They repaired a company pickup truck. They communicated with us about what they found and made the repairs without piling on unneeded repairs. We will return with other trucks when needed.

We always use Balch Alignment and frame for our repairs. They just finished work on our 2002 Camry and it’s like new!!

Balch is my go to place. Undercarriage, brakes, alignment, wheel balance or any thing, they are the best. Chris, Will or Marlan are excellent craftsman. Doug will set the appointment and you are serviced on time, in full at reasonable cost. 5 stars.

These guys know their stuff. If no one can get your vehicle alignment right call these guys, itll be another easy day for them. They can easily explain issues in a manner that you can understand. Theyve made me aware of things that will soon be an item that needs attention and didnt make me replace thing that didnt need it.

Gave me an alignment knowing I needed ball joints and would need another alignment after they were done should have waited to do the alignment until the ball joints were done now I have to pay for it twice

Best alignment shop I have been able to find for my lifted Tacoma. I have been to at least ten different shops and these are the only guys that get it right. I have a lifetime alignment at Firestone and still pay these guys to do it right!

Not the company they used to be. Very disappointed the past few times I’ve taken my vehicles there. For example, tacked on $100+ to replace one (1) headlight bulb. They said they had to remove the front grill which is totally false. They were dealing with my wife which may have had something to do with it. Either way, won’t be going back!

I used balch alignment for over ten years for various services to include vehicle inspections. The last time I took a vehicle was for a wheel alignment, I left the car and they called an hour later saying that it was going to be $956, when I went to pick up the car I asked the mechanic to show me what warranted a thousand dollars (it was Friday and Chris was off) the mechanic was irritated that I would ask for an explanation and told me he was busy and I would have to wait for an hour. I left and took the car to Firestone on ft. Lee and asked for a wheel alignment and to inspect the front end for any needed repairs. Firestone said everything looked good and did the wheel alignment for $80. The only conclusion I can make is that balch was trying to gouge me for unneeded repairs. Just beware of this shop and get a second opinion if it doesnt feel right.

I had my tie rods that were loose and it was eating up my tires so i took it to harris auto and they recommended me to Balch alignment and frame. Well needless to say i dont have that issue anymore. Great work
