They have a Wendys attached to it..and a Cinnabon inside... not to mention an accortment of things inside. Very useful

The place is small in parking compared to other Pilot but it very organize in parking wise. The bathroom are nice and clean and the service works. Worst time to come find parking is around 6pm to 8pm. Hopefully at 7pm in this Pilot you wont find any parking or maybe 1 or 2 spots. As most Pilots it come with a good a good pack of showers and an area to go clean your close. Best time to get a quick shower is around 7pm to 8pm.

This is a pretty nice Pilot. Plenty of parking. Easy access to fuel pumps. Well stocked store. Nice employees who are kind and friendly.The place is clean and well maintained.

Stop by for fuel. No waiting 😀 fueled got some Wendys..good fast service..payed for a parking spot..nice large lot easy to get into any spot...then checked out coffee for in the morning...they have 2 bean to cup machines, they make the best coffee Ive ever had...Then I got a shower, no wait again.. shower was average asked for extra towels, it was no problem.Id stop here again...oh and they sell 🍺

Decent pilot truck stop near Richmond, Virginia. Parking lot fills up early so dont expect to find a space after 1500. Bathroom was relatively clean. The store was Fully stocked, bright, and clean as well. There is plenty of Room between the parking spaces. The parking lot could be bigger to accommodate more trucks. Easily accessible and close to the highway.

Come get some good pilot house coffee. You can eat wendys here take a shower they have 9 shower rooms staff is very friendly and at pilot we take care of all trnck drivers all driving needs. Theres even Roadside assistance and there mobile.

I only use pilots for parking and the occasional free shower (but I do not purchase fuel from PFJ, ever) That said, the parking lot at this Colonial Heights location is spacious and easy to get into without incident, even for a Swift driver! Shower #3 was also decent. PFJs do this stupid thing with the shower head placing it in a way that doesnt allow the water to go all the way down to the lower half of your body. They havent fixed the issue probably because nobody complains about it, probably because washing isnt a big deal for most truckers.

The pilot staff super friendly. I give it five stars. This review is is to mainly recognize Mrs. Dianne who works at the adjoining Wendys location. The manager seemed over stress and was telling people at the drive thru that it was closed. Very opinionated (out loud) about people asking for condiments. Clearly not good under pressure. With that being said, I had ordered 3 brkfst burritos and paid for them, the lady whom I said was over stressed hollered Im sorry we only have 2. Which was fine had that been the case. It was not. Mrs. Dianne, after me telling her it was OK I didnt mind losing that 1.05 or whatever it was, simply and politely said No sir, you paid for it and we will fill your order . She went to the back and made the 3rd of my 3 burritos, which by the way took her less than a few minutes. So for that I thank you Mrs. Dianne. Very sweet lady and got Wendys this 5 star rating. I sat and observed afterwards and it was clear that she should have had the management roll. She was working herself as fast as she possibly could and was very efficient in doing so. I hope she is commended for her hard work. She is certainly deserving. Again, THANK YOU Mrs. DIANNE for going above and betond.

If you are not going to enforce the reserve parking feature then you need to get rid of it!!! Ive never been a fan of the feature but after a day of trucking thru ice and snow to get here to deliver, I utilized the feature tonight. Once I arrived all reserve parking is full and was told by an associate all they can do is give me a refund. So now I have no place to park or shower. Thanks alot!!!!

Bad experience, the staff told me mens restroom was outside (after my shower I find out that showers 1 and 2 are temporarily restrooms) if you get a shower do not use #7 if system gives you 7 ask for a different one. #7 had 5 sec hot water intervals and medium to low water pressure. As I was leaving the shower hallway I could hear all other showers had full pressure. Im diabetic so I didnt try the Cinnabon. I have shower power so I didnt loose anything from shower but I wanted to warn anyone having to pay for one.

Great rest stop. They have a Wendys and a Cinnabon inside the travel center. Feeling tired, get frosted with a delicious original cinnabon which was slight warmed when we ate it. We also tried a new item which was the fried churros. It was crunchy and not very oily.

Reserved parking here at 3pm 9/28/21 and all spots were taken when I got here. Store staff and customer service offered no help other than to refund my purchase.

All right place for the East Coast

This is a large fueling station and utility convenience store. It is not a hold your hand highbrow store. It is successful at what it means to be, reasonable fuel prices, a large convenience store product selection, clean enough bathrooms. There is a Wendys hamburger restaurant connected to the facility. A decent place just off the highway to stop and rest your legs, top off the fuel tank, get some snacks for the road, get some fast food, and take care of natures call.

This is a great rest stop especially for truckers. They have a Wendys attached, Cinnabon is inside, and they have showers. My favorite part is Cinnabon. The prices are good and the gas prices are not bad for being off I95.

First impressions is big parking lot with minimum parking. Used the bathroom and it looked like a water pipe broke in the bathroom but nothing was wrong. They really need to stay on this bathroom a lot more. Store appears neat. Has a Wendy’s and the usual Cinnabon.

