Our minivan was scratched in transit from Carvana and we were sent to this Maaco by Carvana. They told us initially less than a week because it was 3 very small scratches. it’s now been over a week and each time I call to check the status, it’s a shock to them that I’d like a time estimate on when my vehicle may be done. “It’s a body shop” they say, as if that excuses them from performing service in a timely and professional manner.Meanwhile, the rental is only covered for a week, and they have thus far, refused to call SilverRock to update them on why the vehicle is taking longer than planned.DO NOT use this body shop if you have a choice!

They were able to fix the hail damage to my Camaro and she looked like new when they were done! I definitely would recommend!

Went in to schedule a time to get my car repaired. Tom looked at the car and gave us an estimate on how long it would takw. Very friendly service. We will stop by tomorrow to drop off our car and get a rental. Lobby was clean and the receptionist was very nice.

I had a great experience at Maaco. I have an old pickup truck with its fair share of dings and scratches. The top of the cab was also showing the 2 decades of colorado sun damage. I dont want nor need a show worthy truck, bit I dont want it to look like junk either and Im getting a new topper for it and didnt want the difference to be painfully obvious. The Maaco rep and I discussed the issues and my needs and came up with an approach that made sense. The price of the work was reasonable and the truck came out looking near new again.

While I appreciate their car estimate for a paint job I didnt think it would cost 1800 for a 2 door car to get a paint job. So for that, I will paint it myself, time maybe money, but paint alone for my house cost that much, so thats a no-go from me.

I had taken my car to another company for a repair estimate, and they said it would take 3 weeks to repair. I came to Maaco they repaired my car in 3 days at a cheaper price, and my car looks beautiful, you cant tell that it was ever damaged. Also, their customer service was amazing, they made sure I had a rental car equivalent to my car, when the car insurance company tried to give me an economy car. I highly recommend Maaco.

Customer Service of any kind is a so hard to find these days. Well, I found it. I wanted to repaint my car from the time I purchased it. Maaco did such a wonderful job with my car. I came in explaining that this was going to be out of pocket, and I had a budget to stick to. Rob was my service guy. Never once did he pressure me for something more expensive, nor did he try to talk me out of my decision. I knew what I wanted and would not settle for anything less. The entire staff is so pleasant to deal with. Especially the very nice Lady at the front desk. After pick up my car, I didn’t notice until the weekend, that some kind of adhesive was stuck on my front headlight. I stopped back by to just ask them what I needed to buy to get the adhesive off. Before I knew it, they had my key and not only removed the adhesive, they polished both of my headlight and washed the car for me. Never once said I ask for that. They know what good customer service is, and we will definitely be a return customer. I can not say enough about this crew and how wonderful my experience was.

My experience with Maaco located at Garden of the gods was time consistent and convenient. They helped through any questions I had and gave me a good quote on my damages to my vehicle and helped accordingly. The most helpful in regards to damages and quotes was Mike Reece. Very knowledgeable and knew just how to help. I hope he sees this and knows what a great job hes done.

Maaco over the years was known for inexpensive middle of the road paint jobs. That has dramatically changed and nothing could be further from the truth from my own experience. The owners Joe Ambul, his family and his manager Mike, were amazing. I was in a bad accident with a 2015 Toyota 4-runner as the entire front end was completely smashed back to the engine block. They not only did a flawless body repair, their paint job was amazing as this vehicle is white with a pearl finish. A clear pearl is difficult stuff to work and many body jobs do not have the talent to do it right... it was perfect. They were always in communication with me. They sent me progress pictures, asked me to come down and look at it as it was being repaired and did a few extras that were not asked for, but made all the difference. All parts were OEM and Toyota and was very impressed with their body work. I used to only go to high end custom body shops but if you want a high end repair, excellent custom paint work and extraordinary customer service, you need not look any further. The entire Ambul family are wonderful people and I highly recommend anyone wanting the best quality work for their auto body repair to go here. Robert Smith

I took my old 1987 suburban in for a paint job after I did the sanding and some body work and Maaco did a fantastic paint job for me.They even complimented me on the sanding job I did and did a free touch up of one dent I just couldnt get out properly. Rob was my estimator and was extremely courteous and helpful in helping me decide what paint package to choose. I ended up choosing the urethane/clear coat option and it only cost me $900. The truck looks fantastic and Im continually getting complements on it.It really looks like a new truck. If youre thinking about putting new life into that old car or truck then take it down to Maaco on GOG/Nevada and theyll make it look new again.

I realize that there has been much work at all autobody shops due to the recent hailstorm, but I was told by Tom that within three business days I would have a quote. I have called two different times since then and it’s now been two weeks. They all claim they’re going to send my quote but never do. However I did notice that they consistently ask if this was an insurance claim or if I was paying out-of-pocket. Why does that matter? I guess it’s a guarantee that they’re going to get paid when it is an insurance claim, since their guys are on commission which incidentally, Tom attempted to charge me $150 to get “an accurate estimate“ and as he put it, since his guys were on commission. So why now are they trying to charge for a quote?? I’m not so sure I would recommend this place. If they were going to be later than three working days then they should tell me that instead of stringing me along and then trying to charge me to quote the damage to my truck. Very unprofessional.11/14/18 - never received my quote.

