So……….. update I went back several times after my last review and I don’t know how they knew it was me but the did and the Kind Gentleman that served me apologized for what happened. I was like 😆 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 and couldn’t stop lol. I just want to say thank you for paying attention and correcting the problem, I truly appreciate it.This is a new location and I’ve been going there ever since they open up but Every time I go there for Ice Cream it seems that they are always out of Pistachio almond or only have enough for 1 quart. Then I get home and open it and it’s all the way at the bottom of the container 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄, stop cheating your customers if you don’t have it you don’t. Be honest and don’t charge me full price for half of what I ordered. So disappointed 😞 I wish there was another location in College Station or another Business that sells the same Ice Cream 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I think we all need to remember some understanding.The place is still packed anytime I go during the day since its opening; when they opened, they had brand new staff not dunkin pros, regionally we probably have different taste in products and the store is adjusting what they stock (i hope).Bagels>croissantsCold brew >iced CoffeeYou get more product for your money here than at Starbucks. As far as better, hopefully they start to take some pride in getting there. It is also covid and the holidays so lighten up people.

Ive been ordering dunkin through favor for a bit now, and recently the iced coffee has been so horrible. It tastes burnt and old and like they didnt add in the syrups or milk I asked for, despite the stickers that were printed on the cup having my order on it. You can tell from the color its not made correctly (its super dark, and a correct drink is not this dark) absolutely undrinkable. And unfortunately, it triggers my migraines.And its not an issue with my delivery driver, people I live with have gone to dunkin themselves and have had the same experience of a burnt, old and bitter coffee taste.For comparison, a image from their website (which is pretty accurate in color for their iced coffees if made correctly) and an image I took today of mine. Drastically different.

This is a woefully mismanaged Dunkin’ Donuts. My family was so excited when Dunkin came to town but I have not had one single good experience at this location. The staff is trained very poorly. The drive-through takes forever. My most recent experience was to place an online order only to get to the drive-through and realized the store was not even open. The times posted online say the store opens at 5 AM. I and several other customers waited for 45 For anyone to show up. It was 7:15 before I got my donuts. And then the order was wrong. Incredible. I had ordered a dozen donuts a bunch of munchkins and an iced latte. The only thing they have for me when I got to the drive-through window was the latte. They had thrown away the receipt and had no idea what else I had ordered.

I love this place! the people are awesome. who cares if you have to wait! the coffee is like $2.50. plus this place is ALWAYS busy, no duh they are going to be slightly slower than chick fil-a, and run out of donuts earlier in the day! Shipleys isnt even open past like noon! I just sit in my car, listen to music and wait for that Dunkin goodness. where else you going to find donuts, coffee, ice cream, and breakfast foods at 9pm?

Got an ice cream and the top of the tub looked contaminated from other flavors had dropped in it. It looked like they avoided it as they scooped it but every couple of bites had a funky taste. Asked if they could remake and they said no. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream but I would not advise trying this Baskin Robbins.

The employees were exceptional made me smile while I was getting my coffee

The BEST Dunkin Donut location ever! They took great care of my company and I, we ordered 3 huge cold brew packs for offices and they had them ready as soon as we walked in! I know it is not easy for them to prep such a huge order. We highly appreciate their team, I am looking forward to visiting again. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

Although the wait was a little long, it was WORTH THE WAIT!!! The drinks & food were on point 100% & it was worth every penny! Not to mention, the customer service was excellent! A special thanks to Keenan for going that extra mile to make our experience even better! We will be back! 👍👍

I used to drink dunkin 2-3 times a week.....before I moved to the BCS area. This place is an absolute joke. I have given it around 5 chances, every time they are out of one thing or another, extremely slow, and seem confused by even the simplest things such as adding a shot of espresso. Think ill stick with dutch bros from now on.