Employees are not ready to help. I get a shower it’s not even working and complaint for it no one want help me all showers are open and not cleaned they keep me hold an hr to get another shower. They making fun with me even the manager lady

Typical store. Pretty good service. Although you might want to make sure the cashier handling peoples purchases isnt hacking and coughing all over the place. This is not the time and climate for that sort of carelessness.

Just saw management berating tanker driver making fuel delivery. Dont know what he did wrong and dont care! You dont speak to people in that manner!

First what we noticed, this location has a very clean outside grounds and grass areas. We travel a lot and this Pilot is being kept nice and clean!

We stop at this pilot every year on our way to SC. Restrooms are always clean. Wendys is okay, needs some new seats and a good scrubbing. Gas price is usually the lowest for any easy off - easy on gas stations for miles in both directions.

Disgusting I had took take pictures this morning with trash everywhere on the outer...... Should be city ordinances against these places....

Great fresh coffee bean that you select to grind in the coffee machines that give a rich full flavor cup for less than $2. This is for a extra large cup, that in my opinion is much better than the green color sign. The Pilot travel centers normally have 4 flavor beans to choose from. Their gas is normally priced below local stations but i will stop for coffee even if i didnt need gss.

Great place to stop with good food choices. The bathrooms are always clean. Could be located more directly off the highway but otherwise great place

I barely made it with a broken tire( on the bare rim), i put fuel and shut off right there, cus i couldnt move, they provided me with shelter and a good phone number for a road service guy, who would fix it upon my call. I see the good human quality of this place, God bless ya all ! I love this Pilot!

The Pilot itself is in a very nice location. They do not enforce parking regulations... Several trucks parked 3 Deep blocking legally parked trucks and reserved parking spots. This particular Pilot does not offer floor mat towels... I inquired about this policy and the manager stated to her knowledge, no Pilot has ever placed a floor towel in showers...??? Pretty decent, but very crowded... Only option around...

Meh. Truck stop parking is good enough when you get there early enough. Laundry facilities DO NOT take a reward card which is one of the reasons I save my points. Will not be returning more than likely. Disputant has cheaper fuel anyway.

This is a convenient stopping place with lots of parking for trucks and cars alike. Having the Wendys hamburgers in the same location makes it even better. The place is well run and clean. And if you have time to check out all the mobile accessories from phone chargers to power inverters, CB radios, lights, and refrigerators, coffee pots, and crock pots all that run from a 12 volt car electrical system.

Walked inside to jump take a shower at 0315, and out of all the showers this store have not 1 was clean. I was the only customer in the store. They just might need some extra help on night shift, if they can’t take time out to clean showers for drivers after having a long day

No large coffee cups and cashier didnt seem to care,not much food just pre-made stuff. I asked if I could have some breakfast sandwiches and I microwave them myself but he said they put them out later and Wendys is closed. No better than any lot,justa place to park.

People in the store were knowledgeable and helpful. Parking was OK. People at Wendys are ignorant to the new conditions going on and how to handle your food. They have gloves on to protect themselves but handle cash and then handle your food. Brought up to managers attention and she walked on by. NO COMMON SENSE

Heres An Earlier Pilot Travel Center In Colonial Heights, VA, Their Gas Station Has Some Great Service Like Loves Travel Stop, Their Restrooms Look Very Clean And They Have Wendys Connected To Their Building.

All Pilots are the same. It was clean and I love that.

The Wendys is the absolute most amazing group of employees Ive ever encountered. It doesnt matter what shift is on, day or night. They are all the same. Most kind, warm, inviting and professional group of people. Everytime I visit I leave smiling all the way home. Im new to the area and they have made my decision of my move a positive experience for me and my family. Thank all of you for showing my family kindness still exists in this not so friendly world.

Pilot is fine for a truck stop. I cant speak to the trucker experience there, but I stop by pretty often because I work nearby. It can be super busy at strange hours and sometimes they dont have enough staff to handle it.Good selection overall for a convenience store, prices range from fair to outrageous depending on what youre looking for.Staff is friendly and efficient even when overwhelmed.

Not as spacious as other Pilot stations and they could use more dedicated RV spots or an area strictly for RVs. I understand the the rigs are the bulk of business but it would be nice. The parking area in the front of the store and gas pumps is limited and there are signs posted throught the area with time restrictions as well as no over night parking. One of my least favorite locations to visit.

The Wendys Restaurant is about the fastest serving restaurant in the area. Food is hot and accurate as per your order with no frills or delays. The Pilot Gas station is about as good as it gets if youre looking for gas or snacks for the road.

The parking lot smell just like dog poop. Its hot and the smell is unbearable.I almost threw up. You cant even let the windows down in the truck without the smell hitting you like the world wind. Other than that Ill be back.

Great introduction to south Carolina coming from the south. Tons of parking for both cars campers and tractor trailer. All sorts of information about the great attractions south Carolina has to offer. Lots of bathroom space as well as many different options of vending machines. They also have an on hand staff to answer any questions you may have. There is a whole wall dedicated to just tourism pamphlets and maps. They also have a fully interactive large screen touch screen television equipted with full GPS .

