The machine was broken when I visited on Friday am. Limited selection left. Felt sorry for the nice lady behind the counter who was doing her best considering the situation.

I stopped this morning for doughnuts to take to my office. I was greeted by a wonderful cheery Layla. She was courteous professional and gave me time to decide what I needed! When I pulled up to the window, SHE WAS ALONE! This girl was packing doughnuts, taking orders making the ice coffee. This girl is AMAZING!!! YOU NEED TO TAKE OF THIS GIRL TO KEEP HER!!!!

Amazing service and delicious donuts every time. Perhaps some of the visitors would not get frustrated if they understood that this business computer system requires the employees to enter the amount of donuts prior to being able to fulfill the order, hence why they ask the quantity of donuts your order will be. Also customers should keep in mind that they can’t keep hot donuts ALL day because all of the hot donuts would pile up and it would literally be like the chocolate factory episode of I Love Lucy. The app does help to notify when donuts are hot. Their employee Layla is always professional, friendly and great with kids.

If you go to college station, you have to stop by this place. I couldnt resist buying a box of the best donuts. Prices start at $ 99 for donuts. go and have some donuts and a cup of coffee. 😍😇🍩🍩 you will not regret it.!!!!

It tastes good but being from South Africa, the Krispy Kreme over there is more professional in the following ways: donuts are all one size and looks like what is advertised. It may be machine made in South Africa but it is better. Nonetheless it tastes the same over here, I just wish they had the red velvet cake

They didnt listen or clarify my order. When I checked the box they had placed 2 doughnuts in that I dont like and the entire dozen was cold. The specialty doughnut I ordered was disgusting 😑 and not properly made. My kids did enjoy the chocolate glazed with sprinkles and the strawberry glazed with sprinkles. All in all 2 out of 5 stars guys.

The glazed hot donuts are to die for, and I am not a huge donut person. The iced latte was also very delicious, however the medium was a little smaller than I expected it to be.

The doughnuts here are excellent and the staff are friendly. Service can be slow, however, even with very few customers. Many of the doughnuts are often times either sold out or werent made that day.

My friend and I went for the promotion they had which was buy a dozen and get a game day dozen for a $1. On the Instagram promotion it shows a custom assorted dozen so that’s what we got. The promotion details says we can get ANY dozen and the game day dozen comes with 6 glazed and 6 football. They didn’t even get our gane day dozen right. When we went to the counter we were told the picture was deceiving and it was supposed to be only a all glazed dozen. We were willing to pay extra for the assorted dozen and showed no disrespect. The young lady who was new was very kind and so was Shannon and didn’t even argue and allowed us to have the assorted dozen. The cashier was extremely rude by making facial expressions and clearly talking about us to her coworker in front of us because she was annoyed. The experience was not welcoming due to that one cashier lady who was very annoyed just having to make one extra transaction for us which took less than 10 seconds. Thank you to Shannon and the other lady who grabbed our doughnuts for making our experience better than the cashier.

At home I would have to drive about 60 miles, to get some of these awesome donuts, but here in Texas visiting my family and its just down the road. YUMMY

Depends on what time of day you go the coffee in the coffee mixed drinks are gooda and all that is good for donuts fresh warm donut,s either way they always got Exotics and different types of donuts just remember Three 6 or 9 or more for ordering Donuts. 😉😁

Finally they are open. Hands down they have the best donuts. Even after a day of sitting (yes I know that’s hard to believe that a donut could not get eaten the day it’s purchased), they still taste fresh. Love the plain, the chocolate glazed and strawberry glazed.

Great tasting donuts and phenomenal service. One of the employees came out and explained the whole donut making process to us and even gave us free hot donuts afterwards. When my group was sitting at the tables eating he came back out and let us try fresh cinnamon sugar donuts for free as well. He was very friendly and had a huge smile on his face. Definitely will be coming back

Wow the service! The manager gave me and my friends free cinnamon donuts fresh, and went out of his way to let us know we could stay as long as we wanted, told us about the WiFi, and showed us the power out outlets. I’m absolutely making this my regular study spot; better vibe and more affordable than a lot of coffee shops! Good coffee too, they do all the standard drinks and good quality coffee to begin with. Please come and give the place more love!!!