Rude staff. I ordered hot latte in drive thru today and the lady on the speaker mistakenly typed “iced” instead of hot on the screen. I called her again to fix it but at the pick up window, the the other guy gave me an iced latte and refused to change it. He rudely said that I asked for ice latte! I believe that what you get when you open a coffee shop and not train your staff properly. Just try to learn from your next door coffee shop how to deal with customers respectively.

Originally didnt have my ice cream flavor, but found it in the big freezer and brought it out! For free! Great customer service

The workers here are absolutely terrible and act like they hate their job. I was the only one in-line and no one could acknowledge me to let me order. There was a lady with red hair that kept giving me dirty looks too…. I just gave up and walked out. Also, they probably need to change out the coffee because it was coming out almost clear as water.

Honestly, I dont normally like writing reviews. This is the worst fast food service restaurant I have ever been to. The only reason I go is because the coffee flavor is good. The employees here all act immensely confused. I was really excited that there was a Dunkin in College Station as I think (flavor-wise) they have the best coffee options when compared to Starbucks/Dutch Bros.If there is anyone in the drive-thru, it could be a 30 minute venture even with mobile orders. Also, it baffles me how little they have in stock even in the morning. My sister was visiting and we grew up with a Dunkin in the Northeast and she wanted a Toasted Coconut donut which is something they always have at every Dunkin and we were told I think that one is seasonal.A few days ago I ordered 5 drinks and was given 4, when I mentioned we were still missing one they just grabbed a random drink and gave it to us, so I clarified which drink was missing and they got it to me but it was made wrong. So we left with 6 drinks, two made wrong, two (that were the exact same order) that looked completely different (one was a mud color and the other had so much creamer it was basically milk), one we still had no idea what it was. and the last one which was the only correct one.I dont know if this place just has a high turnover rate or what, but the managers should be embarrassed and should consider resigning. I dont even think that Ben Affleck would be missing out on much if he dropped his order from this Dunkin location.

Remember that old dunkin commercial where the fat bald guy kept saying time to make the donuts. Well, if they kept that tradition of always making donuts maybe they would be fresh all day instead of just early AM and early afternoon. I remember walking into dunkin donuts and being faced with an entire wall of a selection. The creme filled donuts hardly have anything in them. They used to be open for 24 hours. Fast forward to today. NOT fresh. Always out of the favorites. Also, the drive-thru sign is lit up like a spaceship at night so make sure you have sunglasses on.

Awesome food and the best attitude of any dunkin I’ve been to. Also the sprinkle to icing ratio of their doughnuts is off the charts

My boss orders coffee for her employees multiple times a week. Even though we always order the same amount of cream and sugar, the drinks always come out different, either black or extremely sugary. We let it pass every time but today I took a sip from my coffee and multiple pieces of cardboard came out of my drink. It had some sort of green and red discoloration on it. It could have been mold and made someone extremely sick but all the establishment did was refund the one drink. Very poor customer service and will stick to Dutch Bro’s.

What did you expect at a brand new location that already has tons of fans waiting to come through? The wait times are perfectly reasonable, given the onslaught of customers. Dont be fooled- a line that reaches to the end of the parking lot only took me 15 minutes to go through. Peak hours are peak hours, thats just the way it is. And its not like theres never a long wait at... That Other Place. You know the one.There are two big things that Dunkin has going for them here. The first is value: you get a good bit more for your money here than at some Certain Other coffee shops, and the products are just as good. The second is their range: they combine a coffee shop and a donut shop for your convenience. Breakfast isnt overpriced here and theres more of it, and you can still get some good coffee exactly how you want it.Add in the very friendly and helpful attitude from the crew, and its an easy five stars.

This store is an abomination to the Baskin Robbins franchise. All three experiences I’ve had here have been horrible. Most recently, not taking cake orders. One time I asked about a sample and the girl looked at me like I had 3 heads. We’ve waited for years for a BR in BCS and it’s such a let down.

Excellent food. Each time Ive gone so far, Ive had fairly complicated orders and each time gone, my order has been 100% accurate and tasted great. Each employee has offered fast and super friendly service without exception especially Isaiah. He was awesome!

