This location has always been one of my favorite spots for gas and munchies. Its easy to order and personally never had an issue. Customer service is very good as well. An associate named Debbie L. really goes out of her way to describe things to you if you have any questions! Oh and the bathrooms are usually always clean!

I was walking up to the store and casually asked a worker how her day is going…I think her name was Debbie… she said it would be better if I liked my job, hate the manager and I make more money doing DoorDash. I wanted to say, then why are you here

My husband, son and I ordered food for dinner. My pepperoni melt on a croissant was very small, with a very burned and super crispy croissant, and no real flavor. My sons turkey half sub was pretty much all lettuce with just a little meat. The meatball sub didnt have much flavor. Totally not impressed. We will stick to Wawa!

Not sure what reviewers are complaining about. This is one of the nicest and cleanest Sheetz I’ve ever been to.

Its a sheetz not very clean bathroom though found a used catheter in the mens room.

Vivian is one of the sweetest people Ive ever met. There was paper out in one of their machines and not only did she stop what she was doing to assist me, she made sure everything was right before walking away. She has the patience of a saint and this will definitely be my #1 stop when Im this way. Thank you Vivian!!

I paid $10 for a foot-long club sub, I only added bacon which is about $1. There’s is hardly any meat on the sandwich at all. There’s literally like 4-6 slices on a foot-long sub. I figured when you are paying $10 for a sub it wouldn’t be mostly bread. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I will never come back here. The fries were probably the saltiest fries I’ve ever had in my life. The burger tastes like it was bought from the dollar store and microwaved. The employees I encountered don’t know anything about being polite and making their customers feel welcomed. A regret spending even a penny here.

At about 7:15pm I visited your store today and the ladies restroom was filthy. There was no toilet paper. Except for one stall. The sheets that go over the toilet were stuffed inside of two restrooms. Paper towels were all over the floor. I have been in Sheetz before and never seen the restroom in that condition. I told the cashier about the condition of the restroom and she just said, oh. With all of the issues we have going on and speaking of cleanliness I would give your store a F-!

Everyone in the store is so friendly and courteous its my favorite store to go to I go there at least twice a day. Everyone works hard and has excellent customer service. I appreciate every single one of them!!!!!!

The deli pple were great,food tasted wonderful,but the hateful attitude and customer service from the cashiers makes you not want to ever go in there.

Stopped here overnight travelling through. At the time they had the best gas prices and Im partial to Sheetz.Good selection of snacks, Great selection of drinks, Love the MTO sandwiches.Bathrooms were clean enough to use - which I did without being repulsed.I paid with their app, love just using the app to pay, wish they had better rewards for using it though.All in all a good place to stop while passing through.

I dont get....how you cant tell the difference between ketchup and honey mustard. Especially going on a HOTDOG. Thanks for wasting my money.

Neighborhood Sheetz, always friendly people, and food is far superior to other gas stations. Every time I go (once a day before work) it is always exceptionally clean. Not quite sure what these other reviewers are talking about?

They are very rude on the phone and in person. There is no consistency in their services or prices. Depending on who is working the register determines the price of products you buy! On Tuesday I was charged 5.99 for V2 carteicart and on Thursday they wanted 7.99. V2 has gone out of business yet the assistant manager had no knowledge of this. She kept talking about when they got their next delivery maybe the price would change. She further treated me like an idiot and shoved a pack of cigarettes with a coupon on it in my face saying this is the only way we discount cigarettes!!! She acted as though I was lying!! No, I know how much I paid Tuesday and that is why I came back Thursday! They also only allow you to buy 5 packs of cartridges but you can buy all the cigarettes you want!!! I am calling corporate and e-mailing them about the poor service and inconsistent management of this Sheetz!!!

I have no idea what happened, but the new Sheetz is horrendous. The majority of the afternoon staff is awful and rude, especially the teenagers that just got hired. One teen girl literally threw my bag of food at me after I asked for ketchup. My orders are always wrong to the point where I got a small order of cheddar bites instead of a large order of popcorn chicken. I never get the sauces I pay for and Im tired of it. Dont go here in the afternoon, as the only good staff is the weekday morning staff.Oh, and good luck getting gas here at any time in the afternoon. They got rid of half of their pumps and its almost always full of cars with no empty pumps.

Not up to typical Sheetz high quality in cleanliness. Very busy. Everything was well stocked, tho.

I love sheetz, but I hate this one. Cleaners were dusting over the food area so made to order food was shut down which was not marked/signed so I placed my order and waited for nothing. Waste of time.

Ive been stopping here almost daily for the last 4 or 5 months and its always been a great experience until the last 2 or 3 days. I dont know if they got busted selling to minors or what but yesterday a girl who has served me countless times and knows Im over 18 refused me service because I forgot my ID(which I get I wasnt upset about that) but today my 20 year old girlfriend was with me in line not purchasing anything and when I went to buy a pack of cigarettes the girl at the counter then asked for her ID too. Now mind you Im 27 years old, and very obviously so. I dont understand why my friend who wasnt buying anything was asked to provide her ID as well and when I asked about it the girl said with some attitude that its always been a policy which is nonsense. My boyfriend comes in with me a lot of the times too and they have never asked both of us for our IDS, just whoever is purchasing the tobacco. I cant say I will be stopping here again anytime soon that is just an insane policy to try and enforce. Wa-Wa is literally the next light up folks! And their prices are cheaper. Just sayin 🤷‍♀️

If you’ve got half an hour to spare waiting for MTO food, this is your place. Also, as of Feb 2020, they no longer carry Splenda for coffee. Yet another reason to go elsewhere

Customers was just plain disrespekful, manners was not involved. Mangers and workers took forever to get the food ready, we basically waited 25 mins. They aint have hot dogs, whaat kinda mess is thaat ?
