay $2,000 more. I have owned several subarus and am a loyalty member. An angel was looking out for me that day. I am so glad I didnt get mixed up in their dealership. There are lots of Subaru dealers around my area.

I searched for the Sport Mesh Grille both in town and out of town. Heuberger in Colorado had the lowest price plus shipping than if i bought it in town and picked it up at my local Subaru dealership. Heuberger always has most OEM parts available for my 2000 RS build as well as a bunch if JDM upgraded parts Ive attempted to order as well. Prices and shipping are good as well.

I can’t recommend Heuberger service department. In fact, I recommend you take your car somewhere else.I brought in my Outback twice in four months, telling the service adviser I suspected an occasional, intermittent alternator failure. The first time they did a software update and assured me that would fix the problem. The second time my car had just died of a complete charging system failure.When it cooled off a bit, I managed to limp it into Heuberger. Again I told the service adviser it was a bad alternator. He more or less ignored me and never mentioned the alternator in the write-up; only the battery warning light and “flashing” tail lights.After two days with the car, they told me the only problems were a worn out battery and the LED bulbs I put in the license plate and backup lights. I kid you not. They told me to put OEM bulbs back in and that would fix everything.The actual diagnosis (mine): progressive, heat-induced alternator failure, most likely the rectifier, which occurs after about 30-40 minutes of engine operation. This should have been a no-brainer for a competent technician.Took my car home where three days later it died again of charging system failure, right in the driveway, even with a brand new battery. I replaced the alternator myself and haven’t had a problem since.Also, I have a Subaru Gold Plus bumper-to-bumper extended warranty and I surmise Heuberger service is not at all keen on doing any warranty repair work if they can avoid it. Low $$$ payouts. They get plenty of other higher paying jobs without having to resort to warranty work.

I ordered two aftermarket parts that were hard to find in stock for my Subaru. The prices are great compared to other dealers or aftermarket part sites. One of the parts was not in stock and I was immediately contacted by a sales agent about the status. I was able to get my sales total adjusted due to one part not being in stock. A few weeks later I received the second in stock part. I will use this dealer again for my Subaru parts needs in the future for great value and service.

3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but it was a Saturday afternoon so they were very busy. The free coffee bar is a nice addition, plus the TV room with the leather seats. Best idea is to drop off your car and pick it up when its ready.

Excellent service and staff. Dropped the car off the night before our appointment and were told they were ahead of schedule so it would be ready earlier the next day. Was a little cheaper than originally quoted. Has a coffee shop with charging tables and a fish pond inside while you wait. This is my first suburu but I now kinda get the suburu lifestyle thing Ive always made fun of until now 😅

If they only worked as hard on the Takata air bag recall as they did when I bought the car they would be outstanding. But I now have a car that wont be fixed for at least a month and they warn owners not to have a passenger in the car till its fixed. It took me three phone calls and a trip to the dealership to get a rude representative to tell me that Im on a list and to basically suck it up.

I found this dealer on a google search.Living in PA I was skeptical about doing business in CO.the website was easy to maneuver through. After placing my order online I received a phone call the next day explaining that according to my VIN number I had ordered the wrong accessory.They sent me an email explaining in detail the difference with pictures. changing my order I was called by the same person telling me the order had shipped. The two parts that I ordered were exactly what I needed. Higly professional service and attention to detail.

The repair shop at Heuberger Subaru is deceitful. During our last oil change my wife was told the axle boot needed to be replaced and was quoted $170. She made an appointment, upon arriving for the appointment she was informed the quote was incorrect and it would cost $250, although frustrating, we decided to go ahead with it. They did not perform the replacement the day of the appointment and kept the car overnight, the following day we were informed the repair would cost $470. We said no-go and will not use them again. My sense is that Hueberger was trying to take advantage of my wife.

I found Heuberger Subaru via a web search when looking for roof rails for my new WRX. They had the best price and shipping. Speed the same day as order and I received them the next day (helps I was only 160 miles north). My local dealer couldnt (or wouldnt) match their prices. I plan to order all my accessories here

These people will take you for whatever they can. Oil change? Sure: $75! Engine light goes off? Sure! $145 for a 5-minute diagnostic in which the tech has to plug his iPad into your engine. But theres fancy coffee in the waiting area. Give yourself a break: Find a local mechanic who you will treat you like a customer, instead of a mark.

I ordered parts and clothing from Subaru of Colorado. The clothing order was drop shipped from staples, and in the process one of the sizes was ordered incorrectly by Subaru of Colorado staff. Ultimately, I ended up having to pay for shipping to return the item for exchange to staples, a retailer I didn’t order from. I contacted Subaru of Colorado to request a shipping refund, as of writing this I haven’t received a response. The parts I ordered arrived a few days later.

Service was fast but they sold wrong part. This protector actually does not work with 2018 Subaru Outback as the protector actually covers the latching mechanism. Sadly their return policy (within 60 days) of purchase does not allow a refund - buyer beware.