This place has some of the worst service I have ever received. The drive-thru line was short ( I pulled up to the speaker to order immediately) but it still took over 20 minutes to get my single black coffee.Both times Ive been there, theyve either lost my order ​or got it wrong.The staff was uncomfortable, commenting that both me and my significant other were handsome and pretty.  They then apologized and gave me the wrong drink. I assume their staff arent entirely sober or so poorly trained they seem so.Havent been back and dont plan on it. A real disgrace to Dunkin.

I would not be surprised if an employee spit in my drink today. Within 30 mins of drink a fifth of my drink, I became very nauseous. I didnt even make it to the bathroom when I got home. I felt fine before I went to Dunkin Donuts and I feel fine now that the drink is out of my system. I got some weird vibes from the staff today which leds me to think they spit in my drink, but who knows, maybe they just used expired products or something.

Horribly slow, disorganized location. Go here to wait in line for twenty minutes and receive incorrect, cold food. I have given this location multiple opportunities, however clearly it is mismanaged. Will not be back.

This is a great place, I’m finally happy they have one in BCS, as far as all the negative reviews go, y’all are just a bunch of Karen’s like honestly first of all they’re always busy, and chances are short staffed, again most of y’all won’t understand since y’all never worked in food service, second of all y’all have an impression that once you walk in the store or pull into the line everything starts to revolve around you and your order, no so if they made a mistake that’s minor just look past that obviously it was unintentional, if it was bigger like they gave you a wrong order or something then kindly point it out to them, they’ll be more than happy to fix it for you. And before people start assuming no I don’t work for them, I work at another popular food establishment.

They missed out on an extra sale. I was therecto getca Baskin Robbins exclusive packed into pintcandxquart size. The guy who took my money rudely asked what my order was when I paid. The coffee smell was so good, I asked to add coffee to my order. He couldnt remember the flavor options, and told me I should get it next time. Then, the sticky pint and quart were handed to me with no bag, and no bag for the spoons or napkins, even though I had 2 ice cream containers and 1 person in the car. Im usually there after 10 pm - and your late night crew has always been great. Not so much tonight.

Depsite being slammed they were able to get to several large Box O Joes and dozens of donuts together for us in a super reasonable amount of time. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we are grateful for them! Thank you so much, Dunkin crew!

I have never left any review before in my life but as someone who has frequented Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday for years I felt I had to leave a reply about this particular location. I order the same thing everyday and almost everyday I am forced to try something new. Today I decided that I just wanted exactly what I ordered and asked for my drink to be re-made. The guy at the window took my drink and told me he would re-make it. He returned with the exact same drink in hand. He then proceeded to blatantly lie to my face that the drink was remade. Needless to say my drink went directly in the trash. Deeply disappointed.

I’m from MA where there is a Dunkin’ Donuts on every corner. I have only gone to this one twice, and so far it is an exceptional DD location.It’s very common at some locations for your food to get over cooked, but both times I’ve been here the food was made perfectly and the coffee is great as always. Their employees nice as well.

Absolutely the WORST dunkin i have ever been too. I love dunkin and i was so excited for this toopen. Not anymore, they will never be seeing me again. The drive thru person had no idea what she was doing, and when I get up to the window, they charge my card for donut holes and then proceed to tell me they don’t have them but they can’t refund me. And on top of that, my iced coffee tastes awful. They put sugar in my iced coffee, and everytime I take a sip out of it, it tastes like blocks of little sugar. Worst dunkin ever, i do notrecommend.

Very kind, paying with the app is So easy.Went again today for the first time since opening day and Jacob was amazing, has a sweet personality and came over multiple times to check in on me while I waited on food and helped me pick out a different menu item when my choice was so popular it sold out!

