Great friendly staff that is always hustling to get orders out. Yes, this place seems to always be busy and the wait times can be extended. The parking lot is small and kind of like being part of the hunger games on getting in and out; I recommend parking in the larger lot outside of their lot. Nationally, the entire workforce is suffering, and Starbucks is no exception. The staff is never standing around or not trying to hustle to keep up which I can appreciate. Every order I’ve had has been accurate and mostly enjoy the salted caramel cold brew.

Went to Starbucks looking for stuff to decorate a room. Found none. Found a great mug, in the reduced price bin, that Ill use as a Christmas gift. My timing was great. Staff was friendly and courteous. Ill still look for Starbucks discarded decor.

Drink was perfect. Drive-Thru staff was great. They also were following COVID business rules.

I am not rating this store as one star because of the employees. I wish I could have gotten the managers name. She is physically abusive to employees, berates them, and does nothing. I sat inside of the store and watched the workers bust their tails to make drinks. I only saw her maybe once or twice and each time she came up they were verbally assaulted or insulted within earshot of us customers. Horrible. I will be contacting corporate about this behavior. The employees and service at this location are wonderful but to see the manager treat them like garbage breaks my heart. Shame on you Starbucks for letting her lead an entire store. Disgusting.

This location has improved a lot recently when it comes to friendliness and order accuracy! It is a smaller store but while I was there it was pretty busy inside and had a line for the drive through.

There is literally at another Starbucks about 5 minutes away go to that one save yourself some time.They messed up my order once before so I gave them a second try but I will never go again if I have a choice.This place is notorious for an extremely long line oh, they take a very long time. When I went yesterday it was around 11:30 12:00 so lunch Rush. We order on the app to pick up but were sitting in line and it takes 5 minutes to get to the order screen we let them know that we have put in an order and if it was okay to pick up at the drive-thru when they said it was fine and we went to the window and they had one drink but not the other drink and then instead of us just waiting for the drink there they told us to pull forward and they would bring it to us. When we got to the door we waited outside for another 5 to 10 minutes before I had to go inside where they said they didnt even know we were waiting and that we had to have a drink but my drink was sitting behind the counter not where you pick it up and I reached over to get it because I saw my name on it and saw it was my order but it was lukewarm as it has been sitting there for a while. There was two employees on the register when there was nobody not doing anything there were three behind the counter but only two of them were making a drink and the manager was walking back and forth I guess try to help but it looks like nobody was knew what they were supposed to be doing except for two people and the manager.

Its been rather busy the last few times Ive been but they still have gotten it right every time! This mama cant live without her go juice lol. Thanks for all you do. Stay safe!!

It does not matter what time of the day/week youre trying to get coffee from this location the wait time will be over 20 mins. There no over had coverage for the heavy rains that occur in VA. The customer service is lacking in sociability as opposed to the Starbucks service you will get from Seattle. Extreme my disappointed with the coffee flavor as overall experience.

This was the worse starbucks!! The drive thru is set up so badly traffic literally gets gridlock. Took me more 30 mins both times I visited. Even after placing the order through the app. 1st time was 3 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. 2nd time was 10 am Saturday morning. So time doesnt seem to be a factor.

The man who took my order was super friendly! Took his time in listening to my order. Even my extra extra crunches:). Would highly recommend the Carmel ribbon crunch!! Pure amazing!! It is seasonal so when they run out its gone for good.

I have been to hundreds of Starbucks and I have the mugs to prove it! I love this one the most in VA. (My home away from home) I am active duty military and I will be deployed next month, but I will be back. I come to this location 5 days a week. I order my venti Blonde roast and whatever breakfast sandwich I maybe in the mood for. I sometimes have to wait, but most times They have my coffee ready as I am walking in the door. You know that feeling when you feel loved or welcomed, yes this Starbucks is like home to and for me. The Store manager Christina is so friendly and nice. We talked about coffee and how much she loves her job, and that most days it’s not like a job. She has been serving coffee and smiles the same amount of time I have been serving our country…Wow!!! A big HOOYAH to this Starbucks! Great Manager and baristas!

Very busy place!!!Im ok with waiting a little but some people are obnoxious about being impatient.All the employees work as fast and quite amazingly well with amount of service and nasty cruel people out there.A lady behind my daughter in line, was in need of a slap yesterday. She bout stole my daughters drink she was so frankly rude.

Make sure you plan out picking up your mobile order at least an hour ahead. When you show up, expect to remind them that they have mobile orders that they need to make, and expect to be met with incredible amounts of attitude and no sort of apology for the inconvenience. Whoever manages the store should consider another line of work, and whoever supervises this district should consider having the slightest bit of control of his subordinates. Genuinely embarrassing overall :D

Been to Starbucks all over the East Coast, this might be the worst. They gave away my app order and were flippant and rude about it. Didnt give me the Apple Juice I ordered for my son. Told me to grab one out of front refrig. Case. None there. Told her after she allowed me to speak by putting her cell phone down, which was very kind. Refused to believe there was no apple juice. Asked another (cell phone occupied) barrista to check what was obvious to see. Confirmed zero apple juice. Begrudgingly put her phone down to get a warm one from storage. Only gave 2 stars because the coffee was made correctly.

I had to wait for a long time to get my drink ready. When it arrived it tasted nasty. I had this problem twice. You need to learn from Chester location they always make my drink pretty good.