Came in for an estimate for paint and body work I was assured they could do. Could never get a call back despite repeated messages so I had to stop in unannounced.The guy doing the estimate acted like he couldnt get me out of there fast enough. Told me none of the work I had asked about was something they would be willing to do. I understand if your shop isnt capable of handling some work, but how about using a little professional courtesy and telling a potential customer the truth. Dont lie to them just to get them in the door. All this did was guarantee that I will never consider your organization for any work in the future and I will refer people to a different shop.

The Good:Lady at the front desk is very nice.The technician handling my car was friendly.The Bad:No calls/updates... I had to call to figure out what was happening.Noticed the following problems there and pointed them out to the technician:-Contaminants/dirt in paint (15+ pointed out)-Paint runs-Peeled paint from under taillight in front of him-Bumper was not blended well-Swirl makes all over-Scratch in spoiler-Clear bumper guard had contaminants underneathWhen I first arrived, the technician assured me he went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb. I found all of those issues within 5 minutes. The technician stated that most of my issues would go away within a month or so, and if not, I could bring it back since its under warranty. Also, he stated that the insurance company doesnt usually cover spoilers.I was annoyed, but I took my car and left without him offering to look over any of my concerns. Upon arriving home, I happened to stumble upon another issue, which lead me to do my own fine tooth comb inspection.-Clear coat over spray on my ENTIRE car-Sanded/non clear coated lip on roof of car-Scratched my car logo and put the old one back on/logo not stuck on good-Paint over spray on trunk weatherstrip and front cowl-Scuffs/scratches on side skirt from them getting in/out of my car-Scuffs on my roof... no idea how-Rubbing compound dripped on my speaker... no idea how-Scratches in my trunk liner-License plate light not snapped in/dangling slightlyWhen I find more things wrong, I will update my post. AFTER I called insurance and an estimator came out to look at my car and see everything I claimed, Maaco was willing to take my car back in, but I refuse to let them touch my car again. Not that it should matter, but this was a brand new car with less than 1000 miles on it. My car will be taken to another shop.

Barb at the front desk was very nice, professional, polite and helpful. Mike was my main contact and he was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond in order to help me and make me happy. The hail damage was completely repaired and the paint is outstanding. Lifetime warranty makes it even better and no worries. They estimated 4-6 weeks and I had my truck back in 3 weeks. Granted, I think I was lucky with some parts being available for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. Either way, I had no issues at all and am very happy with this location and my experience with them. Update: I had to take my truck back to them a couple days after I got it back because someone tried to trick me. I had passengers in my truck at lunch one day when the drivers side passenger said the seat belt fastener came out from under the seat. It was never bolted back down, but they set it there to make it look like it was. Had I not had any passengers, Id never have known and had we not found out as quickly as I did, it could have been very bad if I had an accident and someone in that seat. Mike was very prompt in repairing it and apologized. Now we have to take my wifes Subaru back because after this last snow, she took her car to the car wash only to find her sun roof leaks. Just wonderful. I havent done that in my truck yet. I took 2 stars away for the last 2 incidents. I pray nothing else goes wrong. Jan 14th, 2017 - VERY IRRITATED! Now we have to take my wifes Outback to them AGAIN for the SAME problem of something near the sunroof leaking after they said it was her ski rack before. Minus 1 more star for this and they better get it right this time or Im seeking legal advice.

Took care of us same day after a big snow storm. We just needed to bend the left front bumper about 3 inches on my Dodge 2500 so it would stop rubbing against the left front tire. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Thanks again Maaco.

Do not go here! Even if they are the cheapest, go where they will do the work right and treat you right. Barb at the desk had great customer skills, other than she cant remember you. After that, it is used car salesman feel and poor work. I had a topper painted and the topper looked good, but they scratched my truck taking it off to paint it. I was essentially told that I cant prove they did it, but if I would like it painted they would gladly charge me and take care of it. I was in uniform, so tactfully told them that was garbage and they certainly werent taking care of their customers. If I wasnt in uniform, I probably wouldnt have been so nice. Anyway, they are all about the money and could care less about the customer......find somebody else!

I was dreading getting my car fixed after someone hit me. I decided to take it to Maaco where I was helped by Rob. He made the process easy, and I had my car back in no time. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Went in asking for a price to repaint my truck. This guy comes out of the back and was just completely rude. The price jumped what what I was told at the front desk of 599 with an extra for a truck to 1400 outside when he looked at the truck because they would have to sand the truck. Sanding and prepping a vehicle for paint needs to be done on almost ever vehicle. I walked from the deal because of the managers attitude and the fact they would not even put a coat of clear on it for that price.