My first time coming was a couple of days ago, I showed up w mine and my husbands vaccine cards for a free donut. The lady at the window was in her pink pajamas and informed me that the person had to be present, but she would allow it this time. Her tone wasnt the friendliest, but I appreciated her allowing me to get the donuts. I told her thank you and she didnt respond.Today my husband and I went together, we ordered 1/2 dozen plus our 2 free donuts. I asked her if we could get them warm and she told me no bc we ordered filled donuts, which makes sense, so I asked if we could get our 2 glazed donuts warm and she said okay pull up.The two donuts were cold, and I just figured no big deal, but then we noticed two of our chocolate filled donuts were not filled, just regular donuts, so we went back. We informed the lady at the speaker about the donuts not being filled and she told us to look at it sideways and we should see the cream. We told her we broke them in half and there was no cream. She said okay pull up. When we got to the window, I believe the manager came to the window. He was very polite and informed us that the machine wasnt calibrated correctly so it wasnt filling the donuts properly. He gave us a regular cream filled donut plus another one to make up for the mistake. He asked if we needed anything else, and thats when I brought up the glazed donuts not being warm. He informed us that donuts are only hot when the sign is lit up out front. He offered to heat them up in the microwave, but we passed and told him thank you for letting us know since we werent aware of that. I wish the other lady had taken the time to explain that to me or just heated them up in the microwave. Leaving 2 stars bc the manager was very professional and informative. Other than that, the customer service and professionalism of the lady in the pink pjs definitely has room to grow.

We have been three separate times on different days at different times of the day and there are literally no donuts available to order. We have sat in line for well over 20 minutes each and every time only to be told there are no regular donuts available (yes, even glazed). If the store doesnt have any donuts available, PLEASE TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY WAIT HALF AN HOUR FOR NOTHING. Not going back again. Weve had some very unhappy kids because of this. Thanks for nothing.

It wasnt bad however its too sweet than the one donut shop i love in town. I enjoyed the lemon creme filled donut. I have tried most of them, their white cream filled was good too but very sweet. Their place more modern and better than other donut shops only problem is the smell of frying oil.

I originally shared a review when it first opened, and gave the store one star. The owner contacted me and asked me to give them a try again. And I did. I had hopes for the store because the man in there running it had the place running like the Krispy kremes I grew up on. Then he left, and the store once again was horrible. SO I decided to wait a few months, and give it another try. In the last month, I have gone in there once on a Sunday morning around 9am wanting glazed donuts. Family was in town, and wanted donuts. I was told I had to wait 30 minutes for glazed donuts. They had none. I was just needing 1 dozen. I could not even get one donut. Ordered a couple chocolate, and the glaze was so bad. It tasted like it was old. Tried again this morning. Ordered donuts for my classroom. I did get a dozen glazed. This was at 6:30am. No red light on. Lady at drive in was trying to get orders. I was 3rd in line. It was like she was the only one in the store running the shop. After 15 minute wait, I did get my order. The donuts were horrible. Tasted old again. When you look in the window, you can see donuts piled up every where. I do not get how this place has 4 out of 5 stars. It is so inconsistent.

Marci is great! Donuts are only fresh early in the morning up until 10 or 11, then again at 5. I worked here for about 10 months, and most of the owners are great! Brian and Rachelle are very friendly people. Just don’t go through the drive through and expect a hot donut at 2 in the afternoon, as the hot light won’t be on. If they were to run hot donuts all day 95% of the product would go to waste. There’s no need for that, and there’s no need to be uptight when you see the hot light is not on and still demand hot donuts and don’t get them. The staff are very friendly, always welcoming when first entering unless they’re busy.

Best donuts in town! They have a signature taste to them. The warm glazed donuts are my favorite. However the last experience I had was with an employee who kinda just almost tossed the donuts at us in the drive thru. Very lazy and wasn’t careful with our order.

I worked here for a couple of months as a donut maker before quitting. The reason I had to leave Is because I morally could not serve that food. There are large quantities of bugs in the flour. Not just in the back room but living in the flour itself. The bugs in the flour are not weevils but In the weevil family and eat, live, and poop In the flour. When alerting the management of the infestation they would tell me Im not doing my job and to just make the donuts.or ignore me. Bobby the manger was horrible and yelled at his employees multiple times a week. I cannot express how bad this location is. Please save your money.