So I understand its a new store and the employees are still getting use to procedures, but with that said. We got 2 croissant breakfast sandwiches, a bagel, and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The bread on all tasted like it had been sitting out. The bagel was hard. On a good note the store was clean, and the employees were friendly. If your complaining about the drive thru just stop. I havent seen the line short once since they opened. They are extremely busy. So, I will retry in a couple months to see if they have gotten better. New crew new store

After five visits, this Dunkin is woefully mismanaged. Hour wait for drive through, mistakes made on the order 3 out of 5 times, and cold sandwiches. They make a decent hot latte but it’s not worth the hassle.

The little bacon stacks were good, they did not have a list of flavors for the donuts up on the screen for the drive thru so we really couldnt pick anything specific. They were out of the jelly minis at 7am, or didnt have them ready. No old oil smell or taste for donuts we did get!!The staff was very courteous and kind, maybe give it another couple weeks to get a better experience.I was unsure if we could walk in, but they are open inside!!

Just opened but Im already hooked! They have great food and delicious coffee. I dont eat a lot of donuts, but their breakfast sandwiches are great! Also, you have to try their espresso!!

They dont have donuts very often dispite being a donut shop. Service is super slow in general. I think its a management problem.I saw on facebook that they dont wanna pay their employees much. Theyre only hiring bakers at $9/hr, thats not enough to cover any monthly bills!Im only gonna buy donuts from the local HEB from now on, this dunkin isnt run very well.

I decided since the lines are so long during the day, I’d go at 5:30 in the morning! The person at the window was very nice but, I was highly disappointed in the product! The mixed donut holes taste old or premade/frozen. The Cold brew peppermint mocha taste like flavored water.

I ordered the beyond meat breakfast sandwich. The “meat” seemed not cooked well and overall wasn’t tasty. Then sometime later my stomach became upset. I don’t recommend this sandwich at all. The reason I gave 2 stars was bc of the quick and friendly service provided by the employees.

Honestly, Dunkins is okay but Ill stick with my preferred store. The main problem are the people that go to the location can take up to 10 minutes ordering in and of itself, not including paying/acquiring the order. Person this morning took about 2-3 times longer for their one order than the 3 behind them combined.To all those that make large and/or complex orders, please go into the lobby, I asked and confirmed that it is open. Be considerate of others. (Though now that I think about it, this statement can be said of all donut shops.)

Went to this Dunkins and even though it was early got great customer service, donuts are tasty and in definitely going again.

Decided to give Dunkin a shot since my sister always raves about their coffee. I had a late night of studying planned so I got there around 7:30, line was long and I considered going to a diff coffee shop but sister convinced me to wait it out as it was the “ grand opening”. After waiting in line for TWO HOURS, I pulled into the parking lot and an employee walked up to my car and told me “we’re sold out of literally every product so you’ll have to come back”. How are they completely out of everything on their grand opening in a college town? No apology or anything, basically said they’ll have another truck of stuff in the morning but can’t help me now. Complete waste of my time, don’t go here unless you don’t have any other responsibility for the week (and you dont actually want a coffee because they’ll be out).

Drive-thru employee was very nice, but someone got our order wrong. Kolache was good. Sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches were okay. Donuts were okay. Glad I waited until the crazy lines were gone. I will go back to try a beverage sooner or later because I hear they are pretty good.

When to Dunkin/ Baskin Robins at 8:30pm on a Wednesday and was told that their baskin side had been shut down for the night. The last three visits I have been told that they do not have ice cream or donuts available. How can a donut/ ice cream shop not have any I’ve cream or donuts? Baskin Robins is my favorite; however this location consistently disappoints.

Long lines are fine, they just opened. Being sold out is also entirely understandable given the popularity and curiosity of just opening. I could even forgive that my bagel sandwich had cheese on it when I asked and confirmed twice in the drive thru to hold the cheese. What was so tremendously disappointing was that my bagel was almost rock hard, clearly sitting out for at least a day or two. It was nearly inedible. I’ll probably give them one more chance, but I’m extremely weary of going back for a long time.

Yes, they have espresso. Yes, they have donuts. Yes, the coffee is great and the staff is fantastic.A lot of pampered and clearly privileged patrons are complaining about wait times and limited stock during a grand opening of a highly hyped and anticipated franchise. Despite a never ending line thay coiled out into the highway, the staff was pleasant and great, just like the coffee.