Took my BMW M3 in to have them put on a new bumper and fender. I received the car back with the tint completely scratched due to them shoving parts in my car over night. My headlights were not hooked back up no my turn signal lights. My fog light was not unplugged but actually ripped off. I now have dangling wires underneath my car. My interior lights do not work now. It just so happens that my hood shocks that keep the hood propped open somehow blew out and are not working anymore. Basically I paid hundreds of dollars for my car to come back worse than when I took it in. Never in my life have I had this experience. Please PLEASE do not go here.

Not a trustworthy shop, sold us on bringing our car in because of how fast they could do the work (we live over an hour away). Major hail damage...looking at 4 weeks in the shop. Maaco tells us they could do all the work on our car except for one item. We set up the rental car and work with insurance to get the check ready. All that was smooth until we walk in the door and they are only going to fix our window...tell us to ask our insurance to pay them for atemporary fix (which State Farm claims has never heard of). They scheduled to do th full job then backed out and wouldnt reschedule our job. They wasted hours of my time and didnt care one bit of the lies leading up to that. Do not use

I had to take my vehicle to the Colorado Springs Paint and body after having my car painted by Maaco in Pueblo. I was hesitant because in Pueblo from day one, it was not a good experience, my molding blew off on the highway, they had cut my electrical wires so the new headlamps I ordered,did not work they also broke a piece off and the headlamp could not be installed properly, it blew off on the highway. I kept going back to complain it was stressful and eventually by the time my paint was all peeling off which was two months later, they were tired of me complaining about their shoddy work they flat out said they weren’t fixing it the truck looked worse than when I took it in. I end up calling their corporate office they tell me to take it to Colorado Springs, which I do, I’m nervous and stressed I just want what I paid for and am expecting the worse. Omg from the first phone call they were so kind. Every employee that I dealt with, was over and above what I expected in the customer service department. So then I talk to the owner he came out takes pictures, and sent them to the home office my truck was painted within three days, and he put things on it that Pueblo office left off, which I was not expecting . I was super impressed by the work my paint job looked beautiful, I couldn’t believe it, and the kindness all of the employees, and the owner omg what a difference! I will definitely use their services again they were great the work was so nice, I was very pleased !!! When I was getting ready to leave the owner asked me to wait because he wanted to check and make sure all my light worked properly, it was getting dark and I had to travel a distance. I think any customer would definitely be pleased with this business. Their customer service was excellent and so was their auto body skills!

I took my Mustang to this shop and they painted it and the color did not match.. I took it back a second time and they messed it up even worse.. It was still not only the wrong color, but they painted the rubber around my light, around my back window and there was paint spray all over my car.. On the windows, lights, and tail pipes... then my back bumper was loose where they did not attach it correctly and my roof molding came off, because they broke the clips on it... I WOULD NEVER take a car here to be painted again!!! Also, they are dishonest.. I paid them extra to fix a spot that had pealed and was not part of my insurance claim.. But they still billed the insurance again for the repair I already paid them for...I have now taken my car to Boussers to be repainted and fixed.. And they said they are having to fix a lot of things wrong that Maaco messed up...

I got in a car accident with another person at fault. State Farm recommended Maaco and I decided to try them. I took my Vehicle in for service, the front right side was smashed. Dan Ambuul and the team showed me tremendous respect and integrity throughout the process. I would reccomend anyone to use this location

We took our car there to be 2 toned and the paint job was horrible. I mean there were spots that were not painted. the paint ran so we have lines in the paint. It just wasnt what we expected. I could have done a better job if I had done it myself!

STAY AWAY!!! I would have given them 4-stars when the service​ was originally done. The truck was not on time nor was all the work done. But the end product looked nice. BUT...What defines a company is when things go wrong. This MAACO provides the worst customer service imaginable in my opinion - both locally and with their corporate offices in Charlotte, NC. Paint began failing after only two years. The entire truck, with the exception of exactly half of the cab roof, began to develop faded spots. Within another year it became so bad I reported it. They dragged their feet - said theyve never seen anything like it. So I called to corporate who also dragged their feet. Finally got BBB involved who lit a fire under them.After having it in the shop for three months while they evaluated it, the entire truck was eventually repainted. By that time it was year 4 of 5 year warranty so I had to pay prorated share. They tried to prorate based on 4 years but I fought it back to 2. Corporate said warranty would be extended. Sadly, even THAT paint job failed in 12 months! Will try to post pictures. Trying to resolve AGAIN but same story. Its been 5 months already. No resolution and poor communication!Names of those I attempted to communicate with: Joe (owner!), Mike Reece (mgr/estimator), Jacqueline Woodson (corporate customer svc), Katherine Ortiz (corporate customer scv), and a half dozen others in a call center outside the US.I filed a complaint with BBB again. I contacted my State Farm who covered part of the original repairs. In January I will take MAACO to small claims court.Noticed that Mike Reece gave MAACO a 5-star rating on Google. Is this the same Mike Reese who I dealt with?!? Wow! Can you say conflict of interest?!?STAY AWAY!!!

The paint match was perfect, the job was completed sooner than estimated, and of course the staff was very professional and friendly. I hope I dont have any more incidents with my car, but if I do Ill definitely be bringing it back to this shop.
