Wow! I am in awe. I think this was the best Starbucks experience I have had. I was previously a District Manager for a telecom company and can tell this team is very well trained on the customer experience. Everyone greeted us as we walked in (awesome delight because this is not a normal behavior), the bathrooms were clean, and employees were so helpful! I could tell the evening shift was coming in and their manager or shift leader was giving them an overview of what to accomplish. This is teamwork.I also enjoyed seeing pictures of the store team and the free coffee grounds for soil! Coffee grounds are great for soil and composting!Awesome job and keep it up!

Friendly staff. But they are too loud when they call out your name. It is hard to read inside. The outside area is nice.

Stopped by Starbucks on our way home after dinner and my husband found a finger nail in his caramel Frappuccino 🤮 We were so disgusted and disappointed. He didn’t even want to finish his drink So sad because this is the only one by our house which we always go to but after tonight.. we’ll be making the drive to go to one in Bryan.

This really is the best Starbucks in town. For starters they are open a good half hour later than just about every other location in College Station, which as a night owl is very helpful. It’s also easy to access from Texas 6. The service is friendly, and most important, competent. The orders are always correct, and this location often seems better stocked than the others. 5 stars.

Went to get a venti tea and waited 35 minutes, called in to see what is the hold up she says because “it’s game day” there was no cars in the front. Worst experience I have had and still did not get my tea when we were driving off they were not busy making drinks and then the line in the drive through was extremely long. The amount of time that they spend chuckling can be spent on making orders.

I have had so many problems with this Starbucks location. As of today, I will not go again. Almost every other day my drink is made incorrectly. I am not sure why I would keep going and excepting anything different. There have been a few times where I will ask for extra shots of espresso and most of the time they never get put in the drink. Other times they have put too much milk in my drink when it only calls for maybe half a cup of milk. I know they are eyeballing it but seriously come on, I don’t want my entire latte to be milk. Especially if I paid for an extra shot and it isn’t even in the drink!!!!Also, when you pull up to the window you hardly ever get any iContact or conversation. It’s usually just the person taking orders and the drive through employee talking and ignoring you.

I have never once had a bad experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are always extremely friendly. I never know what to order and so they make me something random and it is always delicious!

Great experience forgot an extra drink but minor issue. Great drink and was able to get issue resolved at window. Keep it up!

I love this Starbucks, the service is always great and its in the perfect location.. Wait time can be a little long but it doesnt matter unless you are in a hurry. The drinks are always great here.

Best customer service I have seen. Order taker on drive thru was super nice. Even when I approached the window and requested to add a croissant to my order, there was no hesitation. I had a very satisfying experience, overall.

Did a scheduled mobile order for drive through pick up and waited 30 mins in drive through just to be told my order wasnt ready and I needed to come in. Which just peeved me as it made me late to getting to my sons school, which the large coffee order was for...teachers who stand out in the freeze cold to ensure our kids make it inside safe. Staff at Starbucks was beyond nice and doing their best to work quickly so no fault to them think they could use more help. But great attitudes all around.

This place is constantly slow, even with the simplest of orders and when there arent crowds.But if you want to be sassed for waiting on your order being fulfilled, you found the right place. (PS - I dont want to want to be standing in public places for long periods of time during a pandemic either, Maam. I wouldnt be still standing around in an empty Starbucks whose seats are all turned around if I wasnt waiting on something.) If you want better service, go to the Starbucks on Fitch or University.

This is my usual coffee stop in town, the service and coffee is great almost every time!

I’ve been going here a lot recently since discovering the app. I always order before leaving my house and I run inside and grab my order and run. Everyone here is always super nice and friendly and the order is always ready. This morning was the first morning I saw them behind and even though I left without a drink, I couldn’t stop thinking about how friendly the staff was even with all the irritated customers complaining. This Starbucks is the best.

Tried twice recently and the coffee is terrible like hard to drink terrible the people were nice and the speed of service was fine but literally McDonald’s has their coffee beat hands down waste of money

The food was ok but it took awhile to get the food.