Came through the drive through and order 6 original and as I was adding more the lady gave the total I said excuse me I am still ordering and I was adding the additional donuts she asked rudely how many donuts are they and at that point I decided to not even proceed with my order and told her to cancel it and gave attitude about it. Went at noon so not the most busy of times for a donut place, or so you would think. I grew up eating Krispy Kreme and never have I seen one this ransacked through. There was clearly no manager on shift and the workers were semi-nice at best. They were out of a good amount of donuts and just look at the refreshments. What? This place is brand new....who owns/ runs this place lol? Currently it looks like minimum wage workers do. The donuts were decently fresh and not hard / old like some reviewers have had. The wait time was about 10-20 mins for 3 or 4 people ahead of me inside. The layout inside is cool and has room to hangout but one tv was off. I hope whoever is the owner / manager steps their game up or this place will sadly fall.

We compared the taste of donuts of five different places at College Station on the same day. Krispy Kreme was the best one. Though not the cheapest but It worths it.

Walk in not order at drive thru! Thats a wait and you cant hear well. Need to get better devices or just how drive thru was the rain was hard for both of us to hear. A car in front of us used there own umbrella but, we didnt bring ours. So that definitely made it harder.

We went there early morning, there were 3 people waiting for their order and nobody on the counter. We waited 7 minutes in front of the counter, with a couple of employees looking at us without adressing the need for wait. What looked like manager saw us waiting and waiting and did nothing. Both of the other employees seems they have never done the job before and were working at astonishingly slow pace. A long line formed behind us. We just left after we were ignored for 7 minutes. The management of this branch has to go.

I have been to this location a handful of times now and I have never had a good experience. My first couple of times there was a horrendous line, okay service, and stale donuts.i just went by today to get my roommates and I’s free covid vaccine donut. We went through the drive through and waited at the menu for a while, thinking maybe it was closed. Right before we pulled up, a man answered and we ordered our two donuts. We did not tell him at the menu that we were coming for our free ones, so when we pulled up to the window we told him about our cards and he said “You should have told me back at the speaker because it’s already in the system so you have to pay for it” His tone was very sassy and we felt like we were being accused of something because we didn’t know better. Then he said “I was able to use a coupon so you only have to pay for one” which stood out to us because it doesn’t make sense that he wouldn’t be able to change the order before tendering and instead it just sounds like he was trying to make life harder for everyone involved.Overall, I remembered why I never go to this location and don’t plan on coming back.

Haven’t been to a Krispy Kreme in over a year... at this store it was 20 minutes only to be served by a gal with an attitude, and for one of the 3 donuts we ordered to be out of stock. When I asked what it could be replaced by she pondered for a moment and proceeded to tell me she didn’t know while shrugging it off. She then came back to say it could be substituted for a Kreme filled and I conceded. To top it all off, the donuts were nice and cold 👌🏼 Hands down the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to.

The sad thing is, I dont know if theyre actually out of every dang donut, or if the employees are just too lazy to get the donuts we ask for. (Todays issue was the latter).I think weve eaten our last College Station Krispy Kreme donut, Id rather support a smaller shop that puts effort in having a variety of product and good customer service.

Really disappointed in this Krispy Kreme they hardy ever have hot donuts its always about 40 min until we have them however every other Krispy Kreme on the app has hot donuts available. Idk if its mis managed or something else. But I wouldnt be surprised if this one closes soon because this isnt just this time its multiple visits.

Donuts were good, Iced coffee was weak compared to the other location I visited this week. Biggest problem was the rude woman I encountered when trying to have my coffee prepared. Other staff was pleasant but you know they they say about the one bad apple.

The employee working the drive thru was all but professional. Handed us a box that wasn’t our order and before we could respond she shut the window and walked off with our money. When she returned we informed her it wasn’t our order and again she walked off and shut the window. Finally she returned with our order and before we could tell her she forgot our drink, she YET AGAIN shut the window and walked off. No apologies for the wrong order or the inconvenience. I never had a Krispy Creme donut, but let me tell you. My first experience was terrible! Waited in line for 50 mins, out of most donuts we wanted to order. Ordered different ones anyways. Waited at the drive through window 15 mins before being greeted. Order still came to me wrong and all of my donuts were dry and old. Only thing pleasant about the experience was the nice redheaded young lady working there. My condolences to her.