Dont waste your time. I live close by this Dunkin and was hoping their donuts would be at least as good as some of the other local shops. They werent. I was there at 5:02am and Im certain the donuts I got were from yesterday. I can go to HEB and get better donuts (no offence HEB, most of your products are awesome). At 5am I half expected warm donuts but these were cold, stale and unremarkable. No problems with the staff but Ill avoid Dunkin in favor of a slew of other local shops with better donuts.

I’m from NJ so I was happy they finally had one in college station. Waited in line for 45 minutes just to be told all the donuts & Munchkins have been sold out. We asked the lady about why are they so sold out and she laughed and said not my problem. I have never waited in line in NJ I grew up on DD but considering it’s in a college town no less it’s completely unacceptable to have to wait in that line for DD that’s unheard of. I will just continue to go to Starbucks & only go to DD when I’m up North. The owner clearly has no idea how to run a business let alone a DD.

Compared to my experience with other Dunkin stores in the northeast, not great quality here. Bagel was burnt and skinny and they gave me cream cheese separately without spreading it, the boston cream donut had a funny taste, and the coffee had grounds in it. I hope this is just a product of too much business and untrained employees for a new store, but overall a massive disappointment.

The line is still pretty long due to it opening recently. But the munchkins and coffee is delicious! ☺️

Covienient, waiting in drive thru usually bout 10 min, they are really busy. Most of the time my drink had spillage on the cup when it was handed to me. But good stuff even vegetarian options on menu.

Was the line 20 minutes long? Yes it was. But was it worth it, you bet! Latte and munchkins were better than I remember.

Tasty doughnuts, first take at the coconut doughnuts and it was a hit.

Just spent 50minutes in the drive-through for our mobile order - when calling asking if I could just come in and pick it up they said they couldn’t do it. Also, they got our orders wrong - didn’t include the add ins we paid for.

Theres a ridiculously long line even though its been open for a while. Also, dont try to use the Dunkin app to pre-pay for an order at the drive thru.

Drive thru line was long, so we went in. There was a guy waiting on the side for who knows how long for his order (but by the time he got it all, his slushy thing was half melted). My partner and I stood right in front of the register for 10+ minutes. no employee even acknowledged us, let alone took our order. Soon there were a dozen people in a line behind us, but the manager couldn’t be bothered to help it. The two girls behind us left and a few minutes later so did we. Being busy is not an excuse for poor service. I would have at least appreciated a “we’ll be right with you”, or even a “welcome to Dunkin’”. Drove all the way there for a cup full of frustration rather than coffee.

Sorry. All the 4 and 5 star reviews have to be friends or workers. Waited for about an hour only to be told none of the donuts we wanted were available. The donuts we did get were horrible. Taste like they have been sitting out. First impression was not worth the wait or drive.

Honestly, my worst dunkin experience ever. Ordered coffee, box of donuts and donut holes... & unable decide which one was the worst. I repeated coffee order thrice and they still got it wrong, donut holes were served cold & stale and .. never been more disappointed opening box of donuts.My second experience wasnt much different either. These folks surely taking the dunkin customer loyalty for granted. Bad business, wouldnt survive long.

My previous order before today I order an Iced Mocha. As the girl at the window was handing me my food, her extra long ponytail went for a dip in my iced mocha. ( I let it go) They made me a new drink and I was on my way. Well this morning, I order 3 donuts, 2 kolaches, a sandwich and some juices for each of my kids. It was 5:30am and we were happy there was no line. However, a little ways down the road when we open our box of food, there were no donuts. Im so lost on how you forget the donuts of all things in the order. That wasnt my biggest issue. My problem is I cant even call because the number wasnt on the receipt and the number suggested on google is incorrect. I also went to dunkin for details and no number is listed. So when yall read this I would like my 3 donuts. Thanks

Ive given this location two chances now and they blew both. I waited in the drive thru over 45 minutes and they got my coffee wrong but its a new location so I decided to give them a second chance and same wait time and got my coffe order wrong a second time. Just not worth waiting in line that long and have them get the order wrong. Sour Dough Breakfast Sandwich not worth the money either. Really wanted this place to be good. Not going back for a long time if at all. Hey Dalton, I guess its us pampered customers shouldnt expect accuracy on our orders. Looks like Dalton is pumping up the ratings in hopes of getting free food.