We were traveling a long way and pilot was one of the best places we stopped. They even had a small fenced in dog play area.

This pilot puts trash can liners in the shower trash can. I like that very much . Parking lot and fuel islands very clean. Store well stocked and neat. Cashier friendly. Fresh coffee . Wish ALL pilots were like this one.!

A truck stop should never run out of bold or intense coffee. I know the machines needs to be cleaned but its not wise to clean the bold and intense coffee machines at the same time. Poor shift planning!

Truckstop is ok but, the people that work in the Wendys are proof why they DO NOT deserve $15 an hour, actually I thought I was on candid camera.

I only make it to Virginia once a year on my annual vacation with my sister. But I have always liked any Pilot Travel Centers. They carry a very wide assortment of things that you might not even know you need. The staff is always been very friendly and helpful

The restrooms at this Pilot were INCREDIBLY clean especially considering the amount of traffic it receives, on more than one occasion as I stop her e when I commute twice a week. I came in with bags of pennies and quarters with my head hung in shame because I was doing so. I have worked at a register and HATED when it was done to me! However these two employees where friendly, accommodating, and treated me with respect. Thank you for not giving a girl a hard time about hard times. Getting gas here (IN DOLLARS) from now on.

Great coffee. I stopped omw back from VA Beach, Memories Day weekend. Broken ladies room. The mens bathroom was filthy though both guys I was with said it was clean. I was shocked! It smelled far worse than it looked but the coffee was life-saving, hot, fresh, and really good. A little pricey but really good coffee.

Stop on trips going back home to see family cause its.cheaper great gas prices always open friendly staff and tons of items to shop for. You could find anything that your looking for I bet

The place itself is awesome but be aware of a woman named Crystal working at the Cinnibon station. She was extremely rude, and did not make eye contact with her customers. I almost walked out because she was so bad.

Ladies bathroom was extremely clean and well kept. The coffee was hot and fresh.

Prices are a bit expensive for some items, but its a truck stop so thats to be expected. Very clean place. The women that work there are very nice people that do a great job making you feel welcome.

So this gas station is getting 5 stars seriously for the fact that there windshield buckets were full of the most amazing cleaner and Im so happy. Its the little things that make a BIG difference.

This place is very big it has a huge supply of items. Whether youre looking for something to fix a flat, batteries, clothes, blankets, pillows, great supply of necessary items. Also, hot food, a cinnabon ShopRite inside of it, & its got a Wendys seat down restaurant 4 plasma screen TVs and cable. Very clean, very neat, everything works and in great shape.The area around it is awesome! Theres hotels 3 & 4 star hotels all around it. Car dealerships a Super Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Office Max and a Mall10 minutes away. 😍

Pilot was fine Wendys inside dont waist your time or money food cold, like its been sitting outside for a while, you would think for a lunch time you would have fast fresh food. But they loose orders so hope you get yours. I should have known better when I watched 3 people before me take their food back up because it was wrong.

Shower was clean, good pressure and hot (extremely hot) water. The Wendys service was slow and the eating area was dirty, tables and booths needed wiped down as well as the fronts of the seats.I would have left more stars, however the convenience store sold us expired Tropicana juice. Not expired by a day or week - two months!And as expected for Pilot, the restrooms were filthy.

Management needs to look into shower service it’s very poorly managed.

Suppose to be a truck stop 24 hrs 7 days a weeks but its every other day wendys has to close becuse they have no staff and they have youngs kids that dobt wanna work need to close it down and put something diff there fire all the youngs kids

All over the states you will find these truckstops. Theyre serious business about providing services to professional truckers but 4 wheelers can benefit too. The main benefit is lower gasoline prices. Need a shower? Theyve got one for you, so if youre traveling by car, have a messy kid or just feel icky yourself. . . Theres always good food choices, clean restrooms, sundry items and responsive, professional employees. We love Pilot!

I stop here just about every morning before work. The staff if always super friendly and up beat! The tornados are really good. The coffee is great too!

COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. Went in to use the bathroom and there was legit poop on the bathroom floor smeared around. The bathroom stunk. When I went to the cashier and asked her how often the bathroom was cleaned she said throughout her shift (8hrs shift). When I asked the last time it had been cleaned she said sometime before midnight. Its now 5:21am. I told her the situation and she rolled her eyes at me and waved me away saying they would get around to it. DISGUSTING. Id rather use the great outdoors than step foot in there again.

12/9/2015 Got here early this morning 07:30. Womens bathrooms were and still are totally disgusting at 14:30. I showered yesterday so I just wanted to quickly clean up after sleep break. I feel like I need another shower just for walking in there. This is my first week as a professional driver and this is the 3rd Pilot Ive been to in 3 days. None of them have Driver Reward Cards so I can sign up. Not such a big deal now. At this point I think Ill just stick with Loves. Yuck!

Stopping for gas on my way home the place was super clean great selection of products that customers on the road would possibly need like Energy drinks