Was in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then the lady said I could order whenever I was ready so I started. Marci said to stop cause she wasn’t at the computer and a couple minutes later I started ordering. They had original donuts but when I ordered a mixed dozen they were out of all chocolate covered donuts and filled donuts.... so I ended up just getting two original dozen. Got to the window and she was incredibly rude and I had to repeat everything multiple times. Not what I expected especially since they were out of a lot of donuts on a Sunday morning and had the rude person at the window/ taking orders. Hopefully you don’t get Marci!

I am so disappointed and upset. I ordered my halloween donuts in advance. When I went to pick them up I only received 2 kinds out of an assortment for halloween. The donuts were missing eyes and were smudged and looked like they were made in a rush. I love this place but I am not real happy with this $37.50 purchase. If you are able to order ahead and I did I feel my order should have been perfect not just receiving frankenstein and dracula.

Havent had a Krispy Kreme donut since I was 6 or 7. The glazed ones were really good. I got some creme/custard ones as well and the outside was a but tough, like they were sitting out for a while. It was super packed inside as well. My advice would be to go in the morning/afternoon when everything is super fresh.

We love Krispy Kreme and when we moved to College Station were excited that one would be opening soon. We took our 3 kids to the Grand Opening and were not disappointed. It was super busy as we expected but everyone was friendly and working hard to serve the customers. We just went back a few days ago and the great service and donuts continues.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Bobbie, the manager, was so friendly and accomadating! It was my very first time at a Krispy Kreme and I was craving some donuts at 9pm. He graciously made me some fresh cinnamon sugar donuts, and made me feel welcome and valued! He let me sample different flavors to be sure I liked them before buying. I had such a wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you!☺

Great Donuts

They are busy all hours of operation. Didnt go.inside as they just opened less than a week so I did drive thru. The menu is so BIG but at least its.lit up so, you might want to bring your shades even at night time to be able see the menu w/o going blind....I ordered but didnt get what I ordered, a little disappointed but prices are high to.me. the wait wasnt long. Seemed a clean parking lot well lit like I said.

The apple fritters are amazing! The original glazed is a no fail and they make some other yummy ones too like a cookies and cream and a raspberry jelly filled. There are hot and iced coffees too. The original glazed latte is yummy.

Nobody greeted me when I walked in... 3 employees standing right in front of me. Donuts looked horrible, glaze breaking down, all chocolate was different shades - some thick some runny. Paid, employee handed me my receipt and walked away. OH... and manager walks in and starts barking at orders at everybody with no mask on for about 5 minutes. You can tell why this place is such a dump.

Doughnuts are awesome as usual but the service is always horrendous. The people at the register always have a bad attitude and act like you’re a burden for buying from them. I wish they would rethink about the people they have working in the front.

I love Krispy Kreme, however, as excited I was to visit the new store in Aggieland, I was greatly disappointed with the customer service. Their poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth, and the only reason I would return to this facility is for their sweet donuts. I was disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm employees displayed. My boyfriend and I visited, and the employee prepping the drink my boyfriend ordered complained loudly about having to do it. I love seeing when the donuts are being made when I walk in, but this store had zero donuts being glazed, and employees were laughing/joking around in the background. I was shocked to see a brand new store with no donuts in the making, and lethargic service.

I was so happy that this place opened because my favorite was the warm original glazed donuts. However when we arrived the hot and ready sign was on. They handed us a dozen cold glazed donuts. Also the service lacked a lot. Not as friendly as the first time I visited. You can see what they were lazy and unattentitive.

I have been to many Krispy Kreme in this country and I love them. This location however has disappointed me on several occasions. Employees are not happy with their jobs, as you can tell by the attitude and the atmosphere. I have never gotten donuts I wanted from this location. Always had to settle for second choices or third choices. No matter of the sign is lit up or not, donuts are never hot. I’m sorry to say that I will not be back to this location. Shipleys has earned my respect in this town. Good luck to you Krispy Kreme in Aggieland. You’ll need it if you keep this service up.

Every time I come in, I love seeing the leadership in action and the manager patiently and orderly instructing the employees. The doughnuts are always amazing. :)Two comments though: I wish they offered powered sugar doughnuts (as the website has) because I much prefer the less sweet options the company has. Additionally, I came one day to study and was there three hours and many employees came to sweep and wipe down tables and yet...the floors were never clean. There were still crumbs under tables. Maybe a quick damp mop would go a long way towards overall appearance.