When you wait in line for 23 minutes for a dozen dunkin donuts, (donuts you grew up on) and to be told they have been sold out for sometime - well could you have sent someone out and told us? Having moved to TX from the North East, I have been waiting for a Dunkins for six years. I am very happy yo find that this one did not disappoint.The coffee is great, the food is good, and despite some other terrible reviews on here by butt hurt patrons who went to a coffee shop too late in the day during a grand opening ofbabhighlybanticipated franchise, they DO have espresso drinks.The line is long but that ahould smooth itself out once the hype has died down. Very satisfied.

Got a dozen yesterday, and very disappointed. NOT up to Dunkin standard, like ones we enjoy in NH every summer. Teeny circle of icing on each one. Maybe a new employee made em, but manager shouldnt have allowed them to be served.

Out of the donuts I like and had no ice cream cones. But they are real new and very busy so I gave them a 4 and hope they get their supplies straighten out.

To those who are complaining stop going there, apparently yall go there to complain, go somewhere else, these people work hard its bad enough when they try to please your needs. I give it a five star because of the customer service and the products.

We really wanted to try out their maple bacons (aka snackin’ bacon) and their drinks. So we got in line and waited about 40 minutes for our turn to order. Then this girl who named E. gave us the wrong order, which was frustrating because we waited for so long. The moment we drove out of the pick-up window, we realized we got the wrong order. Then We had to drive back and knock on the pick-up window to get the items we actually ordered. And this girl gave us our order and said “here you go” without an apology, no sorry, nothing! She walked away from the window and even took our receipt. When giving us the wrong order the first time, she said to rate her on the survey (link on the receipt) to receive a free donut. But the second time we went back to get the things we ordered she took the receipt away! How funny! Lol. We were not going to give her a bad rating anyways. But we ordered for a friend and needed that receipt to verify the prices. I know mistakes can happen, especially this place take so many orders a day. But the attitude of this girl is what I don’t agree with.Luckily, the bacons were actually good and I really like their coffee. Hopefully, they will do better next time.

When I went there was a long line that everyone spoke about but I saw no one inside so I figured it was drive through only and there was no sign stating come inside. After someone braved the fear of losing their spot in line the long line they opened the door and went inside. Once I parked and went inside there was plenty of choices and now I did not have to wait in the long line to get our order filled

Waited over an hour in the long line but that wasn’t the issue. I was super excited about this new Dunkin & once I got through the hour long wait which I knew would be long but worth it unfortunately it was definitely not worth a second of my time. All of my food was cold like it was straight out of a fridge. My Kolaches were FROZEN on the inside. 4 kolaches FROZEN hash browns soggy & cold. My coffee was so good however I wish my food just wouldn’t have been frozen & cold.. It was super disappointing having such high hopes. The frustrating thing is it’s so new there is no phone number so I can’t even call to let them know they are selling frozen food unless I wanted to wait in another hour long line. For that I would’ve just gone into H‑E‑B & bought some frozen kolaches right next-door and made them at home.They would’ve been better cheaper, faster, & actually WARM!! Don’t sit in that line it was NOT worth especially if you order any food item expect it to be frozen/fresh out the fridge cold!

