Tried to purchase TV online to pick up here under price match guarantee. Waited around on phone to speak with someone and Best Buy will not honor price match even though it met all their requirements. Responded the price on Amazon was too low for them to match...
Really impressed with Weston, he spent a great deal of time when I had a device issue. Truly the best customer service I ever got. Weston has a great deal of knowledge combined with a patient personality. Best Buy is fortunate to have him!
About four days ago, I purchased a pair of headphones, not wanting to wait online for a replacement pair. They had a disconnecting cable, so I thought they were wireless. I didnt read the packaging well enough, and nothing claimed they had wireless capacity.I returned them today, opting for credit, and upgrading to a wireless pair. The whole process took a very short amount of time, maybe 5-7 minutes, not including picking out the new headphones.An associate, whose name I didnt catch, a lady with blonde hair, was extremely courteous, very informed, and though she was busy, didnt seem at all bothered to explain which headphones fit the specifications I wanted.My only qualm is that they didnt stock any wireless headphones that also had active noise cancelling technology. Thats not a huge deal though.-- Im very impressed by the ease of the return process, friendliness and knowledge of the staff, and quality of the product I received. Not my first or last visit.
Staff were attentive but they did not have the regular Nintendo Switch in stock and only two of the Nintendo Switch Lite.
I got a Verizon cell phone on 9/26/21. I went to return it on 10/5. The nasty rude rep said we can’t return it since you don’t have Verizon anymore. The mobile rep had the same attitude. I said I will go to the North Academy store and they said they will tell you the same thing. What a terrible experience I had at this store. I took it to the North Academy store and the mobile rep helped me by calling Verizon and was able to get my IPhone 13 refunded within 20 minutes not like the the terrible service I had at the powers Best Buy their on 1st. I tried to get refunded for 2 days and at North Academy Store within 20 minutes. I will be doing all my shopping at North Academy.

Visited geek squad to have data transferred from an old laptop to a new one. They needed 48 hours. I couldnt afford that much down time.
We had bought a 5.1 system from the other store, but the guy who came out, Damien, works at this store so Im leaving it where his boss can see.Dude came by and did everything he was required to, and WAY more. My wife was the one to help him, and she asked him questions till his ears fell off Im sure. He answered all of hers, and when I got home from work and had a few of my own, he helped answer mine as well. He even let us message him on his company phone so if any other questions arised we could ask him directly.The sound system was optimized perfectly, and positioned perfect as well. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, but Im sure he could have came through if we did.
So far Ive returned the same laptop twice and finally exchanged it for a different one, they didnt even fuss about it, cause I was passed the return date twice, so five stars for helping the customer whos working his butt off to afford it! Unlike Walmart who will tell you sorry not our problem anymore.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Always have great advice and options. Only issue is they are often out of the stuff I want, but I am a frugal shopper. Great stock of popular brands! Nice comparison tools for online shopping and what not, but boy will you go in circles if you dont know what youre looking for.
Fast and they didnt give me a hard time when I wanted a partial exchange on my drone for surface pro 7. The difference they owed me was put back on my debit card. It literally took 20 minutes before I could see the $ posted in my bank account. This location is a lot better than the one off of academy.

I honestly miss the good ol days, when Best Buy employees would go out of their way to help you. I went in looking for a laser printer, no one around to help me. But the team member who did finally help me told me that they didnt have what I wanted and to try Office Depot down the street.

Seeking a new laptop - it is quite an investment and with so many choices, I truly am at a loss. Preston/resident Best Buy expert on laptops was great! He asked what Id be using the laptop for, storage needs, speed, etc. He recommended a laptop that would be perfect for my needs & it was several hundred less than the one I planned on purchasing. I appreciated his honesty.
Staff is always extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. The only negative thing I can say is that they dont have many things in stock, however that has nothing to do with the store itself.
Knowledgeability of staff varies, but they answer confidently whether theyre right or not. That being said they do try to help. Clean store, decent selection, and one of the only electronics store chains left in town.
The staff could be a little less standoff-ish. But good location. And they are maintaining stock pretty well through these shortages.

Needed to purchase a new refrigerator. Absolutely loved the no-pressure sales staff. Im terrible with names; the man that helped me with availability of fridges was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about products. He didnt have an issue with me asking questions about products and services and my indecisiveness about which model to get. He pointed out a model that matched what I was looking for that I had overlooked. During purchase, no pressure for getting a service agreement or add-ons that I didnt need. Will be back later to get additional appliances if/when needed.

