My MIL took her s 10 to get fixed after an accident. They supposedly fixed it but used a bad seal. Thus when my son drove it the next day the seal broke and fluids went all over the place and now she has to get a new engine. They admitted to the bad seal and should have paid for all the damage that their bad seal caused. They did not. So they really didnt fix it they just caused more damage. Do NOT use them.

Listen I can’t knock the quality of the work done here. My car came looking beautiful with very few defects. The reason they are only getting a three star revie is as follows.Project management and attention to detail. The shop ordered the wrong hood for my car and never was able to get the straight. I ended up accepting the car back with the hood still damaged. My reason is this complaint is purely because the had the car for four months!Time management is a huge problem at this repair shop. Parts that the knew they need weren’t ordered until they needed the part to move forward. This added more delays. I’m sorry only goes so far since this repair took an amazingly long time.You heard that right the car was in the shop for four months! And came out unfinished. This leads me to communication. Unlike you call them and harass them you will not hear from them. This needs a lot of work. I’ve never had a car in the shop so long but it received no communication without me instigating it. They also ignored an error code for a bad O2 sensor making assumptions instead of contacting me to find out if this was expected. Please for the love of everything communicate with your client!Lastly they do an amazing job this is why they are getting a three star review over a one star. The paint job was better than factory. The fit and finish is perfect.

When I walked in spoke to guy on the left he didnt seem interested or direct me where to go. There were two other guys having a conversation so for I waited in the middle of the floor for 5 minutes just looking. Finally one of the guys acknowledged me.He was nice and very mannerable.They are pricey. Two stars because of the wait in the beginning and to paint my entire Honda Accord he said it would be 7k. I can buy a new car.

I just want to say thanks to Chuck,Lynn, Justin and rest of team at Battlefied for making me feel at ease about repairs and bodywork on my 4runner which was struck by a deer.It looks like new and even took extra steps and not letting insurance co.dictate what was needed.It took a few weeks but Ill tell you it was worth the wait.if you want a 2 day job with 2 day results go elsewhere.if you want a professional job like new from the dealer or better well let me tell you its worth the wait.
