I have paid a deposit of 1000$ for a jeep. Unfortunately, due to the vehicle unavailability I did not purchased the vehicle. Its been a month I have made the request for my refund and reached to the store by multiple requests by phone, email and online request from the website. No proper action was taken and I get the reply as it is already been issued. Till date, am still waiting for the refundIf anyone going to purchase at this dealership. I would highly not recommend to make any deposit. Very very poor customer relationship

Great sales team. But if your vehicle they sold you has problems forget taking it to them for repairs. Warranty on a brand new truck means nothing. They have IT guys that can barely run a crescent wrench yet alone diagnose your vehicle. Never going through Fremont again.
