Lady that answered the phone was rather ignorant and very rude. I received calls and emails from this company only to be told there had been no contact with me and that I must be confused, and that the appointment I made was nonexistent. After giving the fool the number and email address of her business, she finally found something unhelpful in the system–that a call was made and a voicemail left. How they received zero confirmation that another call was answered, and sent several emails eludes me.

Didn’t show up. They knew I was driving from out of town to Springs and they told me to be here today from 1-5pm. My brother and I drove all the way here and waited for hours and they never showed up or even bothered to call me. The woman I finally got ahold of told me to “try again tomorrow.”

I did get a good price for my car, every one was great to work with on the phone until it was time to pick up my car. I was told that they would be here to get it between 08:00 AM and 12:00 noon, I took the morning off so I could be home. around 10:00 AM I called and they told me that they were working on it right now. At 11:15 still no one, So I called them again and they told me that the truck is ON THE WAY . No more than 10 min. after I got off the phone a different company called and said that they just got a rush order from the one that was suppose to be on their way! But that they was all booked and could not come and get my car until around 6:00 PM. I said fine and had to take the rest of the day off.

It was fast and easy. They bought my old non-functioning car and came and picked it up the next day.

They transferred my calls at least 5 times then hung up on me . Then I had to start all over again. It took to long to though their buying process. But they were faster than the competition.

Doesnt deserve one star. Answered a whole bunch of questions about my car that is in perfect condition, runs and drives, not a single problem and they offered me $20. I repeated it to make sure I heard right because scrap value is $250. I mentioned this fact to them and they hung up.....

Do not call this number!!! It turned out to not be local. Then they wanted me to donate it and offered me a hotel stay. What?!? Now they wont stop calling me. 3 calls in 4 hours from them and different sites. LAME!!!