2 stars are for the nice employees. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE BEST BUY TO DELIVER AND INSTALL YOUR PURCHASE! We should have learned our lesson when my treadmill install kept getting pushed back. We ended up canceling the order all together. Now as I type, we are waiting on our 3rd pushed back delivery date and install of a 85 inch TV. We dont even get a call to tell us that they arent coming. Nothing. Our time slot comes and goes. We end up needing to drive to best buy and reschedule. They always seem to have a weird excuse. Were retired so were home but what if we worked? People have busy lives and dont have time to be waiting for an install thats never even going to happen. Very disappointed Best Buy.
I think the prices are great, and access to credit and financing makes a big difference. I think the staff is friendly and helpful. I dont like that customer service is also a register, and there are generally not enough cashiers.
AItos I can’t thank you enough for not only helping Glady’s set up my other new phone after my old phone was hacked. But for taking the other phone back that my apartment purposely damaged so I could NOT return it. It sounds crazy but thankfully you know me and my son Christian who worked at that store while attending school here. And he loved working at Best Buy. I truly appreciate you and the cellular manager that pulled strings return the phone done. I felt horrible that someone else ate the costs on that $800 phone when my apartment complex VUE 21 is associated with a billion dollar company that manages most of rental property in the state. But its apparent they obviously don’t care about my property or their own if you saw how the Manager keeps the property out here in Briargate. Anyway I thank both you and Glady’s!! You both deserve a raise…..mostly Glady’s only because I know you saw my other post LOL. Seriously Aitos thank you again! I truly appreciate all of you. Especially with everything going on you all have been there and have been very understanding!
After waiting 10 minutes for help on choosing the right WiFi extender, then realizing it wasn’t coming, I left and won’t go back. This was the third time going to Best Buy, and receiving no service. I can easily support online suppliers with better service.
Geek Squad: Tried to book an appointment over the phone, but it wasnt possible. Went there to drop off a PC for diag, but I cant speak to anybody for even a few minutes without an appoinment. I was informed that Id have to wait 40 minutes for somebody to accept my PC so they could book it in. Everybody was well spoken and professional but I wish that the process was more efficient, as I came in to get something done and it was made impossible.
I dont tend to care to review Big Box Stores but I had a great experience with a gentleman who helped me with printers, cannot remember his name but this rating is for his customer service and guidance to help me purchase exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the model I wanted was not in stock at the store or online so I had to shop elsewhere. I appreciate people who are excellent to each other! Rock on!

I took my daughters phone in fir a charger port issue. They got me in very quickly, resolved the issue in literally five minutes, and were incredibly friendly. This was probably my best experience with technical support.
Good place. I had to use the Geek Squad service. The agent walked me through the issues and made some recommendations.

My sons gaming PC couldnt be repaired and they were out of stock in the store and online for the same PC. Kirstie found a similar one in stock that was a little better than the one we bought! My son pays a lot of money monthly for faster internet, so time was of the essence to get a new replacement. We are so happy with her fast and friendly service, because of her we will continue to be a Best Buy customer.
They had nothing we were looking for in stock and although there were an over abundance of floor employees, none really seemed interested in doing their job and assist customers. It seemed they would rather hang out and talk with eachother and when we finally got an employees attention he referred us to another employee who then said the products we were interested in where out of stock but could be ordered online???? What, should of just looked on Amazon then, less hassel and free 2 day shipping!! Best Buys loss, things should be instock, employees should be re ordering things when they are low not waiting to run out and employees should be happy to assist, especially when Best Buy could just cut down on employyee costs by only selling online like Amazon, since the employees cant even restock the stored let alone help customers, I wonder how much longer Best Buy doors will stay open with employees that dont care about pride in their work place or the well being of the company that pays them!
Whenever I need help, there’s nobody to be found. However, when I am just trying to browse, 3-4 employees will come up asking if I need help. Just wish I could get help when I actually need it. Nice folks though!

Every one has an opinion about best buy, mine always change, at times its negative, but my last experience has been positive, one need to remind ones self that staff just follow regulations, they dont make it, they might at time be even more frustrated than you are, my experience for the most part is that they do their best to get you want you want .
Good directions to the product when I asked for directions only. Then I went on to buy a monitor for the alarm system that I was going to purchase. I was helped buy an associate no problem paid right there and out the door I went.
We just bought a computer and it couldnt have been easier. We told them what we were looking for and they helped swiftly and efficiently.
I find helpful staff there every time I go. The variety of technology and products there bring me back. So many tech stores have disappeared but they are still there.

Poor customer service. Waited twenty minutes and no one noticed as we stood there needing help. By the time we get to the counter an associate member was constantly pushing away our items to purchase because they couldnt wait to solve an issue with the person checking us out. This best buy unfortunately has been consistently bad each time we visit.

