My experience was great dealing with Joe Stewarts Collision! Back in Nov of 2020 I decided it was a good idea to back my 2019 Maybach into my statue fountain in the drive way, I was devastated I was referred to Joe Stewart from a friend who said they specialize in Mercedes. I met Billy the service writer and Dan the manager who assured me it was no big deal and handled it all very professionally great guys. Bryan the body tech did an absolutely amazing job you cant even tell it happened! 10/10 happy and would recommend the shop to anyone with a Mercedes.

Had a front bumper replaced on my car. They did an outstanding job on body/fit and painting. Completed on-time and handled the insurance claim/paperwork. Highly recommend them!!!!
Took the car to Joe Stewart to get an estimate to fix rainwater leaking thru the trunk. The company could have pocketed $500 for the service easy, instead they told me to get in touch with the last body shop who fixed the car from a collision 5 years ago as it was still under lifetime warranty. They were proven right.I thank them very much for their professionalism and honesty.
Called and asked for an estimate. Was told to come in and ask for a guy named Tim and to bring my car in and that it would only take 10 min. He was polite and seemed friendly. When I get there, I tell the women working at the front desk that I am looking for Tim and that he was to give me an estimate. She tells me to fill out paperwork and then says nothing else. So I then go sit down as I am assuming Tim is to come soon. Well, I ended up sitting there for about 30 min ...maybe longer.... and still no answer as to how much longer it would be or anything said. So I asked her how much longer it would take, she stated that she wasnt sure as there were a few others ahead of me. So why ask for Tim if I drive all the way up there ...waste gas just to fill out paperwork and then sit there and wait. For that they should have told me to make an appointment! And I would have done so. I definitely will not bother to come back as she was quite rude, and doesnt communicate well with customers. Absolutely terrible customer service just trying to get a quote! Ill go elsewhere where they know how to communicate properly with their customers, and treat them well, and want my money!

Joe Stewart Collision does an incredible job from customer service to quality of work. Dan Wright does a great job running the business, keeping customers informed throughout the process. They provide everything the insurance companies need for your claim to go smoothly. Excellent resource for all your auto body needs!
Took my truck in for a few repairs & it came back to me looking better than it did originally! The manager of the Collierville location, Dan Wright, will take good care of you! Any bodywork that you might need I would highly recommend these guys....for sure!
I had them repair my bumper. I didnt use insurance. Work was completed ahead of schedule and for the price estimate. They were the lowest of the three quotes. Other shops quoted replacing parts that obviously didnt need to be replaced.
Joe Stewart has had my car for more than 3 1/2 months and still has not completed the repairs. During that entire time, they have never once even called me with an update. Whenever I call and speak to Tim, their service rep., he is very rude, claims they keep finding more damage and blames the insurance company for the delay. Their customer service is horrible. Dont take your car here unless youre prepared for terrible customer service and to wait to get your car back for a VERY long time

They did a good job in doing their auto body work on my car, even though it took them 2 months to do it. I have no complaints on that end...they did an excellent job, but I am out $744.00, because State Farm would not pay for the 2nd month of using a rental car! I know they had a lot of cars they were working on at the same time as mine (they were under a lot of pressure), and they pulled through with flying colors, even though it took them 2 months. My complaint was when they released my car, they said it was ready to go. My car was making a grinding sound (metal was grinding on metal) when I pulled out. One of the managers said it was the brake fluid making that sound, and it was normal for a car that had been sitting there that long for a period of time that had not been in operation, and it would work itself out. What??? I took my car to Collierville Imports around the corner. I told the mechanic who started to work on my car to take a drive with me to find out the sound. Paul, the mechanic and owner, said it was obvious my car is making a grinding sound on the front end, and it was a metal on metal sound, and not the brake fluid moving thru the lines, and Paul broke out laughing that this manager would say this, because this doesnt sound like fluid, but metal on metal. They fixed it. I told Paul (the mechanic and owner), How could someone release a car making such a sound? He said, I dont know why, and Im not going to comment on that, but dont worry, we will fix it. In truth, they do a great job for auto body repair work, but they lied to me about the sound my car was making! I will never take my car there again, nor will I recommend this place to any one. You live and learn. I wonder if Kevin Hendrix (the President) knows how bad it is here, because I tried contacting him the past 2 months my car was here in Collierville and wanted to ask him, Why 1 month, Why 2 months, and he did not return my calls. There goes Christian Ethics in business out the door! I was contemplating about going to the BBB, but Im not, because they did such a great job on fixing my car. I read a reviewer they responded to here on Google, We love our customers. Well, I guess...not me, because they released my car that could have resulted in an accident or fire! Where did the love go for me?
