My husband and I was looking to purchase a phone for our son because he lost his iphone but our son insisted that he WANTED AN iPHONE, but after speaking with KC, he was assured that it is totally ok to have an android. KC explained all the details about the phones and executed everything professionally and with great courtesy. He treated us with respect. We were SO happy. If you are looking to purchase a cellphone and want professionalism, go and see KC. Definitely 5 STARS!!!!!😄

Absolutely fabulous customer service! The sales associate Nay (and I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly) was so friendly, informative, and helpful. Im probably the most technologically ignorant person in the world and she helped me with professionalism and patience. Went above and beyond. Will stay with Cricket just because of the staff alone!

I visited this store last week. I havent purchased anything yet but Im definitely coming back to switch from Sprint. The person I spoke with was Rebecca. She was very knowledgeable and really nice. Great personality!! She answered all of my questions flawlessly. I suggest checking them out and definitely ask for Rebecca.

I had a very bad experience at the Cricket store in Colonial Heights, VA. They could not take care of my text problem. Last Thursday l got a very messed up text, numbers, letters upside down question marks, today l got three more from a different friend. I was told that this was not a problem from cricket, but a problem from my friends phone.

Went in last week to get service because I was tired of AT&Ts ridiculous prices and the whole contract thing.The manager Rebecca was fantastic she made the transition seamless and got me all set up. I really appreciated the fact the she actually took the time to answer all my questions. It made me feel a lot better about switching. So far I have been very pleased with the service and thinking about bringing my sister and her family on board. If anyone is looking to get service definently go to the colonial heights cricket and ask for Rebecca shes awesome and made everything super simple.

Went to this store. Hector and Ryan are both nice. I have been a long time customer of tmobile 15 yr. Tired of the price ridiculous for 2 phones. So far so good with service with cricket and love my new price.

Great Manager

After spending 2 hours in the store because their computer system kept locking up I get home with 5 devices which I have no choice of the ones I wanted because they had one one device in stock. I get home and one device starts up in safe mode and locks up. The other 3 over heat, lock up and battery dies within 30 minutes. After returning to the store, they would not exchange the phones and Would not refund my money. After calling customer service they nothing was resolved and Im stuck with 3 phones we can not use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CRICKET TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never once have they tried to make anything worth me switching companies. Please be aware.

Such such poor service from the day i got it hasnt had more than two bars of service you gotta better chance sending a letter in the mail to whoever you are talking too they will hear it clearly and it will actually get there
