Larry the associates at the store was so helpful, pleasant, kind and ready to assist me with my issues. I also spoke with Lona who was another associate and she was just as sweet and helpful. In the future If I need any Verizon needs I will always go to this location and deal with either Larry or Lona in person. Thank you Larry very much. I have been here a few times and I plan on coming back to this store as long as Larry still works here. He is absolutely amazing and one of the best employees someone could ask for. Best Verizon store ever! I had really bad experience in 2 other local Verizon stores and was ready to cancel my contract until I went to this store, they fixed everything 🙂

She was awesome and the only one working. I came in late at night for a car charger. Even though she was the only one there she helped me immediately and found what I needed. She was very polite and quick. She charged me on one register but it froze up and had to ring me out in a different one. With all that happening and her rough day she still assisted me and didn’t have an attitude one bit. She deserves a raise to be the only person working should be a problem but she held it down!

I highly recommend Verizon in Colonial Square shopping center in Colonial Heights. Larry was very knowledgeable and friendly and he listened. He wanted to make sure I got a phone that was right for me - so I ordered my phone. My husband and I had come here because of our daughters recommendation for this Verizon and I needed a new phone. We were very pleased with the service level and plan to return when my husband decides to upgrade!

My phone had done an unexpected reset that appeared to wipe out all my saved pictures! I came to the Colonial Heights store and Marjorie (MJ), the store manager, was able to help me find all my pictures and restore them to where I could find them. To someone who is pitifully not tech-savvy, this was like performing a miracle! Marjorie has helped me on a few other occasions and she does a great job! She is attentive and helpful and will address customers as they come in to try to help them even when tied up helping another customer so their wait it not so long.Marjorie is a great asset to Verizon!

Went in on Sunday 7/12/20 to replace my phone, look at several and asked price. So finally I agreed on Galaxy S20 5G was told this phone was $1000.00 but with promotional discounts it would be around $800.00 and something. Well I did not get a paper copy of contract and didnt think I needed to check behind the sales person on what I was told. Got my text for my regular payment and was high, went to see why and there was no discount. Sale guy never said that the discount didnt apply. So now on day 14, Sunday the stores are closed, and no phones manged after 5pm. Goning to try and get an explanation on Monday and see what happens to my discount. If no discount Im done.

I havent upgraded in a long time...walking into this location I felt right at ease...my sales rep. was Armond and he explained everything so that I clearly understood what I was purchasing and how to work my new phone. I couldnt have asked for better customer service.

Says it closes at 7 on the website & the phone number for the store but when myself & my family arrived at 6:11 on a Sunday the guy cleaning the windows said they were closed and would not let us in. We called and after telling them what the website & phone recording said we were asked did we even know what store we were talking about. When my husband said yes and gave them the address and phone number for their store, it’s oh we have to update that...wow, customer service does not reside here and I will never return to this store. It’s crazy because we have 5 lines & we were coming to upgrade all of them to the new iPhones but couldn’t get in the store where they were still serving other customers. I’ll go where my money is appreciated, & it’s not here!!

I went in to pay off my cell phone with my refund from taxes, speaking on phone with Verizon they told me to write a check and pay that way it would go to proper account instead of mailing in so I did. I go in and they cant except a check for it yet they excepted my check for my monthly payment. Doesnt make since?? I told them what was told to me had check written out! They called on phone to somebody it was a mess, tried to talk me out of it, finally said they could take credit card only, said I would like some savings, I told them I wanted to pay it off and not have it hanging over my head for a couple years. Finally I gave in and paid on my credit card, didnt want to wanted to use my check, but I was fed up at this point and so were they Im sure. Normally when I go in this office everything runs smoothly and Im very satisfied. Just not good this trip.