No stars or negative stars would be more fitting!I grew up on Dunkin Donuts when I lived up north. When I left 28 years ago it was the last time I lived near a Dunkin Donuts until now. When the plans for a Dunkin in CS was finally finalized I could not have been more excited! Especially, after the let down of plans being scrapped a few years ago. Everyday since this past spring I got more and more excited at the progress as I drove by.Fast forward to today and I am not sure I have ever been let down more from a favorite eatery! I originally planned to wait until the novelty died down and there were no more lines. However, today being especially cold and rainy, temptations got the better of me and I craved a warm Dunkin breakfast sandwich and that famous coffee I had missed so much! I made the decision to do something I had never done before and that was to sit in a ridiculous line for a $7 rainy day treat!In the end I do not believe I could have been let down more!!!! After an hour when it was FINALLY my turn to order I was told that they were out of eggs. By then I was starving and ordered a breakfast sandwich anyway. I figured getting my favorite coffee that I had been waiting for years for would make up for it and for the fact that even though they were out of eggs they were still going to charge me full price for the sandwich (something Starbucks would have at least offered a small discount for or ½ off my coffee). I ordered my favorite donut too (Boston Cream). I told myself that it would at least be a distraction from being let down on the sandwich.In the end, not only was I upset at paying full price for a sandwich that was missing the main ingredient I was also given a donut that was tossed upside down in the bag. When I fetched it out.. It was a Boston Cream minus the chocolate icing. The icing was left stuck on the bottom of the bag. I tried to keep my spirits in check by telling myself I at least still had my coffee to look forward to...even though it was lukewarm. However, by the strong need to take a nap once I had finished it told me that it was likely made with decaf coffee!I get growing pains when a new place opens and they are met with high demands from jump. I even can allow for a little slack over running out of eggs (still being charged full price is more difficult to forgive). However, I do not think I was expecting too much for my coffee to be made correctly or for my donut to not be destroyed??!! I completely blame bad management! 1st for not being prepared enough to make sure your inventory was prepared for the demand. It was 10am and they were already out of eggs! 2nd for not hiring and training people correctly! If was not handed a destroyed donut and a coffee that was made incorrectly then maybe I would have been more inclined to overlook being charged full price for an inadequate sandwich! You have been open a week now... plenty of time to have gotten your act together! Fix your inventory and hire people that are capable of handling the simplest task such as properly bagging a donut and not screwing up simple drink! Reading other reviews it seems like your inventory has been flawed all week and Im not the only one thats recieved shiity service! Maybe shut down until you have figured out how to run a business!Seriously! The WORST experience EVER!I guess I will be returning to Starbucks for the foreseeable future!

Horrible customer service, they dont care for the customers, not even acknowledge them or greet while waiting in drive thru.

After reading the negative reviews, I wholeheartedly agree with them.Dunkin’ has been my favorite restaurant for the longest time. I have fond memories of going to dunkin every day in my hometown, patiently waiting at the door at 4am every morning just so I could be the first in line when it opened at 5am. Even on days when the store wasn’t open, I’d sit out there in the parking lot waiting for opening time the next day. Some say I’m crazy — I just say I’m in love. I live and breathe dunkin. Dunkin is my passion. No other restaurant has been there for me like Dunkin has.So when I say that I was excited to hear that my favorite restaurant was opening up right near me in college station, that’s a clear understatement. I sat in the parking lot every single morning during construction, praying to God (the CEO of dunkin) that I could be the first one to grace my lips with some delicious dunkin coffee in college station, because you definitely can’t find coffee anywhere else in this town, at least none as delicious as questionably sourced coffee from a generic corporate monolith such as dunkin.Then... it happened. The grand opening. I saw the line, stretching down wellborn, and I started shaking and crying. Why, God? Why must other people also enjoy the same food I enjoy?I had to wait in the line for damn near an hour. Still shaking and crying, when I finally got to the window, I pleaded with the pastry artisan taking my order: “Please ma’am... I need a breakfast sandwich.”Her reply?“I’m sorry sir, we’re out.”I am angry and appalled. How could they do this to me? I am a loyal supporter of this restaurant, and I always have been. To think that this restaurant would treat me like just another consumer, rather than their #1 fan, makes me sick to my stomach.I am never eating here ever again.