Coffee is good. The parking lot is a nightmare every single time were here. Sit for a while and you can enjoy a MochaLatteRoadRage.

Love this Starbucks! Just came for red cup day and it’s chaos but they are amazing! I drove off and forgot my holiday cup but the friendliest lady answered the phone and ran the cup out to me so I didn’t have to get back in line! Love them!

Nice new Starbucks with very friendly people serving. Cold brew was a bit stale tasting but it was ok. Place has really cool decor.I find it disturbing that the baristas are allowed to advertise theyre personal disfunctions on their hats, aprons, and bodies and this place was to the extreme in that way. So I will avoid coming back.

This place is usually pretty great! The atmosphere inside is really nice to study and focus, but also hang out with friends. The baristas are great and super nice. The one time that they fumbled our order, they were super apologetic, gave us a refund and remade our drinks. The only downside is that the drive thru line is always long and relatively slow.

This Starbucks generally has a long line at the drive through but its because they do a great job. Ive never had a negative experience with them all the times Ive gone and my order is always just right. Friendly workers make a morning coffee so much more pleasant to get.

I used to love this starbucks, but now they have started playing music really loudly on the patio. When you ask them to turn the volume down, they say they will, but never end up doing it. Do not go to this Starbucks! I was in a fairly short line for 30 minutes, they got my one drink wrong and I couldn’t drink it because of the diet I’m on. I didn’t have time for them to re make it because I was later after waiting so long and on top of that. I got to the window and they were laughing and joking around. I have never had such a horrible Starbucks experience.

This starbucks has a drive-thru and is currently allowing you to order inside as well. They are not open for dine-in though. This is definitely a very busy location! They are usually packed.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. You will be waiting in the drive through line for 30-45 min EVERY time. It’s beyond ridiculous. They should either shut down or fire everyone that works for them and rehire employees that can work fast enough or even up to par.

Would give 5 stars but they make my drink wrong every time. I have been going to this Starbucks for over 3 years now as it is the closest to my house (a 5 min drive). Every morning I wait in the drive thru line for 20-30 minutes to get my coffee. I order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and ask to add the dark cocoa soy cold foam. I didn’t think this was a complex order until for the past 3 months I’ve gone, the baristas make it incorrectly EVERY time. Even when I explain when ordering that I want the VANILLA SWEET CREAM COLD BREW DRINK and want to ADD the cold foam on top. It may just be the way they are trained to make drinks so I don’t know that it’s not confusing for them. They always either just give me a cold brew black with the incorrect foam on top or they give me a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and the vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top. When I ask them to re-make it at the window they still sometimes get it wrong and I end up paying $5 for a drink that I don’t drink. Sometimes they make my drink with a regular lid and straw which defeats the purpose of the cold foam and it’s too late for me to change the order because I’ve already paid extra for the cold foam. The baristas are very friendly and kind and don’t mind remaking it usually but it is very unfortunate that they can’t get it right when I am there every morning. They should write it down on a paper because I seriously am there every day! I have probably wasted over $200 on drinks that are wrong over the past few months. I’ve started ordering something different but it’s a shame because the drink is really good when they get it right! Other than that, the inside is chill and the people are nice!

I went through the drive thru on May 8, 2020 around lunch time and I ordered 16 drink for my coworkers. I wish I would of gotten the name of the girl taking my order but she did GREAT!!!! Every single drink was correct and had each name on the cup. They were all made within 5 minutes and Dylan was out to deliver them all.

Just basic White Girl coffee like always. Ordered ahead on the app, went through the drive through since there was only 3 cars. Order was correct basically... I ask for extra hot, rarely is this is the reason they lose one star. The other one is lost for always being out of advertised products quite often.

They are a hard working place and they work really fast. I suggest going here.

This location has had a huge problem with service in the mornings. I’m not sure if they need to hire more employees or if the ones working there don’t care, but they are slow in the morning. Sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes is no ok. It needs to improve.