I came to this location after a stressful doctor appointment for a quick pick me up. I got in the drive through at 01:55. There was an employee behind the car ahead of me with 2 chairs. Ive never seen this so I tried to call out to her to ask. I wasnt sure if we are now socially distancing cars. She did not reply. So I waited. At 01:59 she turned around to tell me that the line was closed. I told her I had been sitting here. She told me I could go in the cafe. As I walked to the cafe an employee looked at me and he locked the door. Ive been a long time frequent customer of Starbucks (not this location) and Im sure it makes no difference to your corporation if I start visiting all these local private owned brewers that keep popping up. But so I know what to expect, customer service, kindness and respect, Ill be supporting local brewers. From a tired nurse and mom. Goodbye Starbucks.

Horrible, I waited for my coffee over 30min, asked twice about it. Finally a young guy behind the bench felt bad and ask my name. It seems he found my coffee half done on the counter. He made me a fresh one and apologized. Cudos to this young man but the service there needs some serious overhaul.

Drinks at this location taste weird for some reason compared to other Starbucks. Weird in a bad way like machines arent being cleaned properly or something.Mobile orders are never ready when they are supposed to be so expect to wait. Add at least 10-15 minutes when doing a mobile order.Some employees are very rude and talk down to customers.

It has a long wait because so many people go there! But the good thing about it is they never mess up my order and they even gave me 2 free drinks one time! I would definitely recommend going there!

This place is the slowest of slow. I waited 40 minutes for a drink and others that had ordered after me got their order first. I didn’t get my coffee until almost a full hour before getting it. Not. Happy. Would not recommend this starbucks if you’re trying to get a quick drink.

I went today to get an iced caramel macchiato like I normally do everyday and it tasted like watered down coffee and it had a clear liquid at the bottom. I went back to get it remade and it tasted the exact same. I did not go back again because I did not want to be rude but this is the 3rd time that this has happened. Super disappointed and will be going to a different location.

For a store that is always open inside currently, they must be forever understaffed. The wait is never less than 20 minutes, even through drive thru and ordering ahead.My drink is always made correctly, but the wait makes it not worth it.

If there was an award for most poorly run, understaffed, slow Starbucks, this one would win in a landslide. Theyre always out of everything, hardly ever get my order right. If you go inside, its absolutely chaos. 6 or 7 batistas behind the counter with 2 or 3 just standing around. Oh, and dont think that if you order ahead, the estimated ready time will be right.. youll still have to wait in a 15-20 minute line in the drive-thru or even longer inside.

Not the best experience. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I still havent received my drink, and people who were here before me are still waiting. I suppose the fastest way in and out is the drive thru, perhaps next time Ill just use that method.

The service at Starbucks was exceptional. A lot of small towns experienced power outages due to ice storms this weekend, so Starbucks was the place to be! The cashier was very professional!

The staff is always friendly at this Starbucks! It is a very busy spit but they do their best to keep things moving.

Man (teenager?) at the register didn’t know what size I ordered. Didn’t know how to enter a cappuccino, didn’t know how to make the drink 1/2 decaf, didn’t give me 1/2 pump mocha. Instead I got “mocha” and my drink taste like sour hot chocolate instead of coffee. Gross. And the inside of the store needed a deep cleaning. Stay on 95, don’t stop in this area! My hubby went to McDonald’s and his order was incorrect as well.

Always busy but the baristas and cashiers are always friendly and efficient. Hats off to them for always delivering under pressure.

Just left and had a great visit. Brittany was working the register and suggested a bacon egg and cheese thing which which kind of resembled golf balls, I still cant remember the name of, but it was delicious! The coffee came fast and had I been on a time crunch Id have had no problems getting in and out! This is the way it should be done, friends! Big props to Brittany and the rest of the team there, Ill be back for more bacon egg and cheese golf balls soon!

Starbucks is going down the drain. Never have half the cold brew. Never have nitro. I could see if it was a smaller coffee shop but we are talking about starbucks. National chain! Suggestion, take nitro off your menu as you never have it!

Starbucks is what it is, however, this location has an extremely narrow entrance, parking lot, and drive thru. Take your time as your driving in and beware of bad drivers.

Went here since I was by Richmond. I came for the second time today. Early in the morning both times. Laura Beth was the one who took my order today, I asked for a surprise which she deliver and it was amazing! She’s extremely friendly and sweet! She’s got a great personality especially since it’s so early. She’s wonderful!!

3rd time they messed up on my drink. My coffee was missing 1/3 of the cup. When the manager sits in the corner shouting across the store to the frontline to refund my money. The Frontline lady says I dont know how to do that....

Half of the time I have been to this location its always out for something or is temporary close. Like today. Kinda annoying, but when theyre operating the service is good.

I would love to give this store a 5 star review. I placed a mobile order. When i got to the store, they explained to me, that they didnt have any Trenta Cups, they also were out of cold brew, and their blender was messed. The staff was friendly, and told me they would make me something else.Update: i do not recommend this store, as of today. I dont know, if the barista was having a bad day or what, but when you talk to a customer in a condescending and sarcastic voice, you will lose a customer. But no worries, i will drive to Chester from here on out. So now i have decided to take my review from a 3 star to a 1 star.

If you’re not going to actually offer an in-store option right now, maybe don’t state on the app that you are. It’ll help with the whole slew of potential patrons going to your door only to find it locked while your employees sit there and ignore them. C’mon guys this isn’t hard.

Ordered Ice White Chocolate Mocha here but not tasty at all. Too much milk or something missing. Had to return and asked to remake it.

The baristas were attentive, helpful, and nice. The coffee quality and order accuracy was on-point as always. The speed seemed to be lacking, but I think they may have been slammed with drive through and mobile orders. I was one of the only people in the store but they seemed to be extremely busy. The space itself had the typical Starbucks vibe, but the chairs were almost wood and not comfortable. For that reason, I would not really recommend this Starbucks for studying or a cozy coffee hangout. But, for your morning coffee fix on your way to work, it will definitely do the trick.
