Excellent job. They are friendly, funny, and do a wonderful job. Amy, Josh, Jerry, and the rest of the staff helped my repair move smoothly. Jason always does his job to the best anyone could ask for. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience! Would not recommend to anyone. Very shady place. Car returned in worse condition than when they received it. They do not answer the phone. I had to call many times to get updates on what was happening with car and adjustment. They never once called me first. Very unprofessional. Notice there are no recent reviews of this place. Not sure if it has undergone new management or what, but they are anything but “superior”.

I just had some body work done on my SUV. The staff was so friendly and the work was amazing! They even cleaned the inside of my car! I was super impressed! Will do business with again!

Very friendly and polite. Worked hard to meet our needed deadline. Were were very grateful for all of their effort to work with our time table. They were recommended by our insurance company. They did good quality work. Easy to find as they were right on the main highway.

They did an excellent job of repairing my 2017 Cadillac after I damaged the right front in an accident. You could never tell that there was an accident at all. Car drives smoothly and is well aligned. Very happy with the outcome.

Several imperfections such as bubbles, overspray, and dimples on the finished paint job they were unable to fix and charged me full price for their service which was very expensive due to their claim of being simply the best. Very disappointing, do not plan on using them ever again.

I walked in told them what I needed and dropped it off the next day for repairs. I received my truck back the following week and it looked so good. Thanks to Superior on the work done on my truck. I would recommend and use them again.

My family has had some terrible luck with cars over the years and, at least a couple times annually, weve always found ourselves needing repairs of some variety. My experience with other places has never been on par with the experience Ive had with Superior. The work is fantastic, timely, and everyone from the front desk to the shop takes pride in it. For as long as Im living in the Memphis area, Superior Auto Body will be the only shop doing body work on my car. My family feels the same way.

TERRIBLE. I called for a repair, drove all the way there just for them to say they had me for just an estimate. I told them I scheduled a repair over the phone, then they went with the old Cliché no one here would do that well someone did. IF YOU CALL TO SET UP A REPAIR, MAKE SURE YOU RECORD THE PHONE CALL.
