Quality was good on work done to front bumper which is why it was brought there. When I went to pick up car they told me someone had backed it into another car so they fixed the damage. When I got home I looked closely and noticed runs in the clear coat on back bumper, the one they damaged. I took back next day and manager told me it was from previous work done to bumper. Back bumper was replaced by another Caliber a few years ago. I clean my vehicles weekly and so I know those runs were not there. I contacted other Caliber that had replaced back bumper and they told me to bring back because of the lifetime warranty on their work.

I have used this business in the past and have always been happy. Today I went in with my wifes car, an Audi, looked like someone hit her bumper, and knocked it out of wack. Woman took a look at it, didnt catch her name, but she said wait one minute, came back took keys and had it fixed in 5 minutes. No charge. Couldnt be happier, wife will be overjoyed.

The vehicle repairs were not upto mark initially and i went to them after a year, they honoured and fixed the issue, therefore changing my initial 3 stars to now 5 stars. So the warranty honoring is actually working. I have tried alreafy and would recommend for others .

Sadly my truck got clipped in a parking lot. Took my truck to Caliber to get an estimate. They were great on explaining everything that needed to be done. I cant thank enough between my car insurance and Caliber.

I called yesterday for 2 hours during non-peak times. Im calling again this morning during a non-peak time. I can get no one to answer the direct line, and when I reach the front desk, they say theres nothing they can do. They must be doing so well they dont need or want my business.

They do great work and my car looks like new! Patrick kept me informed throughout the process. The parts supplier sent the wrong parts twice but not Caliber’s fault. I would suggest they follow up more with the suppliers in the future to ensure accuracy.

Caliber Collision in Collierville was great to work with! The GM went above and beyond to assist me and some special accommodations. Dropped my vehicle off and they immediately started working on it and were done in less time than they expected. What was repaired looks brand new and you would never know any repair was ever made. Great customer service and great work. They may be a nation wide company but this location treats you like a home town business. I would use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

The quality was horrible- orange peel, overspray, hood and mirror not repaired. Took the vehicle back and has been sitting for two weeks with no phone call or update on completing repairs. The claim was paid in full and I guess my car is no longer a priority.

I would recommend Abra in Collierville to anyone. I had them repair the damage to my Denali, as I was rear ended recently. They did wonderful work, no hassle at all, and my vehicle was ready even sooner than they anticipated. I was constantly updated during the process and the customer service was great! Also, they cleaned my vehicle, inside and out! Very impressed with them.

I took my SUV to Caliber Collierville after my accident to be repaired. I was very nervous and didnt know the process. I worked with Marvin Bullard and he immediately put my mind at ease. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made my experience easy and worry-free. I got my SUV in a timely manner and it looked absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend Mr. Bullard and Caliber to friends and family.

Dont send your car here if its for an insurance claim. They were supposed to do an initial estimate and quote to provide the insurance company including a report of condition. They did not look at the mechanics, open the hood, look underneath it. They missed that it was a full leather interior and had premium wheels on it. Basically they took the check list did a quick walk around (maybe) and sent it into the insurance company. That led them to value my car as fair/good. After about 6 hours on the phone with the insurance company everything was rated very good/good increasing my car value by 35%, no thanks to Abra Collierville. Its still undervalued by about $1500 but its been an uphill battle because Abra decided to be lazy with the valuation.We picked them because of a quick look at their reviews, I am sure they are decent at fixing things but if they think your car will be a total loss by insurance they dont care. Dont make the same mistake I did.

Youd be crazy to go elsewhere. Great location in Collierville, and they give you the white glove experience every time you visit them. Their GM does final quality control and has a discerning eye. I hope nobody needs their services (lets face it, a trip to the body shop isnt a fun one) but if luck serves you poorly, this is the only place you should trust.

Terrible!!! Customer Service sucks!!! Not sure how they made the list for State Farm. Will NEVER go back and and nor will I refer anyone. Lady at the desk didnt care at all. Never got off her butt. Everything by appointment ONLY. I didnt make an appointment for an accident. My hood wont even close and yet, I was advised its safe. AutoNation took my car right in and Im now in my rental. Stay away from ABBRA Auto Glass in the Memphis,TN area!!I have tried for over three months to have my car windshield replaced. Due to my work location I could not have it replaced at work and only a Saturday installation was possible. After over a month of waiting for a delivery date, I waited all morning for the installation. I was notified by the tech late in the morning that the windshield was cracked and would have to be reordered. Lost morning! Now, several weeks later I have waited all morning for the installer to arrive, when Stacey calls to say the tech does NOT have all the parts to do the installation. Even though they called to confirm the appointment yesterday.Obviously,Abbra AutobGlass cannot be trusted to deliver on their commitment to service if any kind. On both occasions they should have known the day prior that the glass was damaged or that they did not have all the parts needed. Making an appointment confirmation phone call would lead one to believe they could do the job.Best advice: do business with a customer company that can be trusted- not Abbra!

I waited two weeks for an appointment and then I showed up without my claim number for the appointment that was made using my claim number and I was told that I would have to pay for the repair myself if I didn’t have the claim number. When I said I would go elsewhere the receptionist rudely said “Goodbye” to my face.