Pretty much business as normal. Everyone seemed to be compliant with mandatory mask wearing and social distancing. The store was busy, but to help channel customer traffic to the appropriate service desk they had created lanes for returns and pickups, each baked or with 6ft markers to help customers maintain safe social distances. I got what I needed and was in and out pretty quick, the staff member that helped me out was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Ive honestly never had a bad shopping experience this store location.
Bought a HP laptop from Best Buy in the fall of 2018, the sales associate was fantastic in helping me find what fit my needs. My Malware had expired at the beginning of 2021. On April 1st I took it into Geek Squad and told them it had expired and asked for them to clean it and add some new Malware on it. Sales associate was very nice and explained clearly everything that they would do to it since I am not computer savvy. I payed $209 to have it cleaned, viruses removed, new malware installed and a service plan that would cover me for a year. I got it back less then a week later, worked fine, very pleased. Went to use it yesterday and it wouldnt turn on. Took it back to Geek Squad and explained what had happened, it wasnt dropped, nothing was spilled on it and I use it maybe once a week. I was told since it wont turn on its a mother board issue which will cost me $85 to have them send it out to be looked at and around $150-$200 to have the mother board replaced if it needed or I can buy another lap top. Im writing this review because after 2 years of not having one issue with my laptop, I take it in to get cleaned and malware installed and all of a sudden it now wont even turn on.........alittle TOO coincidental for my liking!!!!! I may be only one customer but (I hate to say it) thats the last time I buy anything from Best Buy.

I usually love best buy but the stock is either out or very limited. The answer i was given over and over was to order on line. If I wanted to order online I would go to Amazon and get what I want in 1 to 3 days not 1 to 2 weeks. If they are going to have a brick and mortar store have some product I can go home with.
Their customer involvement has improved over the years!

I dont remember when they rearranged the store and put video games in the middle, home appliances like fridges washers, and stoves on the left, but ever since they did that I gotta say the store absolutely BITES now. I used to go here for video games exclusively, why else would I go to best buy? They had one of the most BOOMIN video game displays you could literally get lost in. They had actual GAMES in the plastic security cases. Anything from PS Vita, PS3 to Xbox One and PS4. Yeah the good OLD Best Buy. This new COVID version? Sucks buttcheeks. The games? Are now PRINT OUTS of the game in a plastic security case. No video game displays. Not even a TV with xbox or PS4 below it displaying upcoming games or the hottest games out right now. Just corporate looking shelves gracious enough to say Nintendo Switch below all of the print outs of the games your looking at locked behind plastic security cases. COVID really took a toll on BestBuys gaming section and it shows.

Came in today rite before they opened at 11am, stood in line outside for not very long and headed to the cell phone area where I was told to stand in line and wait for the next available sales person,only 2 people in front of me, they were helped while I literally stood in line for what seemed to have been 45 minutes with no other help, I knew the phone I wanted and was just ready to pay for it with cash and get out. I couldnt take it any longer and just left the store even though I was the next to be helped but hated standing there for that long. I went to Target, was helped rite away with a super friendly and outgoing staff member, I purchased the same exact phone that I wanted and it was also on sale for $100.00 less than Best Buy!!!!
They make all the customers from all 3 lines, customer service, online ordering and checkout. So I moved forwards to have distance. Guy from customer service tells me I have to stand by the purple line. I say, do you see all those people piled up where you are telling me to go. He says the purple line. Now Im mad. I start telling every person I see why this is a horrible policy. Guy behind internet pickup says I dont know why everyone is grouped together. I say, why do you unforced things you know dont make sense and force people to group up while talking about their protection. This store is dangerous and when you are here, you will see what I mean. They are a just, do what I say kind of business

Worst experience. Went in and asked for help and they just took off saying they had to go get keys waited nearly 15 min so I asked someone else they said the same thing not one of them tried to help.

Black Friday Deals were great! Got a new Sony 4K 65 XBR-65X750D for $898.00, regular $1299.00. Service is awesome except for 1 guy in the security camera area that has a purple cane. Dude, you are extremely annoying, insulting me is not helping you sell and oh yea youre not funny. As well insulting your fellow workers around you is not professional. Cut the snide comments. 4 stars because of this guy. Other than that a great store! Love Magnolias (in the other Best Buy on Academy blvd) . I got a full surround sound system installed and they were very nice and did an awesome job! Love the Yamaha receiver!

Went here after the stimulus checks. The shelves were totally empty on the employees were exhausted. Understandable. Didnt mind the short temper of the employees as they were still getting hounded by customers wanting the newest apple watch or galaxy flip and were trying to shake them out of the staff because the shelves yielded no fruit. Despite all this I get it. Customers service is tough. BUT, the reason I must give 2 stars is because despite being out of stock almost everything the google pixels still were on the shelves. The skill of the staff as salesmen can hardly be doubted and as such I must assume that they tried not to sell the Google phones. In fact when I attempted to speak with the nearest employee about purchasing one, he vanished so fast I never got the chance. Dont blame the guy I just wanted a google pixel. 2 stars.

No customer service. No one is willing to help you and want to do there jobs. If you are at the service desk it is highly disrespectful to just drop your receipt on the counter and not even acknowledge the person you are supposed to be helping.