The wait in the drive thru....need I say more? Anyone who has gone through the drive thru at this location knows what I am talking about. Also, I have been going to this location for years and recently, I have experienced some super rude drive thru workers. I dont know what changed. They used to be friendly. Luckily, there are so many other options around town whether another Starbucks location or a whole different coffee place all together like 1541 Coffee, Gogh Gogh Coffee, Game Day Coffee etc. I prefer supporting local small businesses anyway.

If youre a student, this is definitely one of the best Starbucks locations in the College Station/Bryan area. It is one of the biggest ones in town and youre sure to find seating if you go Monday-Friday during the day. The staff is always kind and helpful. If they get your order wrong, they will fix it.

Long lines at drive through and lots of on line orders, but this team works together and gets it done.

Never had a positive experience here. Drive thru is a complete nightmare. Timed it (because I had so much time in the car waiting), they average over 7 minutes per vehicle. Thats not a parking lot issue; thats a staffing issue. Need another Starbucks on this side of town with drive thru.

Friendly baristas; always so welcoming! I love coming to this Starbucks. Ariel and Joe always have fun interactions with every customer and I love that when they have downtime at this store they sample coffee and pastries. Thats how I found one of my favorite drinks! Keep it up, guys!

The long wait for drive thru is ridiculous. Ive been a few times, always the same wait. The drive thru line can block traffic. They need to move this location!

This was my first Starbucks visit in years and definitely the best experience. I wish I got all the names I interacted with but there were three total. I was offered a sample but could not have it because Im lactose intolerant and the barista at the register offered an iced macho green tea latte with coconut milk sample and called down to have it made. Very friendly staff, the man who made my order was awesome to talk to (hes an army veteran if that helps). Everyone was very cheerful and pleasant. Really makes me want to return.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Starbucks cannot take a 100.00 bill. Not posted anywhere I can find. I know this location makes enough change to accept an $100 bill. I feel like if thats the rule then they could have done it this one time and then explained for next time. Didnt have my wallet on my, just a 100 and no warning. Waited in line, ordered, get to the window .. drive away with nothing. Oh... Then told to have a great day. (Seriously. You could have taken my money and given me my order and change, THEN Id have a great day!)

I really use to live for Starbucks. But not so much anymore. At this location the other day there was six people working and for those of us who were in line it took them 10 minutes to get to us. Seems like they were focused on the drive thru customers not the walk ups. Also, they have just gone up on prices too much. Simply cannot justify spending the amount of money I have in the past on their coffee.

I don’t usually visit this location but it seems every time I do it’s not a pleasant experience. Today was the worst, from the coffee to the way I was treated.

Near hi-way, easy to find. Quick on & off for coffee, Near A&M campus. Great staff, fast. Perfect for coffee and a bite if you are arriving or departing campus. Larger seating than most. Sufficient parking.

Not one of the best Starbucks. The drinks are fine, but they are consistently out of almost every single breakfast item on the menu. I have been coming here for months and it is rare that they actually have what I want to eat. This doesn’t happen to me at other Starbucks. Great location to stop at when driving by, but the drive through is often very busy and awkwardly placed.Ive always had fast service parking and going inside. I have never stayed more than a few minutes, but it looks like a decent place to stop and work - it is often packed with people who agree - plus they have a large patio.

This Starbucks was in College Station and was really busy when we arrived! I ordered the Grande Cafe Mocha which was hot and tasty! The thing that impressed me the most was that as busy as they were in the drive thru and inside, I received our order faster than I have at other locations! I look forward to stopping there again real soon!

Revised 10/16This is a very nice Starbucks but they are very busy. Employees are very friendly and willing to help but sometimes they are so busy that I feel sorry for them. Hopefully a new Starbucks will open soon at Tower Bridge and alleviate the load on this one.

Management & Staff were nice and professional. Place was very cleaned, merchandise was well stocked, food and espresso was very good, price and wait time was reasonable.

Fast courteous service. My orders are always handled well and the baristas always go the extra mile and do a great job brightening my day a bit.

The quality of people here is the issue. Drinks are great when they’re made right. It’s a very busy location which is understandable that issues can and will happen. I just don’t know if the issue is the employees don’t wanna be there or they’re stressed out. Something has gotta change though. DON’T DO DRIVE THRU!!!
