I didnt like the service in there the lady didnt tell me that I was going to charge me for a new phone and then I had to pay $21.95 which I already paid my phone bill and then the lady got me a case and screen protector without asking me first do that was not cool

The staff in this store was very unprofessional! I had to repeatedly tell them what I wanted and they took forever to give me a new line and constantly telling me that my phone was locked but it was unlocked! They just didn’t know how to put a SIM card in correctly! I have no problem with metro pcs only this location.

They cant do anything at this store (the one on the boulevard)but sell you a phone. Dont waste your time at this location go to store down by mall.
